I'm too lazy to rewrite the entire form so I literally copy pasted the form from my last book... also, it might be important to mention that it doesn't really matter which order you comment it unless you really, REALLY need this cover fast. Some of you might get a cover the same day you comment the form. Some of you might have to wait a week or two. I make the covers when I feel like it, so please don't push me :) only the ones I put asterisks next to are required, meaning you don't have to fill out the entire thing. Also apparently some people don't know what a blurb is so it's basically what you put in the description of the story.

I try to stick to the forms but I won't always give you what I want and that's something you HAVE to understand. I can't photoshop for my life so if I can't find a picture that fits, I'll find something else.

I do actually prefer having more freedom in what the cover looks like and those usually turn out very well but if you have something you really really want feel free to tell me!

Like I said, these covers are free, but please at least consider following or voting because it takes me a while to find a picture and make the cover. It's not easy.

Also, don't expect a super cool, complex cover. It's literally just text on a nice photo. I'm just here to save you time.

This form will be open for about two weeks until I publish the first cover to give myself a break from making covers so if you comment your form I'll accept it but it'll be a while until the cover is published.
