~In which Melanie uses PicsArt to show you guys how to do a colour splash~

Step 1.

Open up your face claim in PicsArt.

Go to 'effects' and choose 'colour' like the example shown below

Step 2.

Choose the 'colour splash' option.

Place the white circle to whichever part of the model you want to have colour. In the example, I want the jacket to have the colour so I select the jacket.

Step 3.

Adjust the settings so that only the part that you want has colour. In the example, it's the jacket.

Add filters or whatever effects that you want, if you want to.

Save.

Step 4.

Do whatever else you want. In this case, I placed the PNG onto another background.

Step 5.

Go to Phonto and whatever app that you're using and add your text.

Save and you're done!
