Okay this is really simple all you need is the app: PicsArt. Open your image into PicsArt and go to the option at the button FX in cursive.

A bunch of tabs should show up like the picture above. Click Artistic to the side.

Some new tabs at the bottom should show up and click the option polygon.

Now you can just play around with the polygon effect and see if you can make it the way you want it!

The density makes more polygons appear the higher you get, and the smaller the polygons go!

The fade is just how much you want the polygon to stand out!
