Secret Island

Genre: Action\Adventure\ Fantasy\ Mystery

Review:
chapter 1: The development is great. The introduction lets us know the necessary things about the main character but it's quick so we can get straight to the action we want
But there's A LOT of grammar editing to do and there's a plothole that kind of nags me(how she knew she had the wanted book if the news didn't gave a lot of details?)
chapter 2:
Mystery and fantasy join together, and when that happens adventure can get interesting depending how the author plays with the genres. Good luck with that
Still needs grammar edit and setting clarifying because my sense of direction is screwed up right now
Chapter 3:
It was kind of boring, only milestone is that the setting of the main plot is reached.
Same exhortations to this chapter
chapter 4:
Must say the fictional town is pretty interesting(like Alice In Wonderland interesting); I'm genuinely curious of what other wonders it can bring
Fix grammar, and how can you post on Facebook through an iPad if there's no internet around??
Chapter 5 and beyond:
The last 3 updated chapters(5-7) hasn't made a lot of changes; is just the girl seeing new stuff at every step she takes
About the book in general, it doesn't reach "the bestseller you must read before you die", but it doesn't reach either "complete abomination you must avoid at all costs". The development at the moment is a little bit slow and monotone, but at the same time there's something that makes you feel like you're walking inside the story. The setting is cool, there's lots of creativity worth reading carefully and imagining, and the character isn't someone I would idolize(cliche thing: action\adventure stories has fearless characters), but I appreciate she isn't annoying
The things to improve are the things I wrote many times: grammar(I know English isn't your native language, so try finding a great English editor) and story details(there's always the observant reader that will detect plotholes and usual stuff that can't happen yet, and drama stuff can happen). Also try writing to yourself and not to get popularity(saw the last author's note, and I don't like people that get desmotivated because at the moment there ain't enough reads. Patience is a great virtue). Keep writing and take care ;)
