Child of the Moon

Title: Child of the Moon

Author: JustDare2Dream

Genre: Fantasy/Romance

Summary: Living in the past, Fighting for the future.

Love and magic don't mix.

Violet should know. Growing up as a shy Child of the Moon, her Gift has been a barrier between her and the rest of the world, even her own family.

Now, when her world is crumbling along with her home and secrets are piled to the Moon, she needs someone who understands her, and what it feels like to have the expectations of a generation on your shoulders, but how can she find that person when she doesn't believe he exists?

Maybe she won't have to.

A romantic story of losing your fears and finding yourself, even when times are tough.

Review:

It's a good plot. And I would like to appreciate the author's creativity and for a first timer, it's really good, in fact awesome.

But the story needs something more. It needs more details and clear explanation of the characters and also the plot is moving quite fast. The author can actually do a lot of explanation with the story and enhance it more, as well as the dialogues. It's a really nice plot, so please try to implement. Also try to make the chapters a little bigger.

The summary is good. It has mysteriousness to it. It would nice to work on the plot, making it equally mysterious. A little more cliffhanger's would be nice.

Now coming to the cover, the cover is good, but it could be more. The present cover is too simple and has story book cover type of feel to it. I would advise on a more professional cover, more relative to the genre.

Now these are just ideas from my side to make the book better for other readers, because as a reader of this book, I felt these points were lagging and if these are take care of, this book can come on top easily.

Rating: 6.05/10

P.S. These are just suggestions made by me for the betterment of the book; it's up to the author to implement them. And I didn't mean to hurt the author's feelings, and would like to apologize, if I have.
