Summary:

After Magna Carta and King John's death, a niece to the king who mastered the art of archery - Crown Princess Anaivere, took the throne. England received a major change that made Nottinghamshire and others countries' citizens more beloved the new monarch: The young queen ordered all taxes to be lowered or freed on the day of her coronation. It seemed that the young queen became a legend in the eyes of Nottinghamshire citizens. But golden time would not last long.

Prince Henry, son of King John and cousin to the new queen, saw himself worthy for the throne of England, started a rebellion, imprisoned his cousin inside a tower at Nottinghamshire and crowned as king.

During the reign of Anaivere the First, she was known as the most beloved monarch. During the reign of Henry the Third, she was mentioned as a forgotten legend.

Review:

It's a nice story. Considering this is a historical fiction, the author has made really nice effort with the plot; giving it a feel of real life story, like it actually happened. And also, the inclusion of real-life characters in a fictional form was nice. 

Grammatically the story was perfect, nothing much to point out. The story has its own pace, chapters are not too long and since the story is written in third person view I felt the chapters were well descriptive. I see that the prologue has been named a chapter; I am not finding any fault with it, but these days many readers are expecting for the word prologue when they open a book.

But I don't think it would be a problem as the dates mentioned in the book are perfect and would the reader know when the prologue ends.

Now coming to the summary, I think it's too direct. It's revealing the plot of the story. A summary is a really important part of a book and it is the main source to increase the reader's curiousness. I would advise the author to change the summary a little.

The cover is good and simple. It's emphasizing the lead character and her characteristics.

Overall it's a good book, with a touch of patriotism to it and also describes the lives of poor people and peasants.
