Madelyn's p.o.v

I followed Ace away from the group. He led us away from the pack house and into a small clearing a little ways into the woods. Ace had a small notebook and a pen with him.

"Okay so Maddy, how would you describe your personality using an element?"

Ace asked me and I furrowed my eyebrows.

"How will this help me?"

I asked him and I saw a lady with long blonde hair walk into the clearing. Her gait was graceful and her skin was near perfectly tanned.

"Just answer the question dear."

The lady said and I slowly nodded my head. This is not something you see everyday.

"I guess water because water can be both used for science and it is a symbol of both peace and war. At least in some cultures."

I tell them and they nod. Ace writes it down but I think he's playing tic tac toe.

"Colton describe your personality as a element."

The lady says and Cole smiles at her. She smiles back and Cole begins to think.

"I'm going to go with earth."

Cole says and I furrow my eyebrows. I would have thought he would have chosen energy or something.

"And why is that?"

The lady asks again. For some reason her asking my mate a bunch of questions isn't bothering me as much as it should be. Strange, very strange.

"Because earth can give off both good vive and can help in different things, but it can also destroy things as well."

Cole answered and the lady nodded. She walked up to me and grabbed my hand. She held it between her own and closed her eyes.

"Water."

She whispers and I feel something insert itself into my mind. It's a weird feeling, It's like the feeling you get when you finally figure something out.

She let go of my hand and went over to Colton. She grabbed his hand and furrowed her eyebrows. She whispered 'earth' and Cole gasped as he felt the same thing.

The lady walled back next to Ace and she stood there.

"I am Romen, daughter to the moon goddess. And I have just given to you your powers. Madelyn you have the water ability so I want you to hold your hands out with the palms facing one another. You will think of a cup of water and clap your hands and pull them apart right after. Try it."

She said and i did as told. I thought of the amount of a cup of water can hold. I looked down at my hands and a bubble of water was floating between them. I gasped and smiled.

"Good job Madelyn. Now throw it at something."

Romen said and I transfered the water bubble to my right hand and looked for a target. I through the water at Cole and it hit him in the head. He gasped and everyone burst out laughing.

"You know I love you."

I tell him and he sighs and nods.

"Now Cole, place your hands out with the palms facing each other just like Madelyn was. Then I want you to think of a rock or something small. Clap your hands together and pull them apart right after."

Romen said and Cole nodded. He clapped his hands and pulled then away. There was a floating rose between his hand.

"Aw."

Romen said as Colton handed me the rose. I smiled and gladly accepted it. He smiled as our hands touched when I grabbed the rose.

"Okay now you two are able to use your powers together or separately. Maddy I want you to imagine a waterfall. But imagine it so it's small. Colton I want you to imagine a dirt pile loating above your hands. Do the exact same steps as before to make them appear."

Romen said and I clapped my hands and a miniature waterfall was floating between my hand. I looked over at Cole and he had a decently sized miniature dirt pile floating between his hands.

"Now to fuse them together you clap your hands together and move them away. Your palms will still need to be right side up in order for this to stay."

Romen said and Colton and I clapped our hands together. A landslide appeared between us. Mud was going down it while it took rocks and trees with it. It was small; about knee hight.

"Good job, now if Maddy raises her hands the mud will go faster and become more liquid like. If Cole raises his hands the mud will become more dust like."

She says and Colton and I take turns messing with it. We both smile and laugh the whole time.

"How do we make it stop?"

I ask Romen and she smiles.

"You simply flip your hands over so the backs of your hands are up."

She says and Cole and I flip out hands over and the land slide vanishes. I smile in amazement at what I'm able to do.

"You are able to use your personal powers as long as you are in the same area. The farther apart you two are from one another the harder it is to use your powers separately. In order to combine your powers you must be able to clap your hands together."

Romen says and I nod. Colton summons up a tree and throws is. By tree I mean a full blown oak tree; roots and all.

"INCOMING!!!"

He shouts as he takes off running. I watch as a wall of fire appears in the sky and the ashes of the tree fall to the ground. I turn back to Romen but she's gone.
