Y/N's POV

"Wait, WHAT?!" Bren exclaimed.

"Wait...you're the missing leader?!" Garrett exclaimed at the same time.

I sighed, the slight sass I had before gone. "Yes, I am. B/F/N is my best friend and co-leader. He would take over as leader whenever I was out. However, I went on a lone scouting mission for a cave someone had talked about and ran into an unusually large group of mobs. Being the daughter of Herobrine, they didn't get the immediate aggressiveness to murder me as they do normal Minecraftians, but they still captured me and brought me back to Father. And then...he started."

I closed my eyes and shuddered internally. "The...experiments.... He was angry at me for leaving. I wasn't entirely free before...but I definitely wasn't free after that. After that...I don't think he even considered me as his child anymore. Just something to experiment on. And...he made me into a freak. An absolute freak of nature." I sighed again. "Sorry...you probably don't believe me. I mean, what evidence do I have that I'm not him? And even then, I'm his daughter. Could I become evil involuntarily? How am I to know?" I finished as I opened my eyes, looking at them.

Bren and Garrett looked at each other.

"I think we believe you. Yeah.... However, we can't release you. That's for B/F/N to decide." Garrett sighed.

"I know. I wouldn't want you to, anyway. The last thing anyone needs is for you to get in massive trouble and me killed or something."

They nodded but did not say anything else.

I closed my eyes, letting my thoughts wander.

What had happened these past few years?

What have I missed?

Well, patrols around the area isn't that new, but the traps are.

I mean, they're doing to me what they do to any person who wanders into the forest near our base entrance.

They catch them, interrogate them, and then, if they don't wish to join the army, we wipe their memory of everything involving any of the N/F and replace it with a report or of the "knowledge" that the forest has nothing of use.

So far, it's worked as we haven't been invaded or visited by Team Crafted people...yet.

The door opened again, but I kept my eyes closed. I didn't want to see the look of disgust on B/F/N's face at my appearance. Whether he knew it was me or not wouldn't matter.

"Open your eyes." Candid commanded.

I bit my lip and opened my eyes.

And I stared straight into his.

My best friend.

Right in front of me.

He looked relatively the same when I last saw him, but I could see the obvious signs of the stresses of being leader.

Heck, he'd actually been leader longer than me! I was only leader for 3 years!

And...he didn't look disgusted, just...intrigued?

Candid had his sword out again, and he looked...kinda angry.

"Candid, what's the problem? You never call me down when interrogating people." He said.

His voice sounded a little bit rougher, as well.

"Do you know about Herobrine?" Candid asked.

"...Yeah...?" B/F/N answered uncertainly.

"Do you see her eyes?! She either IS Herobrine in disguise or related to him in some way!"

Bren and Garrett looked at each other and sighed silently.

"Wait, what? Is it just because of the eyes? That could be a spell of some sort...."

Candid sighed. "It isn't. I'd recognize those eyes anywhere. Sky got them when he was turned. Herobrine has them. Who's to say this isn't that situation again?!"

B/F/N looked at me, emotionless. "What do you have to say about this?"

I sighed. "He's right about one of them.... I'm one of two daughters of Herobrine."

B/F/N took a step back in shock and so did Candid. "Are you talking about that other girl that was with you?" Candid asked.

I nodded. "She's my sister. ...Is...Is she ok?" I asked, suddenly scared for her life.

"She's fine. You can see her later. Now, please explain all of this." Candid answered.

Ok, nope. I know this is the N/A army, but I wasn't going to let them keep us separate.

I glared at Candid. "No. I don't trust you. I want to see my sister now."

Candid rubbed a hand through his hair, his ears twitching slightly. "For Notch's sake, why does this always happen like this...?"

B/F/N waved a hand at him. "Go bring her here now."

"Are you sure, B/F/N? I don't think...."

"Candid. I said now."

Candid sighed heavily and sheathed his sword. "Yes, sir. I'm sorry. I'll go get her now."

Candid turned and left the room without another word.

"...I hate doing that. I hate having to use a leader position to make people obey."

So do I....

A few minutes later, Candid came back in the room followed by a floating S/N tied to a chair with the magic stuff. Another sorcerer came in and shut the door, setting my sister down a few blocks away from me.

S/N looked at me in surprise. "Y/----"

I shook my head and mouthed 'Don't.'

She stopped.

Well, at least she was ok.

"She's here. NOW will you explain?" Candid asked, annoyance showing in his voice.

I nodded and began. "I am the daughter of Herobrine, as well as my sister here. She is S/N."

B/F/N's eyes widened. "Did you say S/N...?"

He recognized the name. I talked about her quite a bit all those years ago.

I nodded again, pretending to not know why he was surprised. "And...well...there's no simpler way to put this. I'm Y/N L/N."

"Y-Y/N...?"

"B/F/N, don't. She might know of Y/N and is using it against you."

"Ask me questions. I can answer them all properly." I stated.

B/F/N stared at me...and I saw hope in his eyes. "What...is this army called?"

"The N/A army."

"When and why did she go missing?"

"She went missing 4 years ago going on a lone scouting mission of a cave someone mentioned might be worth looking into. As to why she went missing...no one really knows. She basically disappeared. What did happen to her, though, was that she ran into an unnaturally large group of mobs and they took her to Father. My father. Herobrine. She was, and is, the daughter of Herobrine. I am her."

S/N kept watching the sorcerers and B/F/N. I think she was freaked out by Candid's eyes.

B/F/N looked...distraught. I think he wanted to believe I was ok, but at the same time, he needed to protect the N/A army. Even if...at least I knew I wasn't a threat.

"B/F/N...don't you at least recognize my voice? It's the only thing I have left to show it's really me, Y/N."

Candid looked skeptical, but his sword hand was shaking slightly and he then seemed deep in thought. I think he was giving it a serious consideration.

B/F/N looked so lost in thought. His eyes moved around as if looking at something that we couldn't see.

"Bren, Garrett, do you have the ability to set off the alarm?" He said suddenly.

The sorcerers seemed surprised as this was the first time he had talked to them since entering.

"Y-Yes." Bren stuttered.

B/F/N sighed and looked at me. "Release them. Both of them."

The three sorcerers seemed even more shocked at this statement.

As was I. I stared with slightly widened eyes at my best friend.

"But keep your magics out and ready."

Ok, at least he was taking precautions.

Slowly, I felt the compressions of the magic loosen before drifting across the room to their rightful sorcerers. The magic sunk into the sorcerers, but they still had some type of magic out.

I sat still for a moment before looking at S/N.

She was looking to me, afraid to get up.

I slowly looked to B/F/N and, without taking my eyes off him, stood up.

Candid and the sorcerers tensed, but B/F/N walked towards me until he was a block away.

As I stared into his eyes, all the memories we shared seemed to replay in that second.

Meeting up.

Hiding underground.

Our first new friend.

Our group.

Our army.

The laughs we shared, the victories we cheered, the people we helped....

I felt a tear run down my face as I moved swiftly, throwing my arms around him and burying my head into his shoulder, finally letting the tears come.

He stiffened for about half a second before chuckling softly and hugging me back.

"Welcome home."
