Hiccup's POV

We arrived on Outcast island. Honestly this place always gives me the creeps. They were waiting for us when we got into port.

"What do you think you're doing on our island?" Yelled Alvin.

"We have come to set free to the girls you've stolen! Your kidnapping days are over!" Shouted Stoick

"What do you care about us "finding" wives!?"

"Because you took a girl who is now one of us! She was lucky to escape your clutches and now we fight in her honor!" Gobber said.

"Oh you mean this girl?" Alvin smirked.

Two big men was holding Merida in their clutches. Merida? Impossible!

"Now this girl is nothing like any of you! I found her in Scotland! She is a mute but oh she's a feisty one she is."

The others looked confused.

Words scrambled through my tribe

"A scot? She's a scot? Did Stoick know? Did Hiccup know?"

"We don't care where she came from! She's one of us now hand her over or we'll fight you and kill half your men!" My dad said.

I was shocked. He was still on her side even though he knew she was a Scot.

"Well there's no need for that. I'll make a deal! Your boy teaches us how to train the dragons and we let all the girls go." Alvin said.

My dad looked over at me for my opinion.

"You promise to let all of them go ?"

"Yes."

"Then I'll do it. Now give her back." I said.

"Not till we know how to control the dragons! We shall see you at dawn tomorrow."

Merida's POV

They had no choice they took the deal and left. Hiccup turned and mouthed I'm sorry. I felt sorry for him. Look what I have gotten us in to.

Alvin's thugs took me away to Alvin.

"What would you like us to do with this?"

"Put her at my hut she shall become my house slave!"

I was sent to his hut and given an apron. Their I saw a girl about my age crying her eyes out.

I tapped her shoulder to see if she was okay.

She looked over she had light brown hair with big blue eyes. She looked tired and sad. Like she had been crying for months.

"I'm sorry, I'm Hazel." She said

I spelled out my fake name that Lenna had given me. I still had that advantage, Alvin didn't know my name.

"Well Keena, let me show you what you do, luckily you don't have to be his wife."

Hiccup's POV

"We shouldn't of left her there." I said.

"It was the only thing we could do Hiccup." Said my dad

"Did you really mean it?"

"Mean what son?"

"That no matter where Merida came from she was one of us, even if she's from Scotland."

"Of course, I already knew she was Scottish."

"What?!?! How??" I asked.

"Her name is a dead give away nothing more Scottish than Merida,and of high rank too that's why I didn't speak her name on Outcast Island. What is she a noble's daughter?" He replied

"Actually she's the princess of Scotland." I said

"Well Hiccup you sure know how to pick em"

"So you're not mad?"

"Nah, I mean look at her. How can I be mad when there's a scottish girl hugging me knowing I'm a Viking. Plus I see the way you care for her." He stated

"Thanks dad, mom would be proud." I said.

"She'll be even more proud when we get Merida back." He said.
