Hiccup's POV

I walked towards the great hall. Merida is safely asleep in her room for now. I wrote her a note just in case if she woke up so she would know where I'm going. Now I have to talk to my dad about invading the Outcasts without letting it slip that Merida is from Scotland. Great.

I open the doors to see my dad eating lunch.

"Dad, I have to talk to you." I said.

"What son?"

"Okay so I found out more about M. Her name is Merida and she was captured by the Outcasts. She and some of the other girls were able to flee, but dad she's scared. they're only a mile away from us they could find her at anytime. We have to do something before they raid again." I said.

My father took a minute for everything to sink in.

"Do you really trust this girl?" he asked.

"Yes." I stated.

"Then I'll make a plan with the others. I'll see what I can do." He said.

"Thank you dad thank you." I said.

"I want to talk to...Merida....first." He said.

"Um okay but dad she's still a little uneasy with you so you have to be careful not to scare her." I replied.

Merida's POV

I woke up feeling uneasy. Where had Hiccup gone? I started to look around and noticed a note by my side.

Hey Merida,

I went to the great hall be back soon.

-Hiccup

I heard the door open suddenly. I picked up my bow and arrow instantly.

"Mer...Merida, it's me Hiccup." He said.

I dropped my bow and walked into the living room. He wasn't alone. His large father was there. DId he know? No Hiccup would've been in a panic if his father found out I was a Scott. I still feel uneasy about his father. It's not his fault that he looks like the captors. He's probably very nice but I just can't get over it.....at least not yet.

"Merida, I understand that's your name." Stoick said.

I shook my head yes.

He sat down on the couch where I was sitting. I couldn't help it my body flinched.

"It's okay I'm not going to hurt you, I am so sorry for what you went through. I want you to know we're going to make them pay every last one of them." Stoick said, "Even if it means taking out their entire tribe."

I was so consumed with gratitude and happiness I hugged him.

Third Person POV

Hiccup watched as the once afraid girl hugged his father. Stoick looked surprised, not used to this action, but hugged her back as well.

They all began walking back towards the great hall as Stoick ordered a meeting.

"Friends and neighbors, I have called you all here because I have recently found out that M, was kidnapped by the Outcast tribe and escaped before washing up on our island. Now this girl I consider her one of us. She has lived here for 4 months, she has befriended people of a different country without even speaking. Now the Outcast need to be taught a lesson to not mess with our tribe or any other woman in the world. They have been capturing girls around the world like M and have been selling them or taking them as their own prisnors. We must fight to end this once and for all!" Stoick yelled.

The crowd cheered. Merida was shock by how much the village would do for an outsider. She was so greatful, but she also felt guilt. These people are helping a girl that rules the country where Hiccup's mother was killed.

"Hey, it's alright. They all are willing to fight for you. You're not making them doing anything." Hiccup reminded her.

(They don't know who I really am though)

"They don't need to, everyone know you as a person, not from where you came from."

She didn't know what to write.

"I have to get ready for the trip, you're going to stay with Astrid's family while we're gone."

(What? You're going?)

"Of course I'm an 18 year old man I have to go. Plus this is more of a personal case. I mean when the girl you like is in danger....." realizing what he has just said. "Uh um I'm going to stop talking now."

Merida began to smile.

(You like me don't you Hiccup)

"Yes and that's why I have to do this." he stated.

(Come back safe, and don't do anything crazy)

"Yes mam." he said.

She kissed him on the cheek making him grin ear to ear.

"Hiccup! It's time to go!"

"Coming bye Mer." he said running off to join the rest.

Meanwhile.........

Alvin's POV

"The Hooligans are coming!" shouted Olaf.

"Alright now girls. If you behave yourselves we might not kill you." Alvin said to the new women he had captured two weeks ago.

"You shall all pretend to be our wives. If you do anything............and I mean anything you ALL die. Got it?"

The frightened girls nodded.

"Good. unlock them and get them cleaned up." Alvin said. "Olaf and Kurtis, I want you two to go to the south side of the island and go to Berk. I have a feeling that their not here to discuss trade, and if you find the girl. Bring her back..........alive." he said.

No one makes a fool out of Chief Alvin no one.
