Hiccup's POV

She talked. She said my name. Is it weird that when she did it made me the happiest person in the world? Well if it is I don't care because it did.

I finally snapped back into reality when I saw Alvin approach her.

"So miss Keena isn't a mute after all. Well lass this is interesting isn't it? From what I hear from your accent you're high class aren't ya? You'll make a find prize for some money don't you think so boys?" He said.

"Get away from her now." I commanded.

"Oh really boy? And what are you going to do about it?" he said "Get your dragon? My men already got him locked into a cage even his fire can'r burn through."

He was right but I didn't care anger boiled inside of me.

"I'll fight you for her." i said.

Alvin laughed. "You against me? without your precious dragon? Ha don't make me laugh!"

"I'm serious." I said in a stern tone.

"Alright, winner gets the girl loser ......"

"Excuse me I'm right here! Nobody "gets" to have me." Merida shouted angrily

"She's right, If I win my village, the girls,my dragon. and I all go free and you never kidnap anyone else again." I said

"And when you lose?" Alvin smirked

"IF I lose, you still let eveyone go.........except me.......I'll teach you the ways of the dragons and then you can do what you want with me."

"You know what Hiccup......I think I'll take that deal just so the redhead can watch you suffer........deal." he said. "We battle in the ring tomorrow at noon no dragons just a weapon of choice."

Alvin went over to my dad to plan the arrangement. Poor dad what I'm putting him through must be killing him. I'll apologize later.

"Hiccup what do you think you're doing?" Merida asked me still chained to a post.

"I'm saving you and all the others from getting hurt." I replied.

"But Hiccup even if you win you know he won't let us go." she said.

"I have to give it a shot." i said.

"Just be careful and don't do anything..........crazy."

"That's kind of a habit of mine." I smiled at her. "Can I just say it's really great to hear you speak."

"It feels great too although when I pictured this moment I didn't think I was going to be chained up."

"You pictured this moment? You were actually planning on talking to me?"

"Of course I was, I really like you Hic-"

"I really like you too."

"Alright that's enough talking! I shall see you tomorrow Hiccup. Prepare to die." He said smiling at me.

There I went sailing off without my dragon and without Merida.

Author's note: Yeah a bit short but hey it's a chapter. I can't wait to write the next one not sure when I'm going to make it, it could be tomorrow or it could be next week. So I hope you all liked it and keep voting and commenting!!!!!!
