[Dawns pov]

What should I do..... I was loosing blood too fast. My legs wobbled but I tried my best to keep  my balance. Somebody wrapped their hand around me , startling me. I looked up and met blue eyes which were  filled with worry and fear. "Dawn?! Hang in there!!!" Killua said but his voice sounded far.

Meanwhile...

[Midoris pov]

A sudden uneasiness gripped me. What was that?...Currently, i and Mika are sitting on a ship waiting for the contestants to arrive.

"Is something wrong your highness?.." Mika asked her face stoic as ever.
"I don't know....I don't feel very well..." I said honestly. "Your  highness 's sister is gonna be alright.  Please rest assured. "  she said leaning on the wood. I nodded. I hope so too......

Back to the others...

[Kurapikas pov]

"Tonpa you went too far! " I said as  I took out my bokkens . "I'll do anything...anything to pass. There's no way I'm gonna give up after coming this far!!!!!!" Tonpa yelled. Leorio stood on guard holding out his knife. He looked very angry .  Tonpa swung his axe again. I dodged . I glanced at Dawn whose condition didn't look good at all. Tch...we don't have time...we need to hurry up and get her bandaged...maybe her sister can help. Leorio dodged a hit . Both were about to attack when Gon interfered.

"TIME OUT!!!!!!!" He yelled loudly.
"I have a plan for all of us to pass!!!" He added.  "Out of my way Gon!! " Tonpa yelled.

"Please trust me!" Gon said his eyes holding determination.  "We need to hurry up...or else.. we will loose both the exam and our friend." He said sincerely.

[Dawns pov]

I blacked out. My whole body felt like being poked by thousands of needles.

Inside Dawns mind..

It...hurts....ugh.....I let my guard down ...and now I am almost dying....wait..I'm immortal....-.-..I forgot.. .I wonder what happened...I hope they don't go around killing each other.......
If I can't handle this wound...how will I battle nakamura?....I'm so weak... all I can do is use magic and rely on my strength.....

"Master is not weak." Suddenly a voice spoke. I would have had gasped if I were conscious. Because infront of me was a humongous dragon with so many heads!

Who???!!! ...

"Masters powers are not properly unsealed yet......" the dragon continued to say.

Who are you??!! Are you a enemy? !!! And what do you mean not unsealed????

"Master please calm down. There's no need to fear me. ....I'm your dragon. My name is Lóng Qí."

Lóng Qí?....my dragon??? But...I'm born a half dragon!

"No master. You are not a half dragon. You are a Phalozailea.  The reason you can use dragon strength is because I have been sealed inside you. I assume nobody told you that?"

No...no one ever said anything like that ..... so you are sealed inside me?..
That just makes me the dragon bearer...phew. ...so I'm not 100 years old...thank god..

Wait..how can I use magic???????? And what is Phalozailea? ??

"Your mother is a Phalozailea.  They are like witches but more powerful and are immortal like us. You inherited her ability to use magic. But it's not very strong because the main seal is not removed. "

Phalozailea. ..huh...I see...
How will I get the seal removed???
I don't want to remain weak and be a burden on others! Please tell me!!

"I can remove the seal myself . But you won't only be a Phalozailea after that. You will also truly become a Dragon . You can have this same body.  My powers will get infused in you...some parts inside your body will get changed so that your body can get accustomed to your new powers.
Are you really sure about this?"

.....so...I won't remain a human. ...
It doesn't matter....I wanna be strong....to protect my friends in the future...

I'm sure. I'm ready to accept all the conditions!

"It will be very painful . I'll take over your body so that you can survive the unsealing process.  But ...if I do so....everyone including your friends will come to know...about what you are. So I'm asking you again.  Are you really sure master? "

My eyes widens.

They will know....what I am..?.....Its. ..so sudden....

I fell silent.

"Master. Even if you never tell them....they will come to know of it eventually. So it's now or then...
Do not fear. "

But.....if they leave...me?...

"Then they are scums. If they can't accept what you are then they are not worthy of being called friends."

....i took a deep breathe.

Alright. I'm ready. Please unseal my powers.

"As you wish master."

Bright light flooded my eyes. And I ...fell into a deep slumber.

[No one's pov]

Killua called Dawn , Shook her hard but she didn't budge. No...this can't be happening. ..please....don't. .. he thought scared to loose her. He took her wrist to check her pulse, luckily it was there. He sighed in relief.

When Gon suggested that he had a plan everyone agreed and clicked ○ .

As soon as the door opened Gon picked up the axe and hit the wall cracking it. Everyone at once knew what he was upto and without any delay started doing the same. 

While they were busy digging the wall Dawns eyes flew open. They were no longer blue.

They were red and dragon like which meant it was Lóng Qí who took over Dawns body for the moment to unseal the full power.

Lóng Qí healed the wound on Dawns shoulder and glanced at the others who continued to dig .

A Bright boy in green , a white haired ex assassin , a soon to be doctor and a avenger huh.....hm? A scum is here as well? Heeeh. ...she thought amused.
Getting up Lóng Qí walked up to them releasing her presence completely.
Her aura was very strong which caused the others to halt and look back at her.

"D-Dawn?" The green boy stuttered.   That..I suppose is Gon ..she thought. Instead of replying she walked near them .

[Lóng Qí 's pov]

Let's help them shall we~~ I raised my fist and slammed it at the wall . It cracked and broke and fell as dust.

They gaped at me open mouthed.

"You people looked like you needed help so I decided to help ~~~" I said.

"Dawn....what happened to your voice?..." the ex assassin asked . I grinned slyly. That's the one master has a crush on~ myahahahaha

I laughed.

"I'm not Dawn. Currently she  is resting so I took over. I'm Lóng Qí , the dragon sealed in her. " I bowed.

"DRAGON?!!!!!" All of them exclaimed shocked.

I sweat dropped. Why the hell did they scream? My poor ears..
"I don't think we have time to discuss . You humans have less than 3 minutes.😑.." as soon as I said so they started panicking. But masters crush continued staring at me .

"Are you wondering where I kept your princess locked?😏😏.. well I didn't lock her. I sent her where I stay and she's asleep right now. " I assured him teasing him a bit. He blushed beet red and looked away grumbling. He didn't deny it~ myahahahaha

Time skip

The entrance opened and I toppled out landing on my face. I am loosing my touch in this...

"1 minute" the tiny hole like thing spoke.
I never expected it to lead to whatever humans call it , that slippery thing. I dusted my clothes and looked behind .
Gon , Kurapika and Killua entered followed by Leorio and Tonpa.

"Nothing else to say . It was quite risky. But all  6 of us passed. "  Leorio said . "All thanks to Gon. He was pretty astute this time. Entering  in the ' long and difficult way' and using 50 'minutes left to chip through the wall and the 'short and easy' way.....proceeding this way, it was sure that we could all reach the goal." Kurapika said .

"In fact it's because I remembered that the judges we fought against were able to break the ground and the wall only with their hands. So I thought that with tools , we can make a hole without exceeding the time limit." Gon explained. "And I needed to get Dawn to Midori..since they are sisters...then she must also know healing like Dawn. But she looks OK now..." He said. Awww...such are caring little kid.

"Speaking of Dawn...."Leorio started and  they all looked at me again.

"So...you said...you are her um... dragon...can you explain us more clearly? " Kurapika asked. I nodded and put up a invisible sound proof barrier so nobody hears what i was gonna tell them.

"I'm a Dragon that has been sealed inside her ever since she was born. " I explained. "Dawn never told us about that..." Gon said pouting. "That's because she came to know about me just today. I had kept quite and observed her till now. Also...she was scared . Scared to tell everyone what she is. Can you guess why?" I asked them.

"She....was afraid....of being...judged?..of not being accepted? .." Killua spoke out slowly. I nodded. "My master never had any friend when she was a kid.  Each and everyone were scared of her even though she never hurt them or did anything to them. Some got so scared they threw stuff at her. From heavy to sharp thingies....there were times when she was heavily injured. She was an outcast.  " I explained.

"That's so cruel!" Gon exclaimed.

"There are also a lot of people who can do anything to get their hands on her power...luckily her mother sealed them away from them." I explained.

"What is Dawn ,..to have  people after powers...?" Killua asked.

"And what are the powers you are talking about ? Are they magic she uses ????" Kurapika asked as well.
I looked at them.

"That is something my master should be telling you people. Besides i cannot spill out the secret with so many eavesdroppers. My barrier doesnt last very long." I said scowling at the clown , the baldie and the pin head.  The baldie 'tsked' annoyed and the pin head just minded his own business.  The clown though smiled creepily. I shuddered . Creep .. "That reminds me...i messed up saying i was a dragon infront of that scum. Gotta make sure i wipe his memo of it.." i mumbled shaking my head.

To solve the confusion

1. Dawn thought she was born a half dragon but actually she had dragon like strength and abilities because of the dragon sealed inside her.

2. Her dragon and her, at first, were separate beings. So that makes dawn actually a Phalozailea  . Before the seal inside dawn which kept her true dragon powers locked , Lóng Qí could be separated and dawn could not use all her dragon powers. Since Dawns mother (not her step mom) was a Phalozailea  , witch like people who can use magic more powerful than a witch's , she inherited that power. That's why she can use magic.

3. Now after unsealing the main powers , the true power of the dragon which was sealed inside dawn , turned Dawn into a dragon as well. Now Lóng Qí can't be separated from dawn.

4. Unsealing was very necessary. If not done Dawn would never had unleashed all her powers. Even though her mother sealed the power from evil people it was still necessary to unseal them.

5. Lóng Qí is the only dragon alive by now.
6. Dawn before her seal was unsealed could use all the elements but they were not very strong. She could only use dragon strength , speed and instincts properly after training a lot on her own.
