HarleyNearLevi has just mentioned this and I realised that I didn't make a post on it like I thought I did.

What happened was that a teen was shot by his dad. He shot his son twice, once in the hip and once in the shoulder. He also stabbed him in the collarbone.

The father then shot himself but missed and blew half of his face off.

My friend Iestyn and many other saw what happened after the first shot.
The son died and the father went to prison.
