Ezra was led into a hallway, past many intersections and imperials, before he reached a metal door he recognized as a holding cell. For an instant, he thought he was going to just be locked in there for a while, until he saw the twi'lek prisoner that lay inside. She regarded him with a stern, cold look, which made Ezra assume he wasn't the first person the Inquisititor had hauled over. She was in what seemed to be a pilot suit, handcuffed and restrained. Some levers on the wall panel indicated the way Baldy had tried to pry the information out of her.

"We meet again, Hera Syndulla," The Inquisititor smiled, "I have brought you another one of my apprentices, although this one is not as advanced as the others. Nevertheless, he will do."

Ezra eyes widened as he was pushed forward, "Wha-?"

"Number 11254, I want you to attempt to pry the information necessary to help the Empire thrive. I will be right here, supervising. Now, go on."

"Uh..." The boy turned towards the prisoner, "Please give him the information?"

It sounded stupid, and he immediately kicked himself mentally for saying it, but it was the best he got. The woman smirked, raising an eyebrow almost tauntingly and responded with a simple, "No."

Ezra moaned and turned towards his master, "She doesn't want to, Master."

The said individual gave him a disapproving look, "Boy, if the Empire asked every single prisoner they captured a simple request like that, we wouldn't go anywhere. Inflict pain on the prisoner. Pain breaks anyone."

At the boy's blank expression, the pau'an motioned towards the levers on the wall impatiently, "These levers will emit different amounts of electricity into the prisoner's body. Ask again, and if the prisoner is to refuse, you pull these levers and teach them a lesson. Now start again, no mistakes this time or else."

Ezra once again looked at the twi'lek, "Um, give him the information? Please?"

"No."

Ezra glared as the woman smiled, seemingly amused at the situation in front of her.

"The levers boy."

"Right," Ezra murmured, walking towards the the device on the wall. His face scrunched up as he studied them, hesitantly pulling one downward.

"Like thi-"

A scream quickly interrupted his sentence and Ezra quickly pulled the lever back up, "SORRY! SORRY! I DIDN'T-"

"Good job, boy, but don't ruin it. Now ask again," The Inquisititor smiled, "firmer this time."

The twi'lek moaned, and Ezra but his lip, voice barely above a whisper, "Now will you tell hi..."

The drifted off as the prisoner, identified as Hera, looked at him, almost disappointed, and he couldn't help but feel ashamed.

"No. I won't tell him because unlike you, I have people to protect."

"I-uh have people to protect too!" Ezra exclaimed, "In fact-"

"Don't talk to the prisoner boy," The Inquisititor said sharply, "Now, move aside. There are other ways to make a prisoner talk."

The dark force user moved forward as Ezra moved towards the wall. He faintly heard pau'an whisper something, and Hera whisper something back, before the latter sighed and said, "Very well. Boy, come here."

Ezra did, and he only had a second to register the prisoner's eyes widen before the Inquisititor swiftly ignited his lightsaber and rubbed it slowly against his arm. Instincts kicking in, Ezra screamed and flinched away from the burning, but his arm was grabbed in an iron grip. He grunted and blinked away tears, biting his lip.

After a moment full of pain, the Inquisititor stopped and the boy yanked his hand away, rubbing it tentivaly.

"Now, you wouldn't want to inflict more pain on him, would you Syndulla? I've heard you're very unlikely your father, always looking out for others," the imperial got in her face, and Ezra gulped, waiting for something to happen, but nothing did. Instead, his master grabbed his burnt arm, gaining a hiss from him, and sat him next to the woman.

Seconds later, Ezra was bound to the bench, a heavy weight on his leg, alone with the prisoner in which he accidentally electrocuted.

The plan was simple. Chopper would stay on board as air support. Zeb and Sabine would go to the hangar to cause the diversion, while Nico, Tahara, and Indigo would sneak in, grab Hera, plant explosives, and get out. Then blow up the base. Hopefully in that order.

Tahara repeated the plan over and over again in her mind, contacting her crewmates every now and then to make sure they were doing alright. And they were. Still, she couldn't shake off the feeling that something was going to go wrong.

She had a mission to focus on though, one that depended on her to do her part in order to get a special twi'lek back in the fight.

An explosion went off in the distance, and Tahara knew that was their cue. Silently, she motioned Nico and Indigo to follow before sneaking behind the stormtroopers, who were currently rushing towards the commotion.

"What cell block was she in again?" Tahara whispered at Nico behind her.

"Cell block, A218, I believe," came the reply.

Glancing up at the numbers, she saw that they were only a hallway or so away.

"This way," Tahara whispered, and ran towards the indicated cell, the knot of dread tightening as she neared the door.

Kanan groaned, holding his head as he opened his eyes. For a second, he stared at the lumps before him, before his mind registered them as bodies. Bodies that he knew all too well.

"G-Guys?"

A couple moans was all he got as a reply.

As numbness started to fade away, the jedi started to understand their discomfort. His body felt ablaze, the part of his neck where the needle pierced his skin throbbing. He was panting, his lungs screaming for more air, even though he was sure he was getting enough. And to top it all off, he had a splitting headache.

He would've stayed there, in a heap himself, if he didn't notice a certain someone's absence.

"Where's... Where's Spectre E?"

"Hm?" Kanan faintly was aware of a dark haired head lifting up, and seemingly counting all of them before he heard a voice exclaim, "Spectre E is gone!"

A few more heads shot up, others stirred. However, once the message was repeated once again, the majority of the group was mostly lucid.

"Wha?"

"Spectre-E?"

"Where is he?"

"Karabast."

"W-we need to get him back," shakily, Zare rose, standing before the Spirits of the Forgotten, "we have to make a plan. We have to try again."

"For what?" Ruby scolded, "All these years we've come close to escaping to no avail. Admit it, this is pointless. We'll only end up hurting ourselves more."

Ruby didn't look convinced, "We can't give up now. We were so close. Maybe if we-"

"How long will we have to do this though?" Ruby interjected.

"As long as necessary."

Everyone turned towards the voice, seeing Ezra standing there, a lopsided grin on his face.

"Spectre E!"

"Where we're you?!"

"We were so worried!"

"Well, those who are awake are."

"Who hasn't woken up?"

"Just Spectre J I think."

"Hey I'm awake!"

Everyone laughed, enjoying each other's presence for once in a long time.

"Now," Ezra said, "what was this talk about giving up?"

Opening the cell door, Tahara, Nico, and Indigo were pleased to find a green skinned, green eyed twi'lek sitting there.

However, she was dressed in ordinary civilian clothes, and when questioned her name, she responded in twi'leki, not ordinary basic.

"She's... not Hera," Nico murmured, "she was arrested for treason, and has the same physical features as Hera, but she's not Hera."

Indigo informed the others of their discoveries, and, after freeing the twi'lek because it was 'the right thing to do,' and 'they couldn't just leave her there after giving her a hope of escape,' the remaining Ghost crew filed into the ship, morale lower than usual.
