Welp, this is the escape chapter. YAY!!!! XD Hope you enjoy!!!!

Anyway, quickly before we start, I'm assuming you know the code names of The Spirits of the Forgotten, but the Ghost crew, with all the new characters and all, I thought you might wanna know who's who. So here's the key!!!

(Zeb, Chopper, Sabine, Kanan, and Hera's numbers stay the same.)

Nico: Spectre 9

Tahara: Spectre 10

Indigo: Spectre 11

In a way to honor Ezra, Mira, and Ephraim, Spectres 6-8 are skipped because those are their numbers.

"Master, we request your assistance in the mission. The plan we agreed on is reckless and I'm afraid we're going to need all the help we can get."

"Understood. I'll be there as soon as I can."

"Thank you Master."

"Spectre 5 to Spectre 4, get ready to start the diversion."

"Got it Spectre 5. Are the others in position?"

"Affirmative. We're waiting for the signal."

As if on cue, six figures, all dressed in different attires, out in the Hanger Bay following a pau'an described to them as the Inquisitor. They waited until the latter disappeared down a hallway and a stormtrooper came foward to the children and Kanan.

As they watched, Ezra secretly tapped something by his side, and the device in Sabines hand turned green. The signal.

Quickly taking out the guards, the Rebels ram up to the others, saluted them, and (of course) hit Kanan across the head.

"Hey!"

"Admit it, you deserved that," Ezra smirked, high-fiving Nico and Zeb.

"Whatever. Let's just get on with the-"

*"WE WERE TALKING TO A BUNCH OF KIDS THE ENTIRE TIME?!"

Zare smirked, "No, we're a bunch of mynocks."

"Of course we're kids," Ruby added with a roll of her eyes, "*What'd you think we were?"

"*SABINE!"

Sabine eyes widened, opening her mouth as if to say something, before closing it and repeating the process.

"Told you, you shouldn't have said that," Nico's smug look didn't falter at the mandolorian's glare, "Most of them aren't even at age to understand what you said-"

"But we did," Ezra interrupted, "And that was a nice first impression. Anyway, can we get on with the plan?"

"Right," Kanan turned towards the others, the prisoner should be somewhere around the isolation cells with lots of bucketheads on her tail. Get to her, and meet us at the rendezvous."

"Got it, let's go!" Sabine ran down the hallway, towards the isolation cells.

They didn't have to go very far. An army of stormtroopers wasn't very stealthy after all. The element of suprise being their side, Sabine, Zeb, Tahara, and Nico managed to take out half of the squad, Indigo going for reinforcements, before they realized who they were rescuing."

"HERA?!"

Kanan thought the plan couldn't get any better.

He and the kids had ran down another hallway, following the coordinates that we're said to be Killiana's location. The jedi couldn't wait to meet up with her and have a friendly chat.

The prisoner's diversion, (who Kanan still didn't know the name of) had actually worked, and there were little to no guards throughout the base.

Then things went perfect.

Opening the door had revealed Killiana, as expected, ready to attack. Also expected.

Not expected, the Inquisititor and a sith lord behind her.

Immediately, Kanan had gotten into a defensive position, igniting the lightsaber he had gotten back into his position after a simple force pull. The others had retreated back, obviously aware how terrible the odds were.

Nonetheless, the man attacked the Inquisitor, managing to engage him in a duel.

Unfortunately, Killiana decided to join. Fortunately, Ezra and the others seemed to have noticed he needed help and managed to force push her aware.

And the sith-lord stayed where he was, watching, only saying one phrase:

"Let's see how well protected this place really is."

Much to their dismay, Killiana got back up, and darts were shots at the Spirits of the Forgotten.

"Hey!"

"Spectre E what should we do?"

"We have to fight back!"

Darts sticking to their bodies, Ezra watched in horror as Ruby, Zare, and Jai's eyes turned a cold yellow, glares being directed there way.

"It seems the serum worked," the Inquisititor smirked, "This will be... interesting."

"Uh, Cowboy?!"

"I'll take the Inquisitor, try to buy some time! They're in there I know it!"

Yet, in that moment, many things happened.

Indigo and Ahsoka sprinted in, the others on their heels. Ezra screamed, "Don't hurt them!"

Vader turned on his saber, a cold like no one's ever felt before filling the room as he advanced towards Ahsoka.

"The Apprentice lives."

The togruta gasped before narrowing her gaze into a glare, her lightsabers turning on with a hiss, and battle stance ready.

Everyone seemed to freeze as they were at a standstill, Kanan glaring at the Inquisitor, Ahsoka staring down Vader. Ezra, Ally, and Indigo were left to deal with and evil Zare, Jai, and Ruby as the doors were closed and the remaining rebels were locked out.

AND THAT, my valuable readers, was going to be the end of this chapter, but I decided to be nice and not leave you all on this cliffie because the notes were going to be longer than the chapter itself and the next chapter was going to be short too so why not join them together but anyway I'll stop ranting now and let you read on ENJOY!!! "Guys! Snap out of it!"

"SPECTRE K! HELP US!"

Killiana only glared and strode foward, instigating her lightsaber, making it spin, before throwing it towards the two. Ally manged to duck just in time, Ezra not being so lucky, and ends up getting *two slices on his cheeks.

"Spectre E!"

"Looks like your time at the base has improved your combat skills. You could benefit greatly by staying."

"I'm not taking any advice from you."

With that, the duel continued, slash after slash, parry after parry and black after block. They were evenly matched.

"You know you're going to fail in the end, why continue to risky your lives and fight in this pesky rebellion."

"Because unlike the Empire, we actually want to help people."

"The Empire has improved the lives of many people and brought peace throughout the galaxy," The pau'an paused, switching his lightsword into double bladed before crouching, "It's scum like you that are threatening the lives of thousands of people."

"You know what? I'm done talking," With that, the two force-users ran at each other, lightsabers clashing and sparking in the dim lighting of the hallway.

"It was foretold that you would be here. Our long awaited meeting had come at last."

"I'm glad I gave you something to look foward to," glaring, Ahsoka kept her eyes on her former master.

She has learned about the sith-lord's identity when she had gone to investigate him. It pained her to know that Anakin, the Chosen One, had turned to the Dark Side and taken away millions of innocent lives. Yet, she had come to terms with the occurrence, and the descion had only enraged her, inspired her.

"We need not be adversaries," The man continued," The Emperor will show you mercy if you tell me where the remaining jedi are, and surrender these children."

"There are no jedi, you and your Inquisitors have seen to that. And I'll never let you corrupt more lives, especially ones so young."

Completely ignoring her last comment, Vader pointed at Ezra, who stood barely lucid on the floor, "Then perhaps this child will confess what you will not."

Trying to direct the attention back at her, Ahsoka glared, "I was beginning to think I knew who you were behind that mask, but it's impossible. My master could never be as vile as you."

"Anakin Skywalker was weak. I destroyed him."

Closing her eyes for a brief second, the togruta replied, "Then I will avenge his death."

Ironically, Vader pointed out, "Revenge is not the jedi way."

"I am no jedi," She said decisively, and pure white clashed against crimson red."
