Parineeti's P.O.V
Arjun was playing with my hair. We were both bored and we had so much hunger! I seriously considered to just give up because I was so tired.

"Tigress? Do you smell that?", Arjun suddenly asked.

"What? I don't smell anything."

He stood up and pushed me away. He gazed at the walls as if it was the first time he saw them.

"Freedom. Food. Love. There is an exit."

He ran towards the door and tried to open it.

"Arjun you're going crazy. We've been here for 2 days and we're super dehydrated. You're hallucinating."

He smirked and he pulled the door open with all his force. With success.

The guards, left and right, were astonished. They immediately fought back when he attacked. But Arjun managed to escape, pulling me with him.

"Come! Quickly! They are following us!", he said and we ran away.

It was very difficult to run. I had not eaten for 2 days nor had I drank for 2 days. It was the adrenaline that did most of the work.

We ran for what seemed a year and I was completely exhausted.

"Arjun! Stop! I... I can't ... do this ... anymore", I said while heavily breathing. "Please walk....."

He was about to say something when I heard the guards behind us scream that we needed to stop.

"Parineeti , run!", Arjun screamed and
he ran away.

But I couldn't run anymore. I was dehydrated and hungry. I really needed some food and water. "I'm sorry Arjun... but this is it for me..." I stood there while the guards were coming near.

Then everything went in slow motion. I saw the guards combing near from the corner of my eyes. And then suddenly Arjun appeared. He ran to me and grabbed my hands. He pulled me with him again and the guards were coming closer.

We ran again through the corridors of the empty shed. The walls were barely painted, and the ground consisted of plain grass with some plants here and there.

We ran out of the shed until we reached the streets. It was morning. Once arrived I looked around. They were no longer following us and we could finally stop running.

"Arjun... stop!", I said. I was breathing hard as well as he. We both looked tired and were hungry!

"Parineeti, I'm hungry! Come on, lets find a place to eat.", he added.

"Do you have money?"

"No..."

"Then we can't eat here. We need to find the mansion"

"Tigress, lets find some water at least. We're going to die in a few hours if we don't find water."

"Stop calling me that! My name is Parineeti!"

"That's not the point! Let's go!"

"Arjun!"

"Tigress!"

"Urgh! I hate you!"

"I thought we were friends Pari..." He pretended to be upset and I hit his chest.

"Come on!"

Alia's P.O.V
I was staying in a hotel. I really couldn't live with Varun anymore. He just ruined it all by making that deal with Karan. I was so done with him!

I called Shraddha. She immediately picked up.

SK- Thank God. Where are you man? I've been looking all over the place for you!

AB- I'm in a hotel. It's because of Varun! You know what's going on with Sid and me right?

SK- Yeah. You guys are going to get married in a few weeks. He has told me about it.

AB- Well, Sid and I found out that it was a business plan and that Karan and our parents would benefit from it or so.

SK- Really? He never told me!

AB- He probably wanted to prevent you from worrying about him.

SK- Huh? Why would he do that?

AB- Because he loves you Shraddha! And you're crazy that you can't see the love in his eyes! He loves you and you secretly love him as well! Admit it!

SK- Nonsense! I don't love him and neither does he love me. He is just caring for me

AB- By waking up at 7 just to prepare breakfast for you?

SK- He's just caring...

AB- Or what about the time he offered to take you shopping? You went shopping with him and went to eat lunch with him, watched a movie and returned at the end of the day!

SK- We were just having a good time!

AB- Btw, are Parineeti and Arjun back yet?

SK- No. We first thought that they went out together, but their phones are switched off and it's been more than 24 hours. And why would they even go out together? I mean they're not exactly best friends

AB- True. Tell me if you know anything okay?

SK- I will. Btw, how are things with you and Varun?

AB- Varun? I don't know any Varun!

SK- Uh oh. What happened?

AB- He blew it! He made a deal with Karan yaar! He'd get 200 cores if he lets me marry with Sid!

SK- What? Why'd he do that? Is he crazy?

AB- And you know what the worst part is? He threw away 6+ years of friendship by making that deal and he acted as if nothing happened!

SK- Seriously? Oh my lord.

AB- I know right! Ugh! I'm so confused and tired...

SK- I'll go talk to him right now! How does he even dare to think of an idea like that? I'm gonna teach this boy a lesson!

AB- No! You won't! Shraddha!!!

*Call ended*

Oh my god! I'm going to kill her if she does anything! I call her again and again, but she doesn't answer...

Shraddha's P.O.V
I walk to Varun's room and I quietly tap on the door.

"Come in", I hear a voice say.

I open the door and I see Varun there with beer bottles all around him. He was sitting in the floor, against the wall. His face is swollen, his eyes are red from all the crying and he needs a shower.

"Hey. What happened Varun?" I go sit next to him.

He took a sip. "She left me Shraddha. 6 years of friendship. Gone. In less than a second. What happened to her?" He started crying and took another sip. "I loved her so much and we would have so much fun together. And now she left me and I don't even know why"

He cried even harder and drank more. It was hard seeing one of my best friends in this state. I wanted him to be happy and laugh again. So I did what was best for him.

I grabbed all of his bottles and threw them away. He didn't even notice it. But then I asked him the question.

"Varun? Do you have contact with Karan?", I carefully asked.

He looked at me. "The last time I had contact with Karan was for the Kalank promotions. We talked on stage. But we only talk in our work life", he said.

He further added. "I don't even app him anymore. He usually only talks to me when it's about work. He doesn't like me anymore.."

A silence fell before he continued. "I don't have real contact with Karan. Please tell Alia about it Shraddha."

He is framed. Varun is framed. And now Alia is gone. Someone wants to see these two apart. But who?

I take a deep breath. I wipe his tears away and he faces me. "Varun, you're not going to sit here in a corner. Talk to Alia and say that you didn't made a deal with Karan."

"Deal? Which deal?"

I explain everything to him and he nods.

"So Varun, you're going to find Alia and day that you didn't made a deal with Karan. Hopefully she wants to be your friend again.", I say

"I hope so. I can't live without my Alu. She's my best friend. I need her in my life. She's my happiness. If she's sad than I'm sad as well. So I'm going to cheer her up" He smiles and stands up.

He gives me a hug. "Thank you for being here Shraddha. I love you."

"I love you too crazy. Now, go get your best friend!", I laugh.

Sidharth's P.O.V
I had just taken a hot shower when I stepped out of the douche and looked for my towel. I found it and casuallly wrapped it around my waist. I walked back to my room and tried to find some clothes in the huge walk-in-closet, which was pretty difficult since almost all the clothes were Shraddha's.

I found a pair of jeans when someone entered. I turned around and I saw Shraddha.

"Sid, remember what I told you about- OH MY GOD", she exclaimed and she quickly turned around.

I laughed and I walked to her. "Relax Shraddha. It's not like you haven't seen me half naked before."

"I'm sorry... I should've knocked...", she said whispering.

I walked up to her and I started playing with her hair. "Why are you whispering Shraddha? Did something happen?

She turned around. "Oh my god? Sidharth! You're still half naked! Put some clothes on! She walked away and I laughed

"You  can't  deny that you like me better this way Kapoor!", I yelled towards her.

"Shut up!", she screamed back.

I quickly put some clothes on, and I walked back to our bed. She was sitting in the bed, playing games in her phone, when I approached and started tickling her.

"Sid! Stop it! You know I'm ticklish!", she laughed.

"I know Shrads!"

I sat down next to her. She looked at me with her big brown eyes. I smiled.

"What did you want to tell me earlier?", I asked.

"I just wanted to ask something. I wanted to know whether you wanted to cook tonight or order something. That's it. No big deal"

"Well okay. But I prefer pizza."

"Okay, I'll order something in a minute"

It is quiet for a moment. She looks at me and then gazes at the wall again. She smiles shyly.

"So... how are things?", I asked her curiously. She smiled and faced me again.

"Well, I'm okay. Just freaking out about Parineeti and Arjun! I have no clue where they are! What if something happened to them! They don't have their phones! They're unreachable!"

She sighs and looks at the wall again
I laugh quietly. "So basically, you're not okay. You're worrying too much"

I grab her hand and give a little squeeze in it. She turns to me and I give her a warm smile. She gives me one in return and I pretend that my heart is slowly melting.

She laughs and she puts her head in my shoulder. I comfort her and we both stay there for a while, being silent.

"You know...", I begin. "I adore you. You take care of everything and everyone and you care so much. For your friends and family and even to random strangers. I really am delighted to have a friend like you in my life."

She turns her head a bit so she can see me. Her eyes narrow and she is thinking about everything I just said.

"You're silly. Of course I'll help you. What kind of friend am I, when I can't help my friend?! I care about you yaar..."

She gives me a hug and we part. She looks so gorgeous right now. She cares so much for other and I love it. I love it when she acts like it's no big deal when it actually is.

I stare at her. She looks at me with a weird look. "Sid? What happened? Why are you looking at me like that?"

Realisation hits me and I am brought back to reality. I was deep in my thoughts.

"Shraddha....", I begin nervously. God I don't know how to tell her this!

"Yes?", she asks hopefully. She shifts a bit closer to me and looks me deep into my eyes. "What's up Sid?", she asks again, with the same look in her eyes.

I can't do it. If I tell her what I feel when I see her she'll think I'm mental. I mean, every time I see her I'm so nervous and I start sweating. She'll think I'm sick and I can't handle seeing her with someone else. Not even Varun! What's wrong with me?

"Nah, it's nothing. Leave it", I say. And with that I step out of the room and I leave her behind. Completely speechless.

Shraddha's P.O.V
Oh my god. He just left me, while he was on the edge of telling something important to me. If only he had been here he'd have seen how hard it blushing right now. This is not good!

I look like a tomato! I quickly ran towards the kitchen and grab myself some iced coffee. Hopefully this will prevent me from turning into a real tomato!

I dial the number of the pizzeria and I ordered a few spicy vegan pizzas

Once having done that, I dialed Parineeti's phone again.

Without succes.

The house was so empty now. Varun left to look for Alia and Arjun and Parineeti are gone.

BAM BAM BAM

Who on earth is banging on the door at this time? I walk, a bit annoyed, to the door and I open it.

"What do you want and-"

"Shraddha! You have no idea how happy I'm to see you!", Arjun tells in my ears and hugs me tightly.

"Hey! Where the fudge where you guys? I've been looking all over the place for you!"

Parineeti hugs me as well and we are all happy to be together again.

"Arjun... I don't meant to be rude but ugh! You need a shower man! And fast! You stink!

He sighed and he rolls his eyes. "I told you so!", Parineeti laughs. I win! I win!

Did they seriously bet on this? OML

"Parineeti told me like 3 times that I stink and that I need a shower. And I just kept telling her that I didn't so we get on it. And I just lost!"

Parineeti laughs. "Okay, I'm going to take a shower and relax. My feet hurt. Call me when the food is here okay?"

"Yep, will do Tigress", Arjun responded

"Arjun!"

"Sorry, old habits! Parineeti..."

We waited a long time for the pizzas. After a few minutes the doorbell rang and I ran towards the door. "Finally!", I exclaimed happily!

But when I opened the door, I didn't like the view in front of me. Not at all actually.

I just looked at them and they let themselves in. They didn't said a word and removed their shoes and coats.

I quickly walked back to Arjun.

"Arjun! Tell Sidharth to leave via the window! He's in trouble!"

He was shocked. "Trouble? Are the police here?"

"No silly! Something worse! He's getting married in 2 weeks and he still didn't plan anything!"

Arjun frowned. "So? What's the point?"

I sighed. "The point is that his parents, Alia's parents and Karan are here! And they're not looking happy!"

And then he ran away!
