Alia's P.O.V
"Varun.." I called out to him. It was late at night and he had just come home after doubting the entire day. Typical Varun.

He turned around and smiled. "Hi Alia."

I gulped. "So uhm.. how are you?"

He was still in his work attire. The suit fit him well. He looked as handsome as always. It was his eyes that were different this time. I once read that the eyes were the mirror to a person's soul. Something must've happened.

"Good." He replied with a bit of a fake smile. He took a few steps forward and looked me in my eyes. "How are you?"

I smiled back. "Good! All good.."

Varun nodded and I looked away.

"So uhm.. we're gonna treat each other like strangers now? We're just ignoring all that happened?" I asked him.

He looked at me for some time. I was scared. What was he thinking? Did he forgot me?

Suddenly he wrapped his arms around me and he buried his face in the little place between my neck and my shoulder. I could smell his perfume and everything just reminded me of Varun.

"I missed you so much..." he murmured.

I let out a sigh and I wrapped my arms around him and pulled him close. "Don't you ever do that again, okay?"

I smiled. "I wouldn't wanna dream of it."

Shraddha's P.O.V
"Sid! Stop it! I don't like my hair that way and you know it!" I frowned.

"But I love it." He whispered.

He was playing with my hair and making weird stuff out of it.

"Shall I get the scissors?" He joked.

I looked at him in shock. "What?! No! Stay away from my hair!"

He laughed and gave me a hug. "I love you so much, you know? You're adorable and I'm glad to have you back."

"I'm glad to have you back too babe." I kissed him on his cheek and he was just leaning in for a kiss when my phone rang.

"So filmy.. your phone rang." He pulled away  with dismay.

"Babe, chill. It's not gonna be an hour conversation." I laughed as I picked up the phone.

"Hello?"

"Can we talk?" An all to familiar voice said.

"Who is this?" I asked.

I already knew the answer but it could just be true. Why was he calling?

Sidharth looked at me with a worried face. "What's wrong? Who is calling?"

"You know who this is Shraddha." His voice broke a bit.

"Karan?!" I exclaimed.

"Yes. Can we meet?"

Parineeti's P.O.V
"Holy cheeseballs! He has become old!"  I laughed. We were all seated around a big table in our favourite restaurant. It was late at night, around ten o'clock or so, but we were all desperate to know why Karan Johar wanted to talk to us.

Just as he was approaching, everyone slowly laughed.

"He has become old! You're right!" Arjun said.

"Of course, I am right!" I laughed.

Arjun stared at me. "Pari, can we talk later?"

"Oh..my god! My ship is gonna sail!" Varun dramatically exclaimed while he put on puppy eyes.

"Guys, let's be serious, Karan is here!" Sid warned.

We all sat up straight and tried to look good. "Varun, pass the bottle of salt so it looks as if I'm doing something important."

"Really?"

"What?"

"If I pass you a bottle of salt, it will look like you're doing something important?" Varun asked again.

"Well-"

"Parineeti stop talking, he's coming! Shh...shh"

"La la la laa" Shraddha said.

"Shut up!" Alia said.

"Hello guys." Karan said.

"Karaaaaaann!! Oh Hii!" Varun dramatically explained. "How are you? I haven't seen you in ages! Oh what a pity!"

"Hi guys." A grey haired Karan said. He had gotten quite old indeed, the light exposing his wrinkled skin.

"Wow is that Karan-" Shraddha said.

"Shraddha shut up." Alia said.

"How are you?" Sidharth asked in a polite voice. I squeezed my eyes at him. Now that Karan was here, he's always pretending to be proper and brave while he secretly despises Karan.

"Liar liar pants on fire" I whispered.

"Who is on fire?" Alia asked.

"I of course! Haven't you seen hot I am?!" Arjun exclaimed while putting on a weird face.

"I am doing okay and it seems like you are all doing very well." Karan said.

Suddenly it was all silent and everyone stopped being childish.

Varun smiled and said "So.. What's up?"

Karan hinted towards the chairs and everyone made space for him to sit.

"I know you all are very smart but so am I. And I don't like it whenever you try to ruin my plans."

"Oh sorry. Next time please go ahead, go destroy our lives and we will all watch it happen." Arjun said. "Right guys."

Everyone nodded and mumbled along.

"Actually, why don't we all just ruin it ourselves. Then Karan doesnt even have to do anything." Alia said.

"Yeah good job. Is that okay Karan?" Shraddha sneered.

He simply rolled his eyes. " I am not amused but-"

"But what Karan?" I said. "We're in a public space now, what do you wanna do? Everyone has a phone with a camera nowadays. Even if you move just a muscle it will be caught on tape and reach headlines. Former producer lashes out at actors, producer gone mad, innocent actors are the victim of-"

"Enough." He said. "You'll all hear from me. I am not happy with you all."

"When he's alive, that is." Varun whispered and we all quietly laughed.

Seriously. I'm not lying when I say that it looks like Karan could drop dead any second now. Photoshop and makeup were doing a really great job for him!

Karan gave us all a look of dismay and then left without saying a word. The door from the restaurant closed and the second he left we all erupted in laughter. Sid laughed the hardest.

"Did you see!" He laughed. He put up his best Karan imitation and said "I don't like it whenever you try to ruin my plans uhhuuuuu." Then he laughed even harder and we all happily joined him.

Arjun continued the imitation and we all just had a really great time. It was late in the evening when we all left the place and headed home.

"I am gonna fall asleep while walking." Shraddha said while she dragged herself up the stairs.

"Go help her Romeo" Varun said.

I was tired too. I went to my room and just immediately jumped in my bed. I was about to fall asleep when I heard someone enter the room.

"Hey, are you asleep?" Arjun asked.

"Yes that's why I'm talking." I said half asleep.

I pushed myself up my arms and sighed. "What's up?"
