Midoriya had a very rough youth and the only way to survive was to care for himself. He didn't have any quirk but he looked up to great villains who he thought were the people with the most freedom in the world and at the top of them was All Might,the scariest villain,who dropped heroics indexes all around the world. One day Midoriya meets All Might during his fight with the hero Sludge and their interaction happens and suddenly Midoriya is chosen to be the successor of All Might bc he is dying or something. Then he has this amazing power he cannot fully control,so henis sent to an underworld training station where mercenairies are taught in the Villain Academy.
