"Why would class 1-A pick YOU for the beauty contest?!"

You were just done getting changed into the dress Momo made you when Monoma made that comment.

"Are they SERIOUSLY trying to make it easy for us?"

Your lip was quivering as tears filled your eyes. Your quirk was Body Hose. Fat and other unnecessary body fluids could turn go water and be projected from any pore in your body.

Of course, a side affect was body weight to store up energy. You've tried your best to keep yourself healthy but... people like Monoma always brought you down.

Monoma laughed as his fellow classmate rose up a bat. You quickly left, trying not to cry, as Monoma's head nearly became a baseball.

Your heels clicked on the tile floor as you wiped your eyes, ruining the makeup. Your feet rounded the corner when you bumped into someone.

"(Y/N)?"

You looked up and saw Iida. Iida immediately looked worried with your ruined makeup and red eyes. "(Y/N)? What happened?" You tried to take a deep breath but couldn't help to start sobbing. Iida instinctively hugged you and held you like you were glass.

You gripped onto the fabric on his back and kept sobbing. Iida rubbed your back as he waited for you to calm down. He tried to think what could of happened as you slowly began to calm down.

"(Y/N)? What happened?" Iida asked again, still hugging you. "I..I was in the dress Momo made me when... Monoma started talking bad about me..." Iida IMMEDIATELY knew it had to be about your weight and figure. He felt a burning anger in his bones.

"Go clean yourself up. I'll talk to him." Iida reassured as he nudged you to the bathroom. You, feeling like he was going to kick Monoma into his place, nodded and went into the bathroom.

"Thanks Iida."

Iida was walking you back to the dorms as you fixed your shirt. "Feels good to be out of that dress." You said in relief. Iida nervously scratched his neck as he muttered a few words. "Huh?" You hummed. "I... liked seeing you in that dress." Iida admitted with red cheeks.

Your eyes widened a bit as you now felt flustered. "Really..? It was showing a bit too mu-" "No no. Really. I liked it. It looked great."

The walk then became an awkward silence as you both were flustered beyond belief.
