Chapter Twelve
...
Ugh.
His head hurt so bad. Lifting his head, Wooyoung took a moment before prying his eyes open. He saw he was alone, San must have been awake by now. Head plopping back onto his pillow he shut his eyes again. He had full intention on going back asleep until he heard the door open.
Eyes opening again he gazed down seeing that it was Seonghwa. "Well good morning." The oldest stepped into the room. "You worried us all, thought you were dead." He could hear the teasing in the voice but he didn't have the energy to laugh at the moment. "What time..?" Wooyoung muttered, slowly turning onto his side he pulled the covers over his head to block out the light that came from the kitchen. "It's nearly two in the afternoon. Wooyoung you should probably eat something, hangovers are never fun and they're only worse on an empty stomach. I actually fixed lunch not that long ago and I made sure to make enough for you." To thank him he let out a little 'mm...'
"Oh, and San left you some painkillers next to you, it would probably make the day a little less shitty if you took them." Poking his head through the covers, he could see the two little white pills so with a long groan coming from him, he pushed the covers off his torso and went to sit up. He assumed his hair was in all sorts of weird positions because Seonghwa let out a little chuckle. "I'll be downstairs when you're ready to come down." And then he was left on his own. He took the pills that San left, and even the water and with that he swiftly downed them before his body plopped back on the bed.
He wanted nothing more than to just go back to sleep, and he would have too, but the growling in his stomach said otherwise. "Alright alright. Food first then back to sleep." Complained Wooyoung. Forcing himself back up yet again, this time he got out of the bed and grabbed his phone. Unlocking it, he saw the text from his father and he didn't really bother responding, shoving his phone under his pillow, he got up.
Leaving the bedroom, he made his way downstairs, making sure he was holding onto the railing because he knew if he didn't, more likely than not he'd go flying down them. "Wow, you're up." Squinted eyes scanned around to hear the voice came from Yeosang. He was on the couch, tv remote in his hand. Rubbing his eyes, he just waved it off before going in the kitchen where Seonghwa was, Hongjoong and San sitting at the table. The two had stopped their conversation, eyes landing on Wooyoung. "You look like hell." Hongjoong commented.
"Are you okay?" Now it was San that spoke. Turning to the pink haired male, he nodded, giving a thumbs up. "Never better." He croaked out. Going to the kitchen, he opened it and grabbed a bottled water to chug down as Seonghwa was nice enough to prepare Wooyoung his plate.
"Mama Hwa always has to feed her kids." San was teasing who in response Seonghwa gave a glare but said nothing. As Wooyoung was sitting down, the plate was laid in front of him, a hand on top of Wooyoung's head, most likely taming the insane bed head he had.
"Hey Wooyoung, tomorrow if you're feeling up for it there's going to be this insane fireworks show at the amusement park by the pier." That got Wooyoung's interest. With a fork half in his mouth, stuffing it with food he glanced to San who was looking back at him. "You wanna go watch? We can see if we get there a little early, maybe play some games and ride some rides before we watch? It'd be fun!" The idea did seem pretty fun to him. So he nodded, making San smile.
"Awesome!" Wooyoung smiled over how excited San got that he agreed to go.
Finishing up his food, he thanked Seonghwa, and downed the rest of his water before leaving the kitchen. He joined Yeosang over on the couch, sitting on the other end only for him to lay down and rest his head on Yeosang's lap. He did make some attempts to push Wooyoung off him but the effort was useless because each time he'd just crawl right back to where he was before. Feet dangling over the arm of the couch he turned to the tv to watch with Yeosang.
Hell, since he gave up on pushing Wooyoung off of him, he ended up subconsciously running his fingers through his hair. It made Wooyoung's muscles relax. Though this little moment between them ended quickly as the front door opened, and Jongho stepped in. Wooyoung was yet again shoved off, hard enough to be knocked on the ground with a loud grunt.
"Not cool!" He yelled but Yeosang ignored him, walking with Jongho and asking him how his run was and such. But when the youngest went upstairs for a shower, Wooyoung was crawling back on the couch. "Don't even think about it." Yeosang stated. Wooyoung whined. "Not fair that earlier you were petting me and the second Jongho comes in I get shoved! What gives?!"
Of course Wooyoung knew why. San told him on his first day here that Yeosang liked Jongho but he was pretty salty he was pushed for no reason.
Rather than saying anything, Yeosang turned away and shrugged his shoulders, but Wooyoung didn't let it end there, he leaned his entire body against Yeosang's, grabbing his arm and shaking it; not roughly of course. "Yeosang~ Do you like Jongho?" Yeosang let out a loud 'huh?!' while attempting to push Wooyoung off him but, you guessed it, Wooyoung was too stubborn to be pushed back.
"Don't be ridiculous. I do not!"
"Oh I think you do~"
"Do not!"
"Do too!"
"Children! Be quiet!" Seonghwa was heard from the kitchen which quieted them both. Wooyoung snorted, throwing his arms around Yeosang. "You do~ It's okay if you do because I think he likes you back~" Cooing to the older, he reached up and playfully pinched his cheek. Seeing how red they were Yeosang was hesitant before he'd speak up. "...You think?"
Wooyoung without hesitating nodded, letting his arms fall he pulled away from him finally. "Mhmm! I know so, so get your cute ass up there and tell Jongho!" He was given a light but playful punch on his arm which he grinned, rubbing that area. "I'm serious. Maybe tonight you should talk to Jongho about it." Wooyoung could see Yeosang really was thinking about it, so when he made a decision he nodded, standing up. "Right, yeah okay. If anything we can still be friends after."
Wooyoung watched as Yeosang made his way upstairs, proud of himself he managed to talk Yeosang into confessing to Jongho.
"I see someone's playing matchmaker." Turning his head the other way he saw San standing in the doorway that led right into the kitchen. "Honestly I'm shocked you convinced him. The last person he had feelings for he refused to tell that person and by the time he actually got the courage for it, it was too late." Hearing the story, Wooyoung couldn't help but feel a bit bad for Yeosang. "But now he has Jongho." Wooyoug said, scooting and giving San room on the couch as he came over and sat down next to him.
"Mhmm~ Also hey. I want to ask you something." Wooyoung perked up in curiosity, turning to look at San and leaning back so his back would rest against the couch's arm. "Mm?" He hummed.
"Who's Eunbi?" Wooyoung's eyes went wide. "Huh...?" How-
"Who is Eunbi?" Assuming that San might have gone through his phone, he got a bit annoyed at that. "Were you searching through my phone?" He questioned, San's eyes going wide and he quickly shook his head. "No! I didn't, honest. When I was setting the water next to you I saw the text saying this person wants to meet you. Who is she?"
Wooyoung didn't want to tell San, but if he didn't he'd probably just try to pry so leaning his head back he sighed through his nose. "She's this girl dad met. Around my age. He wants her and I to meet and even get married." He knew San was shocked, but he didn't look at him, but he could hear the gasp coming from him.
"Well.. Do you?" That made him move his head towards San's direction, giving him a look as if asking him if he was stupid. "Really? Of course not. I told you I'm into guys. I don't want to marry this chick but I know if I even tried saying anything about it or telling my dad I like guys he'll get super fucking pissed at me and just- gah!" He was getting frustrated with himself. Hurrying to his feet, he went to get on his shoes and went to the glass door. "I'm gonna go on a walk and clear my head, and figure out what the fuck I'm gonna do." Not even waiting for a bye from San or even Seonghwa as he was coming out of the kitchen he slid the glass door open, walking out he shut the door behind him and started to walk down the beach.

San was shocked to say the least, watching Wooyoung leave the house, eyes wide. Wooyoung? Marriage? That didn't sit right with him. "What's wrong with Wooyoung?" Seonghwa had taken his spot next to San, snapping him out of his thoughts and turning from the glass door. "Did you not hear him? His dad is forcing him to marry a chick who he doesn't even know! Well at least not yet- But still!" He was getting a little frustrated too with the sudden situation they were in.
"Well guess you're just going to have to snatch him up first before she can right? Tomorrow can be your chance." Seonghwa said, shrugging, Hongjoong soon came into the living room too and because of his smaller frame, he easily squeezed in between San and Seonghwa so he could wrap his arms around his lover. "Seonghwa's right. You know what they say. It's now or never." Rubbing his face, San got up and went to the kitchen. "Where are you going?" Seonghwa hollered.
"To get wasted with the leftover Soju."
"San! No!" Seonghwa rushed in to stop him from opening the fridge. "First off, it's not even three o clock, too early to drink. Two, tell him tomorrow, it'd be the perfect time to confess you know?" Grabbing his hands, San shivered from how cold Seonghwa's hands were as he looked up to him. "You know I'm right." San groaned, his forehead pressing to Seonghwa's shoulder. "I hate you."
"But you know I'm right, right?"
"Shut up." Lifting up his head, he saw the smile Seonghwa was giving him, he tried to fight back his own but it was pointless so he smiled back. His hands were let go, a pat on the shoulder was felt and he soon was left on his own in the kitchen.
