Chapter Eleven
They haven't spoken about the kiss when it happened. San excused himself right afterwards and went back inside and left Wooyoung alone on the patio. It had been days since then. They talked, but they made sure not to mention it. Did Wooyoung screw up their friendship? He hoped not..
His father called him and texted him a few times since their first conversation, telling her things about this girl. Apparently her name was Eunbi, and currently was a college student studying to be a doctor. Every time his father would tell Wooyoung about Eunbi he would just nod or not even respond at all. He wasn't even smiling during the conversations.
But he knew that he really had no say as to whether or not he'd get married. Would he? He just got off his phone with his father again. He would be gone another week. At least that gave him more time to really spend time with his new friends. He really was enjoying himself with them, though sometimes he would have to go downstairs to watch tv or sit outside some nights for a while because Seonghwa and Hongjoong were being loud in their room. He was too embarrassed to say he could hear practically everything so he'd rather just ignore it.
Wooyoung was sitting in the recliner in the living room, at the moment, the house was empty or he at least assumed it was since he couldn't hear anyone in the house. He knew Seonghwa and Hongjoong went shopping, saying they were going to buy some alcohol along with their dinner so everyone could get a bit loose. Honestly with what he was dealing with, he needed it. He knew Mingi had decided to take a walk on the beach, and Yunho decided to tag along to get out of the house. Jongho left to do some workouts, and he could only guess that maybe Yeosang went to watch. San? He didn't know where he was but that was the least of his worries.
His phone fell into his lap before he curled up in the reliner, laying back since he reclined it back so his legs could be propped up. He wrapped his arms around himself.
Apparently he failed to hear footsteps coming over to him so when a hand was placed on his shoulder he about screamed. He found it was just San. "Seems I've been scaring you a lot." San joked, crouching so he was at eye level with Wooyoung. "You've been acting pretty off lately after talking with your dad. Are you sure that everything is okay? Like I said a few days ago if you need to talk or vent things out I'm here for you." And yet again, Wooyoung smiled at San and nodded, reaching to his own shoulder he patted San's hand and hummed. "Yeah. I'm fine, promise."
Seonghwa and Hongjoong came back not long after. Because of the warm and perfect weather they decided to buy meats and even bought a little grill they could cook on. They bought pork and beef to grill and bags of chips to eat along with and of course, the soju to go with it. The sun was setting, and as everyone was gathering back, Seonghwa had already set the grill up and waited for it to heat up, before he'd start grilling.
"So you've never had alcohol before?" Turning to San he shook his head. "Dad's protective, never really let me drink. There was a time I attempted to sneak from his stash but he caught me before I could try again." He shuddered at the memory. "I almost died that day." He half joked but knew if his father didn't stop himself he probably would have gotten hit.
"Well let's hope he doesn't catch you tonight." Yeosang perked in, Wooyoung turning to him and letting out a laugh. A pile of cooked meat was brought over and set in front of them, the other six digging in, Hongjoong deciding he'd wait until everyone ate before he'd eat with Seonghwa, even helped him with grilling. Using his chopsticks he'd pick up some pork to eat, quite content with the food but watched Mingi start passing around soju bottles, and eventually one was handed to himself. Taking it, he was soon handed a shot glass to go with it. "Since it's your first." Hearing San, the bottle was taken from him and opened for him. "Let me pour you your first drink." He rolled his eyes, but picked the shot up.
It was a little nerve wracking since it felt like all eyes were on him but he forced down his nerves. With a swift motion he downed the shot. Setting the glass down harshly he swallowed the soju before coughing. It burned on his lips, his mouth and especially going down. "Fuck!" He cursed out. A hand was rubbing his back, come to see it was San's who was trying to fight back a laugh, fighting a smile. "Strong?"
"Very! Holy shit!"
"Eat some meat now, makes it a little tolerable!" He heard Hongjoong so he did, he picked up a couple of pieces and shoved them into his mouth. It did help a little and slowed his coughing. "Want another?" Wooyoung almost looked at San like he was crazy. "I think I'll wait a bit." He told him, making everyone around him laugh but they all returned to their food.
San opened his own soju bottle and poured himself a shot. Watching him, his eyes widened as he swiftly downed it, the only reaction he had was his face scrunching up a little. "Damn. Been a while since I've drank." He said. "Goddamn." Wooyoung muttered but he was soon pouring himself another. He wanted to get used to the burning feeling so when he took the second shot, it had been a little more tolerable but he still had to pretty much stuff his own mouth with food so the taste wouldn't last.
Soon Seonghwa and Hongjoong joined in on them when all the meat was done and they all chatted with each other, or laughed at Wooyoung when he'd attempt to take another shot but had to admit, the more he drank he noticed it was easier and easier every time. It wasn't until his fourth shot it had suddenly hit him; the light headed feeling of a buzz that he never felt before but it felt.. good.
Everyone else started to get tipsy along with him, even San, who was more giggly than usual. "Woo my god you've about drank the whole bottle." San complained, lifting Wooyoung's bottle. In response, he just shrugged. His face was flushed pink from being drunk, setting his chopsticks down his head fell on his shoulder, and soon let out whines. "Sannie~" This new nickname made San tense up a little but he forced himself to relax. "Am I a bad kisser?" That made everyone around them quiet, turning to the two with wide eyes. "You guys kissed?" Yeosag asked, Wooyoung lifted up his head and whipped it around to look next to him and nod at Yeosang. "The other day~ We were sitting out here and I kissed him." He turned back to San, a big pout etched across his face. "But meanie old San ran off before I could tell him why I wanted to kiss him. And he hasn't said anything about it since!"
San had enough, so he got up, and went to grab Wooyoung by the arm to help him up. "Okay. Woo I think you've had enough so why don't we go inside and get you to bed okay?" This made Wooyoung giggle, being helped up he nodded. "'Kay~"
He turned to everyone on the table. "Thanks for the dinner!" Out of respect, he bowed his head but he could assume he was a bit too close to the table, since when he bowed he ended up smacking his forehead against the table, and made everyone burst into laughter and giggles. Drunk Wooyoung didn't really like that, because he tugged at San's arm. "Sannie! Make them stop laughing at me!" He cried out, San only pulling him into the house, shutting the door behind them.
Getting Wooyoung was a bit of a hassle, because he tripped at every other step and about fell down them once he made it to the top.
Guided into the room, San let out a long breath, resting his back against the door as he shut it behind himself. Wooyoung looked at him, before letting out a hum. "Sannie~ I have another thing I want to do." Before San could even ask him what he wanted he was starting to strip out of his clothes.
"I want to have sex."

San's eyes widened hearing Wooyoung's request and had to bite his lower lip. Wooyoung at that point had managed to take off his shirt, before he pressed himself against San, hands all over him. "I wanna feel good~ Like how Seonghwa makes Hongjoong feel. Please?"
God. He knew Wooyoung was attractive and he really wanted to, even if he himself was pretty tipsy, but Wooyoung was an intoxicated mess, he wasn't going to use him like that. So he grabbed his hands as they started to fumble with his belt. "Wooyoung no." The whine coming from the younger made him bite his cheek. "I want to, trust me I do but you're wasted. I'm.. I'm not going to take advantage of that okay? When you're sober and you want to.. You know then maybe. But now let's just get you in bed okay?" Wooyoung gave him a large pout, even puppy eyes to see if San would let up. He wasn't. Watching Wooyoung lean to him he assumed he was going to kiss him again. San squeezed his eyes shut waiting for something, but rather than feeling Wooyoung's lips on his he felt him pull away from San's grip.
Opening his eyes, San watched Wooyoung stumble to his bed and fell onto his knees next to it where a little trash can was. Hearing the other puking made him want to vomit himself. Sighing, he went over, crouching behind him he rubbed his back comfortingly. When his heaving subsided, he watched Wooyoung sit back. "Feel better?" San asked, Wooyoung nodded a little. He held his arms out for him, and helped Wooyoung into his bed. Getting him nice and situated, even taking his shoes and socks off for him he sat on the edge of his bed. For a bit he petted his hair before he started to leave so Wooyoung could rest.
"Wait." San turned to look at Wooyoung who lifted his head and gazed at San. "Please keep doing that.. Until I sleep. Please?" He begged, San had slowly sat back down and combed his fingers through Wooyoung's hair again, making him relax. He laid back down, back facing San and he didn't stop doing this for a while. He just pet Wooyoung's hair, watching how relaxed it made the younger seem.
He kept this up until he knew for sure that Wooyoung was even, even gently calling out his name just in case. Getting no response, he had crept out of the room, shutting the door before he'd go join the rest.
"I didn't think he'd get so drunk. Poor thing." Was the first thing he heard as he sat down, turning to Seonghwa. "I didn't think either. He's asleep now. I probably won't stay here much longer and head to bed myself." He mainly wanted to go just in case Wooyoung woke up and needed him. He finished off his soju, even though his own buzz by then was gone, finishing his food he said his goodnights to the others, before leaving again and went back upstairs. Fortunately, Wooyoung didn't seem to wake up or even mose since then.
Changing from his clothes, he crawled into his bed and for a while, kept his eyes on Wooyoung before finally shutting them and going to sleep.

San woke up early the next morning. He had a slight headache, but it wasn't something that really bothered him. He saw San was asleep still, so rather than waking him, he got up, even cleaned the trashcan next to Wooyoung's bed. As he was setting the trashcan back down he saw Wooyoung's phone, which was sitting on the nightstand light up. It was on silent so it made no noise but it saw that it was from Wooyoung's father.
He never wanted to be a nosy person, but he read what showed on the other's lockscreen.
'Eunbi said she wants to meet you.'
Who was Eunbi? He raised a brow, trying to think about anyone Wooyoung might know but so far, nothing. Weird.. He'd have to ask about that. He snuck back out of the bedroom so that Wooyoung could be left alone. It was pretty early, the sun was just setting and usually he never liked being awake at this time but he wanted to make sure Wooyoung would be okay, knowing when he'd wake up he'd have one killer hangover. Getting some painkillers, and a glass of water he came back and set them next to Wooyoung's phone.
Leaving again, he went back down. Everyone else was asleep but one person; Seonghwa. But it wasn't a shocker since out of everyone was usually the first to wake up. Even had some coffee made. "Good morning. How's Wooyoung?" He heard Seonghwa as San was preparing himself some coffee. "Not sure. He's still out like a rock and may be out all day." He shrugged, pouring the liquid into a coffee cup he stirred it as he added just a little bit of sugar and cream. "Guess he won't be drinking much after that." San chuckled to himself at that.
"I'll say. When I was trying to get him into bed he started stripping and said he wanted to have sex with me." Seonghwa's eyes went wide. "I know!" San would say before gently blowing at his coffee, taking a tiny sip after and winced at the burning of his tongue, but he didn't mind. "I cleaned up around his bed a bit since it was sort of a mess and I saw something on his phone. His dad texting him about some girl named Eunbi."
"San I swear if you're snooping through his personal life-"
San set his coffee cup down and held up his hands in defense. "I swear I'm not! I just saw the one text but besides us Wooyoung doesn't have any friends so it's kind of weird." The thought of the idea of Wooyoung possibly meeting someone new and it turning into more made himself tense, even gripping at his cup. Seonghwa took notice of this so he snapped his fingers in front of San to get his attention.
"You like Wooyoung, don't you?" San's own cheeks dusted over with pink, him instantly shaking his head. "Wh- No. I have no idea where you're getting that from." He protested, and went to sip at his coffee again, even if it burned his mouth. Seonghwa had only shrugged, a smile on Seonghwa's face as he sipped on his own drink. "Mm. I think you do. I can see the look on your face. You're upset Wooyoung is possibly meeting someone huh? I was in the same position when I started to develop feelings for Hongjoong a few years ago. I never liked the idea of him talking to someone."
San went quiet as he listened to him speak, gaze down in his lip. He chewed on his lip, ripping some of the skin off of it he sighed. "Maybe.. Maybe I do. I don't know." San shrugged. "I don't know if Wooyoung feels the same though." Feeling a hand on his own he turned to see Seonghwa giving him an encouraging look. "You'll never fully know unless you tell him about it you know?" He hated that Seonghwa was right. Pulling his hand away he sighed, picking his drink back up to sip it again.
"Yeah. I know."

Surprise! Two chapters in one night. I don't know. I was really in the writing mood, especially now that I'm starting to really build up Wooyoung and San's relationship, so I hope you all will enjoy two chapters today/tonight!
