this brightest thing before my eyes
his mouth it shapes a yes
leaves blow through without a trace
eaves' shadows untouched by this race
wash over me, flood fast draining
ash marks your face wetness raining

cottonjones designed this form and calls it metamorphosis. the form is 6 lines with 6 words in each. the first and the last words in each first line are changed by removing one letter to make a new word for the beginning and ending words in line 2. the same process happens again in the next two couplets of the poem. this is a constraint poem with rhyme and meter optional.
