Here is a bit more information, feel free to skip. They are mainly noted to help me keep her in character and are from my little idea folder.

Skye:

-Her mother was rather toxic

-She would mock or make Skye feel guilty if she ever complained or showed sadness

-"Don't stress mommy out, don't be a bad child"

-she never comforted her kid but would rather twist the situation when Skye would feel ashamed for saying anything at all

-claimed she has to be "Strong"

-Any problems Skye had were portrayed as small while "others have it worse" etc.

Result:

-Like Zoren, Skye learned what to and not to say to placate her mother so she is often good with interacting with people and putting up a front

-This also caused her constant "happy" mode and her incredible ability to act

-Her "I'm fine" attitude and dislike to ever complain obviously originated from this as well

-Dolon is the only one who can somehow read her, and call her out on it
