Ojiro invited some of our friends to a road trip just to clear our minds with college and parents. I'm glad for the invite because school was about to consume me whole.

Ojiro suggested to go around 11 in the morning since then we can spend the whole day together and end it together. It was a very great idea so we all agreed on that.

Ojiro said he was going to pick up the others and come by me last since my place is farther. That gave me enough time to change and clean my neglected room.

I woke up very early and cleaned my room that became a mess after I entered college. I was cleaning around when I found a big, red and black jacket sitting on my chair. I leaned my broom on the wall and pulled it up. I sniffed it and it immediately smelled like shoji. He always forgets his jacket over at my place.

I smiled and threw the jacket to my bed making sure to bring it with me. I missed him but I just saw him the other day. I shook my head and continued to clean my room.

Some time passed and I finally got it clean. I sat in my bed for a second but got up to finally get ready. I wore a plain gray hoodie with some black shorts and threw shojis jacket on, despite it being really big on my figure that it looked like a robe on me.

I went outside to wait for ojiro as I waved at my neighbors and made small talk. In the corner of my eye I saw the familiar van of ojiro and said goodbye.

I opened the van and saw tokoyami sitting close with tsuyu and hagakure in the front seat. "Hey guys!" I said and they greeted me back. I got into the back and saw the familiar arms sticking out.

"Oh (y/n)! How are you?" Shoji asked me as his arm went to my direction. I smiled and finally got in the van and slid his mask a little down and placed a small peck on his cheek.

"Eh, I've been better to be honest" I said taking off my shoes and placing them to the side. Shoji cleared his throat and looked down shyly.

"Alright, who wants to play music?" Ojiro asked as he started on the road trip trying to put his gps on. "Oh oh! I want to!" Hagakure said as she got the aux cord and plugged it on her phone.

She played some indie rock and I was surprised. She didn't look like the person to listen to this. But hey, you can't judge too fast.

I leaned forward and made some small talks with tsuyu and tokoyami. Tokoyami was surprisingly excited for this trip. "You really are?" I asked shocked. He nodded shyly before responding.

"I am quite fond of nature" he simply said as he looked out with a sparkle in his eye as he saw the birds outside flying. I nodded agreeing with him since I enjoy nature as well.

"I hope we can clear our minds in this trip" tsuyu said with a smile. Our tripe was only meant to be one day. Morning to night and I hope we have lots of fun even if we're poor.

I sat back down next to shoji and yawned a little. "Are you tired, (y/n)?" Shoji asked me and I lightly nodded towards him. "Yeah I woke up really early to clean my room" I said rubbing my eyes. I saw him shuffle a little and he opened his arms towards me.

"You can take a small nap with me?" He asked me and I knew he had a small smile beneath his mask. I smiled liking the gesture and took off his jacket. I fell into his arms and wrapped us together with his large jacket.

When my head fell into his chest, my eyes went closed as to hearing his soft heartbeat. Just listening to the beats, can make me fall asleep very fast and it did.

Shoji asked tokoyami to wake them up after an hour and tokoyami agreed. Then he closed his eyes as well and kept guard with me inside of his grip.

After an hour, it was time to wake up and ojiro stopped by a county fair. I woke up to me being poked and I looked up at shoji and smiled. I reached out and ruffled his hair with a smile.

I got up and rubbed my eyes and stretched my arms. I got out of the van and looked around. "Let's go!" Hagakure said as she pulled ojiros arm to follow her.

I laughed at how flustered ojiro looked and I turned to shoji. "Where do you wanna go first?" I asked him as we walked around for a while and there was some cool rides that I wanted to go on.

"Any is fine (y/n)" shoji said as I smirked and pulled his arm towards the direction of a ride called the "death drop!". It looks like it takes you high and then it drops you.

"Let's go here then!" I said excitedly. I pulled him onto the line and I couldn't help it. It has been a while since I've been to a ride and my stomach started to hurt from nervousness.

"Shoji are you scared?" I asked him and he shook his head no. He took my hand and placed it onto his chest. His heart was actually racing. He was scared to admit it to me. I smiled and gripped his hand.

"Man, you're too soft, it's killing my soft heart!" I told him as I kissed the top of his hand and kissed his other hands as well. It finally came to our turn and we got in the seats right next to each other.

The ride took us very high and I instinctively looked to shoji and gripped his hand. I nervously smiled at him and his eye crinkled meaning he had a smile underneath his mask.

Then a sound pitched and we were dropped almost immediately. I gripped the bars and let out one of the loudest screams I have ever did.

"Oh geez that was scary huh?!" I said as we got out and left the ride by the exit. My head was still hazy and my legs were numb. Shoji left a little laugh at my state of shock.

"Don't laugh at me!" I snarled at him but he continued to laugh at me. We got on other rides and we got some cotton candy as well. Then the bright Farris wheel was on display.

Shoji pulled me towards it and I quickly threw away my empty cotton candy stick. "You wanna ride this? Looks very high" I said as I looked at how big the wheel was, despite it not being a scary ride.

The wheel stopped slowly and people were left out and then we got inside and we made our way up and down and it suddenly stopped in the middle.

"Woah!" I said as our cart lightly shook since we suddenly stopped at the very top. I looked outside and the sun was ready to set. It was very orange and it looked kinda cool.

Shoji took my hand across from me and he moved down his mask. I let out a gasp he doesn't remove his mask in public, only with me and close friends so I was surprised.

He looked at me with adoration in his eyes and kissed the front of my hand. A light blush cake onto my cheeks from the sudden action.

"I don't really say this much when I should. (Y/n), you make me the happiest man alive when we're together" shoji suddenly said slipping his mask back on and held onto my hand.

I looked to the side, blushing from his sudden actions and words and I coughed a little. "Shoji, I didn't know you were so romantic" I said as I gripped his hand in return.

It was his turn to blush and he leaned behind the cart and cleared his throat. I laughed a little and the wheel started to move again.

We left the wheel and shoji texted ojiro where their current location was. We met up with the crew at the exit of the fair and we went to the van.

"I was surprised that tokoyami even got in rides" ojiro said when we all shared our experiences inside the county fair and whatnots. Then tokoyami physically blushed from the words ojiro just said and tsuyu said she agreed.

"He even got in the Ferris wheel as well" She said thinking back to what they did and tokoyami only looked outside not trying to redeem his reputation that he had.

It was turning dark so ojiro quickly made his way to a McDonald's and ordered our food as we ate it in the van since it would be dangerous to eat in the park.

We parked at the parking lot of McDonald's and we turned on some music and some lights to see while we ate. I got a Mcchicken and some large fries and shoji ordered a full meal.

We ate while we watched a show on his phone. We had our earbuds on since we didn't want to disrupt the others with the sudden sound and stuff. I took a bite out of my sandwich and got shojis coke and took a big sip.

Shoji ate with his mask down but also by the mouth in one of his arms. We took a while to eat our food and we had to stash in our limited bags to throw it all away.

I sat back down and touched my full stomach. "I hope I don't get a stomach ache" I said as I rubbed my belly. Shoji flashed me a quick smile and ruffled my hair. "Be careful (y/n)" he said as he took out the show and locked his phone.

"I'm heading to a spot I've seen before than I'll take you guys home" ojiro said turning to us and informing us. We agreed and he took us to the location he mentioned.

It was some sort of like a dock and lake. It gave us a big shot of the moon and the reflection of it towards the lake underneath. It was very bright and it was beautiful. We got out of the van and shoji and I got on top of the van to admire the scenery.

Tokoyami and tsuyu went ahead and sat down by the dock. Ojiro and Hagakure sat in the hood of the van talking about their own business. I smiled and leaned towards shojis shoulder.

He wrapped half of his arms around me and a big smile was displayed on my face. I looked up at him and moved his mask down a little. I laid a kiss onto them and then left a peck after.

I looked back to the scenery and cleared my throat. "You know Shoji.." I began my sentence and I felt him hum in response signaling he wanted me to continue.

"I love you, like a lot" I said looking back at him. He stared at me with a face full of shock as I told him something that he only heard it once. "R-really (y/n)?" He asked trying to register what I just told him.

"Uh-huh" I said smiling up at him. Then he looked to the side and soft tears were displayed. I lightly turned his face to me and wiped them. "That's the first time someone told me they loved me, (y/n)" he said with a shaky voice.

"At least you know that I really love you, you goof" I said smiling at how precious this man is to me. Of how good he treats me and how he isn't afraid to show affection even if he's with a man.

I wasn't lying when I said I loved shoji
