It was finally the day you got to hang out with your friends since midterms really took a toll on you guys. especially Denki.

so mina thought of a great idea to cheer all of you up. To go rollerblading! What's the worst thing that can happen right? Oh right, one of us not knowing how to skate and hurting ourselves.

You texted mina when she was going to come and pick you up and she told you in some minutes so you quickly put clothes on trying to seem presentable.

"I should eat a little though" you said to yourself and got into your kitchen. Your mom was sleeping in her room so you couldn't ask her to make you something quick on the spot. You decided to eat an orange.

You heard honks outside and quickly rushed out before disrupting your mother. "Hey mina!" You yelled at her, half greeting over her loud music. She nodded and started to go towards the direction of the others houses.

Bakugo was already over kirishima and Sero was with Denki. You were glad you guys were going to get Sero last since sitting with him will make you unable to function.

"Hey losers!" I yelled at kirishima and bakugo as I fist-pumped kirishima and bakugo pushes me back slightly. They sat on the back of minas minivan leaving still two spots next to me.

I sucked air and my heel started to bounce. I didn't want to bring attention to me so I made conversation with kirishima with bakugo lightly commenting as well.

Some time passed and we barely got to Denkis place and saw them sitting outside waiting for us. Sero had a backpack even though his outfit was good already and there's no chance of rain.

"Do you guys know what seros taking with him?" I asked the people inside the minivan and they simply smiled at me and said it was a surprise.

"aww man you guys do a surprise without my knowledge!" I said bummed out they probably planned a surprise prank or something.

They finally noticed us and walked towards the van. Denki opened the door and was going to sit next to me but then pushed Sero in first. "Ladies first " He said as he shoves Sero to me.

"I'm not a girl idiot" Sero said in remark as he apologized for falling on me. "No worries my dude" I said smiling at the awkward tension. "Oh uh you guys I can't sit right" Denki complained as his ass was being pressed into the door.

"Just cross your legs" Bakugo snarled at him since he was holding up the whole car ride. Denki kept struggling when mina came up with an idea. "I would've let you sit with me here but I have too much junk, so maybe Sero sits on (y/n)'s lap?" Mina said innocently but I immediately blushed.

"H-hold on-" I tried to register the upcoming idea that mina has said and me and Sero made eye contact. We looked away blushing at the immense tension in this van. "Cmon man" Kirishima said encouraging but not harsh.

Sero finally mustered the courage and he sat on my lap and had his hands in front of the seat for support. During the car ride, I looked out the window trying to not pay attention at who's sitting on my lap. Not trying to make Sero uncomfortable at the same time.

We finally reached our destination and Sero and I immediately got out of the minivan with red cheeks present. Denki got out and yawned. "I had so much space! Thanks Sero" he said and Sero pinched his arm and Denki whined in pain.

They got their luggage as I held the door for them and we went to go pay for admission and for rental rollerblades. We got to the rent center and suddenly I got nervous. I went rollerblading a few times but since Sero is here, he'll probably stare and make you really nervous.

You ignored those thoughts and got your shoes. We all were tying our shoes and we stood up and we all stared at each other. "Dude who knows how to rollerblade?" Denki asked as his legs were swaying up and down slowly trying to stay in one spot.

I smiled seeing how clueless they were. "I know a little so I can teach you guys how to at least to keep your balance" I told them and they nodded.

We struggled to go around the entering area of the floor and I got in first. I saw all of them as they had worried faces. I smiled and skated over.

"Okay uh here mina!" I said and pulled her arm not too hard. I talked to her on how to skate slowly and how to stay in balance. I grabbed her hands and waist so she wouldn't fall.

"Hold onto my shoulders" I told her and she did and she finally got the hang of it. She smiled and yelled happily. "(Y/n)! You're so cool!" She complimented and I smiled thanking her.

She then went over to kirishima and taught him quickly and he went to Bakugo who refused to hold onto kirishima. His ears were pretty pink. I never knew I was going to witness a flustered Bakugo today.

I looked over and saw Sero laughing as mina pushed Denki forward so he can skate but he ended up flailing his arm and fell onto his ass.

I laughed a little as he got up a little embarrassed of what he did in public. I turned to Sero and he flashed a small smile.

"Do you want me to teach you?" I said scratching my neck and he nodded in agreement. I headed over to him and got his hands and they were very warm compared to mine.

I pulled him towards him and he started to panic. "Uh (y/n)! I'm falling ah!" He said as he tried to look for some type of support to prevent falling.

"It's okay! Here hold onto my shoulders!" I told him smiling and he looked up worried but held onto me for dear life. Then I slowly moved my hands to his waist and taught him slowly since he was scared of falling.

In a few minutes, we were all on the floor skating normally. Well, they skated really slow as I skated around them making sure they didn't fall or anything. I felt like a proud dad. Then I saw Sero talking to Denki about something and Sero signaled me to come.

I skated there slowly to Sero as he held to my shoulder. "Can you pull me to the direction of our bags?" He said and I was about to question it but he probably just needed to use the bathroom.

I got his hand on my hand and pulled him to the exit with caution making sure he didn't go too fast or too slow. We reached it and I quickly pulled my hand away. "Here you go" I said and smiled. He flashed a toothy grin at me as he tried to walk, more like slow stomping to the bags and go quickly to the bathroom.

Then I saw kirishima and bakugo head over to the bathroom as well. I know they had a surprise but I thought it was like they brought extra candy for the road or something.

I shook my head and headed over to Denki and mina. We lightly had a conversation on why tomato is not a fruit. "Denki how are you going to go to your kitchen and simply pull out a tomato and eat it like a damn apple?" I asked him not understanding how it's not hard to grasp this concept.

"I did it once and let me tell you. It was so fucking good" he said smiling as he remembered the event. I felt my own stomach turn as he mentioned that. Mina was going to comment on it but the music suddenly stopped as the dj announced it was lovers only dance.

The music turned to romantic cheesy music that has been overplayed multiple times already and the lights changed as well. Denki and mina linked their arms with each other and waved me off smiling. I weakly smiled knowing I'm going to have to sit out on this.

As I was planning to walk out to the benches, I saw Sero coming into the floor wearing a tuxedo. He had a simple rose in his hands and he was obviously sweating out of nervousness.

"Go get him!" Kirishima said as he pushed him to skate towards me. Bakugo and him left giving Sero some encouragement.

I stared at him in disbelief. This was the surprise. Well it god damned surprised me. I was never confronted like this. It was romantic as well.

I got to him and he gave me the rose. I shoved it inside my pocket trying my best not to squish it or anything. "Sorry for doing this out of the blue, I- uH- just really like you (y/n), you're a pretty cool guy to be with and uh-" Sero started to ramble and he pulled his collar out of nervousness.

I slapped my cheeks lightly trying to lower their warmth and I pulled my hair on the back of my neck lightly.

We stood there, saying nothing like the awkward teenagers we were. Just too embarrassed to do anything. I saw the timer coming close to an end of the dance and I felt guilty not doing anything.

"Look you don't have to agree to go out, we can still be friends or something-" Sero was going to apologize but I got his hand and pulled him to me.

"Huh-" He said with his voice high pitched and I smashed our lips together. I tried my best to kiss out of instinct. I don't know if Sero knows how to so I hope I'm not embarrassing myself.

I pulled away and we stared at each other at what had just happened. I was lightly breathing heavy and him as well. Sero wipes his sweaty forehead and I repeated the same thing.

I lightly laughed a little at what I just did and Sero laughed following me right behind as well. We giggled at how dumb we look towards our friends who were in the distance looking at us.

I intertwined our fingers as I finally got the boy I liked very much. The floor was closing soon so we got our rental shoes back and got our bags as well. Not before Sero went back to change.

"My mom would've killed me if she saw me wearing this out here" He said nervously as he shoved it in his bag. We laughed at how cheesy he was but I liked it. He wanted to do the best he could to impress me and it did. No matter what he did, I would've still kissed him on the spot.

We headed home and Sero was asleep against my neck on my lap facing me as we drove to our houses for a good night sleep.
