"Ah—! There you two are!! We've been calling your phones!" Mina spotted the pair walking back to meet up with them; all of their friends were standing outside the store and Ashido was holding on to [____]'s stuff. "Well, [____] probably left hers in her bag but YOU, Bakugo! Why didn't you answer us?!"

"'Cause I didn't feel like it."

"Sheez, you could at least lie and say you didn't hear it ring..."

"[____]! You okay?!! Bakugo didn't take you away just to bully you, did he?!" Kaminari held on to her hands to show how worried he was.

She tried shaking him off. "Everything is cool...We were just chatting."

"Just chatting, you say?" Ashido wiggled her eyebrows. "Sounds to me like there was a hot make out session, was there?!"

'I wish...' [____] looked at her crush; who was too busy yelling at Denki about something involving her personal space. "Not at all, there was just this situation in my mind...Katsuki was trying to shake some sense into me."

"Eeehhh..." Mina tried to come up with different scenarios in her head, but after a few tries she couldn't see anything else happening other than the two of them making out. "Ok! Well—! I promised I would take Momo home and since I'm trying to spend the night there— I'm hoping I'll catch up with you guys on Monday."

"You guys are leaving...Already?" [____] took a quick look at her phone after receiving her school bag. The time was 6:34 pm.

'We can stay here longer since it'll be the weekend tomorrow...But I guess Momo really wants Mina to study for the written exam...meanwhile, I lost Izuku's notes thanks to Katsuki...'

"I'm also gonna head home; I got some chores to do." Kirishima announced it to everyone but he was looking at his best friend while saying it. "I'll text you later, yeah?"

"Whatever."

"[____]? You think you can take us home?" Ever since meeting the girl and knowing she could use her quirk to fast travel from place to place, Sero had gotten too lazy to wait for the train and all; he figured she could really be useful and maybe that's why Bakugo invited her to join their team. "I can give you some money, if you want."

"What is she, your personal chauffeur or something, now?!" Katsuki stopped arguing with Denki just to start a fight with Hanta. "Can't you walk, soy sauce face?!"

[____] shrugged at the idea. "I don't mind taking you guys home, but I'll need your address to see if it's not too far... and some time to focus, if that's okay."

"I would totally take your offer, but Momo already called us a Lyft, so we gotta get going! Toru, wanna come with us or you wanna stay with [____] and those idiots?" Ashido pulled both of the girls aside to speak with them in private since Bakugo's yelling was becoming a disturbance.

Hagakure wasn't trying to leave [____] alone with their crush; so she stayed behind. "Sorry, Mina..I'll text you when I get home."

"Okay, well...Have a good night, girls! Stay beautiful ♡ I love you, both."

After exchanging a tight hug with Mina and a light handshake with Momo; the girls parted into two groups.

"Hagakure...Did you want me to take you home, too?" [____] asked as they both walked closer to the boys.

"I much rather take a train, thanks."

'I figured she'd say something like that...At least I approached her on a good note, this time...'

"Wait!! You guys! If [____] is gonna take us home then is it cool if we spend another hour or so around here?! I barely come to this mall and I wanted to stop by the arcade, I saw a stuffed Pikachu back in the crane games I wanna try to get it since I found some leftover change in my bag, just now!"

Bakugo hissed at Kaminari's suggestion. "You fucking child."

"I say we should!" Toru hardly ever hung out with her crush; even though she was very close friends with Ashido, her team leader would always be too busy to show up to most of their arrangements. "Let's go to the arcade, guys!"

Besides Denki, who was down for anything, and Kirishima who was already walking away from the group; Bakugo and Sero looked at [____] for her answer.

"I mean...She's the one who's going out of her way to drop us off, so..." Hanta raised his shoulders slightly, feeling indifferent about what she would say. "I'm down to go if she's ok with that..."

"What do you wanna do, fat cheeks?!"

"Ah, me?!" [____] couldn't see Toru's eyes; but she felt as if she was being glared at by her, right then and there. "Um...I don't mind? Whatever you guys want to do is fine with me."

'I don't feel good about this...I don't know why I couldn't just say no; was it peer pressure? It feels like I'm being judged by Hagakure with every second that passes by...'

The three guys and two girls walked inside the arcade Denki was excited about. "So, listen, [____]. There's tons of cute plushies I know you'll like but I don't have the money right now, so...If you wanna let me borrow some; I can win them for you—"

He stopped speaking when he was was hit on the back of his head by Bakugo. "What kind of shit is that?! You wanna buy a girl something, you don't ask her for fucking money!! It's like if she's buying it on her own!"

"That's kinda true, though." Sero shared his opinion.

"You didn't have to hit me!! Also; what am I supposed to do?! Bakugo, you give me money then!"

"As if!! Soy sauce face told us you sucked at these games. Why would I waste my own damn cash like that?! I'll do it, myself!"

He placed his bag down to the floor and inserted 300 yen into the nearest UFO catcher.

[____] tried to stop him. "Katsuki, you don't have to do all of that— I don't mind lending Kaminari some money.."

"Shut up, fat cheeks! I'm trying to prove a fucking point here. Now watch me win all of this crap with just 300—!"

His friends remained silent as he was able to do as he claimed, picking up prize after prize; moving them onto the prize dispenser and going back for more. He wouldn't take his eyes off the claw, not even for a second.

'He looks hot when he's determined and focused, like this...Katsuki, you make sure to be good at anything you'll try, right? It's admirable...I wish I had your unfaltering confidence...'

"Damn, Bakugo! Them skills, though!" Sero had to ruin the silence just to bother his team leader; he thought of it as a favor in order to stop him from getting over his head. "That's goals right there. Mmmm, harder daddy."

Kaminari busted out laughing. Which made [____] giggle as well.

"Shut the hell up, soy sauce face!! The timer is running out and you're fucking playing with me!!! I'm not finished!"

"Bakugo, can you win that stuffed rabbit for me?" Toru took it a next step up and pointed at a pink bunny plush through the glass of the crane machine. "Pretty please?"

'What a smart move...I feel like I'm running behind at this rate...Why couldn't I think of asking him something like that, first?! Oh; it's because he's Katsuki, there's a big chance he'll say no to that sort of request...'

"Sure, whatever." Her crush didn't seem to mind, which surprised both of the girls as he picked up the toy without a problem, then snapped his fingers at [____]. "Fat cheeks, what do you want?!"

"Me too?! Is it really okay?!" [____] couldn't help but smile at his thoughtfulness.

"Why wouldn't it be?! Hurry up and choose something before the timer runs out— I'm never wasting more money on this crap, again!"

"Bakudaddy, can I get something too?!" Denki had the courage to give him a new nickname at a time like this.

"Fuck you!! Go die!"

"Aww, so you only wanna show off your skills to the girls, I see how it is...."

"Shut the fuck up; I won all of that already, didn't I?! Get whatever you want from that pile!!"

"That's a bit rude but I'll take it; thank you! Sero, you want some of these?!" Kaminari began to stuff his school bag with all the prizes Bakugo continued to get with just 300 yen.

Hanta raised an eyebrow at the cute plushies. "I mean, what am I gonna do with these? I could probably give them to my little cousins....Or my dog!"

"You're gonna let a dog destroy these?! But they're adorable!"

"So? What are you going to do with all of these, anyway?"

"I was thinking I could hand them over to all the cute girls I'll see on the street and attach my phone number in their backs!"

"Creepy..." Hagakure whispered to herself; [____] was standing right next to her, so she was able to hear it.

[____] wanted to say something to defend her friend, but Bakugo yelled at her to find something she'd like.

"Right!!" She moved closer to the machine to look for a prize. "Oh! The cute penguin! I want that one!"

"Which one?!" Bakugo was too focused on picking up more prizes while waiting for her answer just to stretch more of his money. "I see a lot of different ones! Get closer to me and show me!!"

She gladly did what he asked for and touched his shoulder with one hand to make him relax. "Okay it's the one holding the little Halloween pumpkin. To your left!! No, wait, it's to my left!"

"WHERE THE HELL IS IT?!"

"Over there, look! Look!" She tried pointing at it, but by the time he moved the crane towards it, time was up. "Nooooo...! I wanted it!"

Denki was fast to offer to pay for the next try. "I can get it for you, [____]! Oh..."

Bakugo, without saying a word, placed a few more coins inside the machine and won the stuffed seasonal penguin for [____]. He even let the timer keep going as he personally grabbed it out of the dispenser and handed it to her.

"Thank you..."

"I thought you said you wouldn't waste your money again..." Sero elbowed his team leader's back a little too forcefully. "Bakugo, why can't you just say you wanted to get her something instead of getting all of these extra prizes? You practically cleaned the whole claw machine!"

"Shut up! I only got it so she wouldn't start crying. Besides, she knows she'll owe me something back for this."

Before [____] could take them home, they stopped inside a huge retail store to buy a couple of last minute things.

The guys browsed the video game and cds aisle while [____] walked to the nearest bathroom to wash her hands.

She checked her hair after drying them, and then took a quick look at her phone's locked screen. 7:41 pm.

"It's only this early and I'm already feeling kind of tired...It's probably because I didn't get to sleep much last night..."

As she placed her phone back into her bag, the little stuffed penguin Bakugo had won for her earlier peeked out of there.

'I love this, it's so cute...It comes from Katsuki, too! It's basically the first gift he's ever given me...I hope it's not the last one...I feel so happy, I could die...'

"I bet you feel special, don't you?" Toru's voice startled her; She didn't know the invisible girl was also inside the rest room, waiting for her. "He went out of his way to get you that...Even though he got me something, too...Mine just feels like it was obligatory."

"Hagakure..."

"Whatever...It's not like any of that matters." Toru took a step forward and snatched the toy from [____]'s hands.

"Hey! What's your problem?! Give it back!"

"OH, I'll give it back! Not a problem!!" She pushed the girl down to the floor, waiting for her to fight back but [____] stayed still. "....Look at you. They're only nice to you 'cause they think you're pretty and stupid, you know? Any guy will want to mess around with you if you make yourself look easy enough."

"I'm not easy...Don't call me that."

"This little gift. I bet you're thinking that you won him over already, are you? Even if I don't stand a chance..I won't let you get to him so easily!" She squished the toy with her hand, as if it would break with such an action. She turned on the bathroom sink, instead, submerging it with cold water.

"Stop!" [____] stood up, shoving Toru away so she could save the small gift. "That's unfair! I haven't done anything to you! You want to pick a fight with me, and for what?! It's not like I told Katsuki anything you have said to me so far!"

Hagakure smirked at her voice cracking due to being a little too scared. "You're so weak...It's only a matter of time until Bakugo gets tired of you acting like this..."

'Gets tired of me...?'

"I'm going home. Enjoy your weekend, [____]."

Once she was finally out of the restroom, [____] took in a deep breath; allowing herself to cry over the wet, small gift.

She tried drying it while making herself stop feeling sad.

'I hate this feeling...I'm shaking? But she's not as strong as she acts, either...I know she's hurting. She's upset; jealous...Why is anger the only way for her to let it out? And why is crying the only thing I can do at a time like this...?'

'Maybe she's right...I need to stop being so weak...'

'Katsuki...I don't want you to get tired of me, if I continue to be like this.'

After a few minutes, [____] was able to get a hold of herself and soon after, she got a text.

[____] looked at herself in the mirror one last time, before heading out. Just to make sure her face was no longer red and her eyelids weren't too puffy. She smiled at the mirror a few times for practice.

"Sorry I kept you guys waiting, I was just—" She closed the bathroom door to find Bakugo standing there, alone. "W-Where's the rest..?"

"I ordered them a ride. It was simple since the portable charger wanted to sleep over at soy sauce's tonight."

"I thought they wanted me to take them home, heh..."

He remained calm as he asked, "You alright?"

"Um, yeah...I was just taking my time in there, I guess...Did I make you wait long?"

"Not really. Can you open a portal back to my house?"

"From here?! Maybe...We might have to make two stops though, I'll have to go to the train station first, and then your house..."

Katsuki watched her body language for a little longer in order to change his mind about it. "On second thought...Head home, fat cheeks. Will you make it there? Or do you also need a ride?"

"I can go home... But what about you?"

"I have something to do." He took a step towards her to place a hand on top of her head. "You have to rest, tomorrow we're going to practice, remember? After you're done meeting with that Icyhot prick."

"Hah, you're right...I am feeling kind of tired already, too..."

"Then text me when you're home, alright?"
