Shizuka is a very sweet and motherly person that is willing to help out anyone that is in need of it doing what ever he possibly can to help out and help people get into a better situation. He is a calm and collected person that has his bursts of energy and excitement. Shizuka also has cat like tendencies and behaviors he loves to cuddle when given the chance and will knock glasses of liquid over then run away (well he tries). He can be a rather sassy person with nasty comebacks if you try him.

Shizuka isa dragon both of his parents having the quirk as well shizuka has jet black scales that have an iridescent shine on them being as hard as diamonds when shizuka is in a dangerous situation. They grow along his neck stopping at his collar bones, all over his hands and his arms stopping at the middle of his upper arm, and all over his feet and legs stopping at his mid thighs. He used to have scales that used to grow along his spine but due to a work accident they no longer are able to grow there. Shizuka has a long table twice his body size that he used to be able to use like an extra arm and help himself keep balance but due to the same accident that stopped the scales from growing on his spine he is no longer able to fully use his tail. Shizuka also has double set of fangs and sharp teeth as well as a cat lung tongue he has long claws he keeps sharp for his protection and rarely cuts since it hurts him. He has horns as well as long ears that help him hear from a wide range his sense of smell is extremely strong too being able to smell someone miles away from him he isn't very physically strong but he is small and able to wiggle into places that most other people can't. Shizuka also has spit that allows him to heal those that are hurt it has a strong minty smell to it and makes any wounds typically go numb but because of that Shizuka doesn't have much of a sense of taste and tends to make the people he kisses lips go numb.

Background:
Shizuka was born in a high ranking dragon family, his father was over the moon to have another little baby while his mother was less than happy having been pressured by the expectations of being a good dragon wife she despised Shizuka. Seeing him as nothing more that dead weight holding the family back just like atlas. Shizuka grew up only knowing love and kindness from his father, Atlas being the only one to spend his time with Shizuka playing with him and teaching him how to hunt and control his dragon side. That all came to a halt though when Shizuka was thirteen years old having always had tea time with his father at noon usually the family maids would prepare the tea but on this day Shizuka's mother prepared it, Atlas not long after drinking the tea his wife prepared fell dead right besides Shizuka. Shizuka having always believed his mother poisoned his father but Bella had Atlas body cremated and requested an autopsy not be preformed. No one ever believed Shizuka when he tried to tell people about what he believed his mother had done. His older brother even calling him a crazy bitch things where never the same for shizuka after that. He barely spoke to his brother he viewed as his mother lap dog always fulfilling her wishes just to make her happy and please her. Shizuka did the same not to please his mother or to make her happy but to survive in his home. When it came to high school Shizuka had asked his mother to go to UA wanting to go into the hero course. Shizuka's mother complied but only because she knew it would be short lived that in the end no matter how much Shizuka aspired to be a hero that would never happen. At least thats what Bella thought. At UA shizuka kept to himself mostly just being there to try and become a hero and get out of his home. He kept quiet keeping his head down and mostly to himself. It was when Touya Todoroki came around that Shizuka's eyes opened to the idea of friendship. Being brought into Touya's friend group they opened up Shizuka's eyes that there was more to life than shizuka knew. That there was normal, well at least as normal as you can get in a super power society. Shizuka would start to sneak out and meet Touya and their friends at the arcade or at a park late at night to talk. Shizuka grew close to Touya understanding the struggles of Touya's home life it made shizuka not feel so alone. The two kept growing closer and closer through their years at UA being in their final year and close to graduation is was the most excited Shizuka had ever felt being so close to escaping his home and becoming a pro hero with Touya. Though it all came crashing down when Touya died, Shizuka never believing that it was an accident he knew that it was Endeavor behind it. He grew resentment towards the Todoroki family for sweeping things under the rug and pretending that Touya never existed. Shizuka fell into a deep depression feeling like his world was coming to an end and just wanting to slip away his dreams of even escaping his family fell through when Shizuka's mother told him that he would be getting married to a rich dragon that would help keep the Royce family in a high social standing. Shizuka felt like everything fell apart his life was crumbling before him and there was no hope to it. He graduated UA and was getting ready to be married off when he found out that he was pregnant with Hanaji. Hanaji becoming this spark of light for Shizuka's life giving him the motivation to run away and work things out with the help of his friends he became a pro hero that focused on saving people as well as search and rescue missions. As the years went on Shizuka had lovers that came and went his little family growing more with Caspian and Ronan being born he was happier than he had ever been having a stable job and loving family. It all came crashing down when Ronan was seven years old Shizuka being out on a search and rescue mission a family having reported their loved one missing and Shizuka was sent out to find them. Unfortunately he did, he found them deep in the woods miles and miles away from the city their body was ripped to shreds their animal quirk features being stripped of their body. Before shizuka could call the body in he was attacked by a serial killer villain that was known as SkinWalker a villain that had the ability to wear the skins of animals and take on their features. He attacked shizuka the smaller dragon knowing he couldn't fight him head on had tried to escape and run away to call for help but was unable too. Being pinned down SkinWalker wearing the skin of a bear he held his claws high digging them into Shizuka's spin ripping out Shizuka's scales and skin he had the full intent to kill shizuka but had been stopped by All Might the number one hero having been on the hunt for the villain and was able to bring him to justice. Shizuka came out of the tragic event with the inability to use his tail like before and unable to walk for a long time having had to go through years and years of physical therapy to be able to regain his ability to walk. Shizuka due to his injuries retired and fell into a deep depression for months and struggled to find a job no one wanted a dragon with a useless tail and could barely want. It was Aizawa from UA that had reached out to shizuka and told him about a job opportunity needing a new history teacher and the job of a therapist opening up. Shizuka jumped at the chance and found himself again in helping these UA students navigate such an important time of their lives.
