Masuta-kun is a very short female; she's similar to her brother tomura, But her hair is a darker shade of blue which fades into a Greyish color, but the ends of her hair are tied into a messy pony-tail made of chains•which is were her Quirk comes in•. She has dull red eyes and bags under them from sleepless nights trying to help her older brother. 
Although Tomura has scars and a dry lips; Masuta has a large scar running from her face all the way down to her throat, she's very slow when it comes to talking. She also has a missing hand, leaving just a stub.

Mesuta's villain costume is basically a large-chubby looking bear suit. The face of her bear suit is a tablet screen acting as a mask
(It can play music, movies, vInEs,  etc...) 
She has a large gold zipper running down it(seeming like a body+Head suit.), the rest of her suit is a light blue with a red broken heart in the center.
She also carries around a large STYROFOAM Sword•Which she uses to strike fear in her enemies even though it's fake. But eh. She's like being bomb)
