THE IDEA:

Izuku Midoriya lives in a world where each and every single time you lie, a flower grows on your skin, and it can be any type of flower.

It's similar to the fictional disease called "The hanahaki disease" Which also exists in this world.

And much like the hanahaki disease, you either have to never lie, or surgically remove it.

Due to fear of LITERALLY GROWING FLOWERS ON YOUR BODY-

Many never lie.

The flowers are also permanent.

But wait-

If it's similar to the hanahaki disease,

Doesn't that mean it is deadly as well?

Well, that my d00d, is true.

The more you lie,

The more flowers grow on your body,

And unfortunately for the lying victims,

The flowers will soon grow on the victims' organs,

And rest in pieces them.

So what if Izuku, unfortunately, gets the hanahaki disease?
