Second Person POV
•-•-•-•-•

You didn't expect today to be any different from any other day while walking to UA with your twin, but life has a strange way of proving your thoughts wrong.

It started off as average, with you and Katsuki jeering at one another, playfully shoving, arguing—the usual shit.

Only mere minutes away from your school was when the tables suddenly turned.

There, standing just a few feet, maybe ten, ahead of you, is a villain you've never encountered before.

Hell, you didn't recognize her at all.

You don't even remember Deku having a page on her in his notes, which you're certain you would recall if he had since you're nearly just as interested in that thing as he is.

And yes, he has a notebook for villains as well, per your suggestion.

Anyway, your gaze briefly shifted along her body, examining her attire for future reference.

A royal purple cloak, black top and shorts underneath with fishnet tights and combat boots. There's even a mask adorning her face to cover her eyes, which you assume she somehow modified so that she could see through it, but you can't, as the fabric appears to be fairly thick.

Before you could analyze anything else about her, Katsuki jumps into action and charges in her direction. With a shake of your head, you bolt headfirst after him, prepared to back him in anything he gets his dumb ass into.

The villain lady turns her head slightly to peer over at the both of you, seemingly unfazed by your presences as she halts her destruction.

Then the fight commenced.

Katsuki took the first shot as the both of you split, you going right and him left. She dodged and you fired another blast at her, which she managed to evade, too.

You and your brother circled her, as if she were prey, and then simultaneously shot blasts at her with little to no breaks in between.

Despite this, she was able to avoid all of the fireballs except for one, which had exploded at her feet and launched some concrete towards her arm, slicing it open.

You smirked, as that was your shot she couldn't get away from.

With a hiss, she began to use her own quirk against the two of you, and as you instinctively lean back to dodge one of her attacks (almost snapping your spine in the process), you realize that it looks like a laser beam similar to Aoyama's. However, instead of it being a bright color, it was pure black and reeked of what you assume to be dirty diapers, and it came from her palms instead of her naval.

How disgusting.

Returning to reality, you perform a one-handed cartwheel to avoid a multitude of laser beams and fire a few blasts at her whilst being upside-down 'til you were back on your feet once more.

You then abruptly kneel as another laser whizzes above your head, singeing a piece of your hair off. You don't pay that any mind, though, as you gingerly raise your chin and watch in horror as the villain shoots a laser at Katsuki while he's distracted.

Without even a second thought, you stood and sprinted as fast as you could towards your brother, the world feeling as if it was moving in slow motion.

Luckily, he wasn't too far away, and you were able to skid to a stop in front of him and take the blow instead.

It felt as if a ton of bricks were slammed into your chest as the laser collided with you, causing a chain reaction in your body to where every limb instantly became numb and dangerously weak.

So, you collapsed.

You could hardly breathe as you rolled onto your back, your entire figure trembling as you stare up at the sky, your vision fading in and out of the dark abyss that encapsulates your brain.

Somewhere in the distance, though you knew it was closer than it sounded, you heard Katsuki release an enraged shout as he relentlessly bombarded the villain, pinning her quickly with his newfound energy.

It honestly surprised you, as you had never heard him express that much anger before.

Not even when Deku upsets him just for being himself—which is saying something.

That thought soon slipped to the furthest part of your mind as all you could focus on was the surging pain you were experiencing and trying to fight the urge to fall unconscious.

Your blood seemed to boil as your limbs automatically bent at the joints, and you gritted your teeth. Slamming your eyes shut, you just wish for the suffering to end and, as if your prayers had been heard, you drifted off.

Finally, it was peaceful.

However, Katsuki, on the other hand, felt anything but peace as he ran towards you. Kneeling at your side and cradling you bridal style in his arms as the pro-heroes arrive to take over the battle for him, not willing to waste a second longer to support you.

"Why the hell would you do that?!" he harshly whispers as the villain was detained, holding his terrified tears back. "You idiot..."

Moments later, the both of you were swept away to get cleaned up.

Katsuki only had a few minor scrapes and bruises, but you were still knocked out for another twenty minutes.

Once you woke, Katsuki pulled you into a bone-crushing hug, only to be scolded by the paramedic to be careful with you. He tsked and actually listened to them, loosening his grip as you reciprocate the gesture with a huff of relief.

You were only dehydrated and had a bandage applied to the left of your chest near your collarbone, as that's where the laser had hit.

You got off pretty lucky.

If that laser had hit the area over your heart, there's no telling what might've become of you.

If you could've recovered.

Especially since that villain's quirk is relatively unknown with her laser's abilities.

Before you knew it, you were dropped off at UA and followed alongside your brother to your shared class, him having to help stabilize you a few times on the way.

The both of you entered the classroom roughly around an hour late, but as soon as everyone saw your states—yours, specifically—they understood what happened immediately.

Aside from your friends' worries and Shoto, your boyfriend, never leaving your side (to the point of him literally switching seats with the person beside you), the rest of the day carried on as usual.

Though it was a little amusing how Katsuki got more and more annoyed the closer Shoto got to you, him being the protective little pomeranian he is.

He still hasn't entirely come to terms with you dating the "half-and-half bastard," as he calls him, and it's blatantly obvious. But he keeps his mouth shut for your sake...most of the time.

The next day soon rolled around, and you felt way better than you did yesterday.

Unfortunately for you, though, today was going to be another odd day.

More odd than the last.

On your way to school, your stomach began to churn and you paused in your tracks, resulting in Katsuki to turn to you in confusion and irritation. That is, until he saw the expression on your face, which had scrunched up as the stinging continued to build up inside of you.

He was about to step to your side when your skin began to glow, brighter and brighter until he couldn't bare to look at you until you went back to normal.

What he saw, however, was far from "normal."

Katsuki's eyes are as wide as saucers as he stares down at you, jaw slacked as he nearly forgets to breathe for a moment.

Standing before him is a younger version of you—or, more accurately, the three year old version of you.

He gawks at your little figure as you rub your eyes with your tiny knuckles, your clothes even having shrunk to fit you as well.

You then lowered your hands and blinked, raising your chin to look up at your brother, to which you automatically grinned upon recognizing him.

"Are you...okay?" Katsuki awkwardly questions, unsure on how to tackle this situation.

He usually attacks his problems with full force or avoids them altogether, but he can't fight this issue with his quirk or his fists, and he definitely cannot just leave you on your own. You're a kid now, for Christ's sake! What kind of brother would he be if he just left you to the wolves and the elements?

You tilt your head at his inquiry, responding in a cute, higher-pitched voice, "I fine, Katsu! Why..? What wrong?"

His heart swells at your words and your attempt to conjure a grammatically correct sentence, getting a blast from the past at the nickname you just called him.

You haven't addressed him as "Katsu" for years. Not since you were both five, he believes.

Though he wouldn't dare tell anybody about his inward reaction to what you said—especially not you, as he just knows you'd tease the living hell out of him for it.

He would do the same if the roles were reversed as well—which is how he knows.

Katsuki then kneels before you and flinches a bit when you sharply reach to grab his hand, startling him. He refrains from giving a smile as he stands, stating as he carefully pulls you along, "C'mon, idiot, let's go."

"Where go?" you enthusiastically ask, bouncing with every step you take.

He almost forgot how excitable you used to be.

That's when he realizes that you likely don't remember anything of the present, as you are only three again. Meaning it's reasonable to assume that you only have the memories of your three year old self.

He replies, testing his theory, "UA."

You look up at him, baffled, "What's UA?"

Nodding to himself, he responds, "Don't worry about it."

You shrug and let him lead you, seemingly having not a care in the world.

Katsuki somewhat envies that, despite knowing you have just as much stress upon your shoulders these days as he does.

He's always tried to shield you from the woes of life, but he couldn't possibly keep that up forever. So, he tried to ease it onto you, and it appears to have made things easier for you in the long run.

He's just thankful that you get to relive the time where neither of you had to worry about much at all. Even if it's just for a short while.

You both arrived at UA and went straight to Principal Nezu's office, the halls being completely barren due to you being late for the second time this week.

Upon seeing you, Nezu called in Aizawa, All Might and Present Mic so they could figure out what to do.

After a conference between them and Katsuki, it's decided that you'll go with your brother to class for the day, so long as he keeps an eye on you. Katsuki mentioned that it must've been that villain's quirk from the other day that made you like this, so they figured it wouldn't hurt to wait for a while to see if the effects wear off.

Meanwhile, Aizawa rang your parents and informed them of the dealio, and once they began freaking out, he handed Mic the phone so he could calm them down.

As Mic manages your parents, Aizawa leads you and Katsuki to class, you stopping every now and then to study the little details in the school with Katsuki dragging you away from them.

Once Aizawa walks into the classroom to announce that you both have arrived, Katsuki can feel the dread piling on when it comes to everyone's reactions to you.

He can just imagine how aggravating and troublesome they're gonna be.

He then steps into class with you behind him, and as they all greet him, he just rolls his eyes without a word.

Your classmates then notice Katsuki holding onto something that looks a lot like a child's hand. When you walk in and prove part of their suspicions to be correct, that he is in fact holding a kid's hand, multiple gasps of surprise erupt from their throats as they gape at you.

Shoto, instantly realizing it's you, stands and practically sprints over, getting down on one knee before you as he delicately, and hesitantly, cups the right side of your jaw. You lean into his touch with a small giggle, not knowing who he was or what his relations are to you, but knowing that he's one handsome bitch.

He stands back up a moment later after giving you an endearing look, lightly glaring at your brother as he interrogates him about your condition.

As that goes on, the girls all swarm around you with squeals about how adorable you are, and you simply laugh with them.

Katsuki, with an agitated grumble, swats them away and picks you up, carrying you to his desk. He sets his and your bag aside as he sits down, making you sit on his lap with his arms loosely around your midsection.

You gently hum to yourself as you rest back against your brother, him setting his chin atop your head as Aizawa explains what's going on with you. As he spoke, your friends were completely infatuated by you and how tame Katsuki is acting with you around.

It astounded them that he wasn't his explosive hedgehog of a self with you as a kid, comprehending that he definitely has a soft spot for you—especially as a three year old.

It's almost as if he doesn't want to scare you with his typical screaming.

Break between classes comes up rather fast, and you wiggle your way out of Katsuki's grip so you could stretch your legs. He just stared at you as you wandered around in the room, weaving through desks and your cooing classmates.

He arches an eyebrow as he wonders what you're trying to achieve, or where you're wanting to go, until he scowls upon his gaze finding your path to be heading straight for Todoroki.

He isn't the only student watching, however; no, the entirety of 1-A are, as well.

Once you're standing directly next to Todoroki, you give him a cheeky grin as you point at him with your stubby finger, confidently babbling, "You pretty. I'm gonna marry you one day."

This results in a blushing mess of your boyfriend, as your brother practically has steam floating out of his ears, from your bold statement.

Seriously, the look on Katsuki's face just makes it abundantly clear that he's very tempted to blow everyone in the room to pieces.

That's when you reach your hands up to Todoroki, doing the grabby hand thing that toddlers do, and, for once, he gets the hint. He bends down and cups his hands under your arms to lift you onto his lap, sitting you down and making sure you're comfortable.

The corner of his mouth twitches when you giggle—even more so when you refuse your brother's demand to return to him with a defiant, "Nu. I wanna be wif my future fiancé."

Before Katsuki could rip you from your boyfriend's clutches, Aizawa begins class again, making the blonde fall back into his seat for the next hour or so.

Come lunch, Katsuki attempted to dive at Todoroki to retrieve you, but he elegantly dodged, as if the move was effortless, and carried you to the UA cafeteria.

Your brother followed after, fuming, but Kirishima and the rest of the Bakusquad managed to calm him down a little.

Todoroki delicately brushed some hair out of your face and you smiled, reaching up to braid a strand of his hair before you kissed his cheek, surprisingly finding the action to be a familiar one.

He returns the gesture with a peck to your forehead before sitting down at a table with you, having already gotten his and your food.

Katsuki and both of the squads sit with you two, your brother making you sit between him and Todoroki instead of being directly on his lap still, which you didn't seem to mind too much.

As Todoroki was distracted, you bit your lower lip as you put some hot sauce under some of his soba noodles, using his form to silently lift them up.

Then, you waited in anticipation until he fell for the trap without even glancing down at it. He doesn't even appear to realize what had happened until after he swallowed the food and covered his mouth with his hand, staring at the table.

He then coughs a few times, and you laugh at his reaction. Your brother smirks and lightly smacks you on the shoulder as a praise, taunting at Todoroki, "What? Can't take the heat, icy hot?"

"I fhought you liked spicy food," you innocently claimed when the poor boy looked to you.

Katsuki then gave you a side hug as he exclaimed, "Hah! That's my baby sister!"

You scrunched your nose at the nickname, but you let it slide...for now.

Timeskip
Quirk Training

Remember that "for now" comment from about a millisecond ago?

Yeah, well, your time for revenge is right now.

See, you and Katsuki got paired for a one-on-one quirk tournament, and he had mistakenly decided to go easy on you because of you being a kid again.

All of your friends, and non-friends, in the class are observing, the majority of them cheering you on.

Nobody expecting how juicy this was about to get.

"Ladies first, YN," Katsuki calls to you, not concerned in the slightest.

Then, your demeanor changed, as if you flicked a light switch.

Throughout today, you've been an angel.

You didn't cause any trouble as Katsuki had originally thought you would, nor did you interrupt anyone or anything of the sort.

It was as if you were the purest child alive.

Until this very moment.

Your aura now rivaled Katsuki's, threatening to overpower his with your own menacingly competitive dominance. Your expression revealed absolute fire and determination, one everyone could recognize as your brother's signature look.

They've never seen you like this.

That makes them believe that you've been hiding your true potential from them this whole time—or maybe you didn't want to unleash all of your fury in the same way Katsuki did for those who don't deserve it.

Either way, it's present on your features, and without missing a beat, you sneer and release a ginormous blast at Katsuki.

This startles him, and he barely avoids the deathball, only to turn around and be swarmed with multiple more, a shocked glint spread across his face.

He basically transforms into a gymnast, or a ballerina if you will, as he jumps this way and that, ducking and rolling, and much more to escape your attacks and advancements.

He didn't even notice that he had slid right out of the boundary lines, deeming him the loser of the round.

"Out of bounds! YN Bakugo wins!"

Katsuki was panting and swiftly looked to see both of his feet only about half a foot outside of the circle, disbelief in his eyes.

Peering back up at you, you only gave him a devious grin and teasing wave with your fingers, iconically shifting your weight onto one leg with your free hand on the same corresponding hip.

Some things never change.

Katsuki examines the rest of the class as he walks towards the end of the line, seeing that he's not the only one who's dumbfounded by your power, skill and firm control of your emotions.

Even if you already had showed most of that to begin with.

Aizawa, who's the teacher surveying the training today, is also mildly surprised, but is mainly impressed and proud of you.

Katsuki and Todoroki feel this pride as well, presumably the most out of anyone there to witness you in combat.

Todorok himself felt lucky to even have the chance of being your boyfriend before, but now that feeling is all the more intensified.

Yeah, it's confirmed; he's dating a badass.

During the remaining time of the period, you end up going against every single one of your classmates.

You didn't fall to one fight.

Not one.

You stand in the center of the circle, untouched, while everyone else are all exhausted and have various scrapes littering their bodies if they had gotten flung or smacked in the battle.

Your attitude then swapped back to the innocent angel once more, giddily giggling at your victory.

The final few classes of the day go by without any issues, and that night, you begged your brother to let you stay with him, so, reluctantly, he allowed you to.

When you hugged him and fell asleep in the matter of seconds, he heavily sighed and wrapped an arm around you, bending the other to cushion the underside of his head as he shut his eyes.

The next morning, you were back to your normal self, unable to recall what had occurred the day prior.

Due to this, when you and Katsuki walked into class and had everyone stare at you in surprise, you raised an eyebrow and asked them, "What?"

You notice Katsuki shake his head, amused, in your peripherals, so you grinned with your eyebrows playfully furrowed as you sharply turned to partially angle yourself towards him. At the same time, you whipped your dominant hand out to clutch a fistful of his collar, lifting him onto his toes as you proclaim, holding back your baffled laughter, "What the fuck happened, you damn pomeranian?!"

"That's my girl," Todoroki muttered under his breath as he observed the pair of you, glad that you've returned to your regular self.
