The rest of the day for Class 1-A was boring, to say the least, but Midnight or Nemuri Kayama did come him holding a black cat, which was Izuku. So now the class is waiting for their next assigned teacher for their Foundational Hero Studies class, although Izuku walked into the room when it was supposed to start.

"Midoriya-sensei, are you our Hero Studies teacher?" Asked Ochaco Uraraka, but in response, Izuku shook his head and put up three fingers symbolizing a countdown.

Once he put down all his fingers, a loud, booming voice could be heard. "I am entering... " Said the voice as All Might ran into the room through the door. "Like a normal person!" All Might shouted as the class burst into their little inner fan.

"Nice entrance," Izuku said sarcastically as All Might scratched his head.

"Izuku, why are you here?" He asked while the students continued to talk amongst themselves.

"Let's just say that we don't exactly trust you to teach a class... " He said as he nudged his head towards the loud class of potential heroes. "So, I'm here to handle anything that gets out of hand."

At that, All MIght nodded before turning his attention to the students. "Today, class, you'll be doing a battle exercise." He said as a few students got even more excited if that was possible. "But first, what is a hero without their costume?" He asked dramatically as the wall opened up to reveal 20 briefcases.

Then Izuku stepped in to talk. "These cases contain your hero suit, so go to the locker room again and change into these. But these suits are designed based on the forums you've submitted, with a professional touch of course. So go get dressed then meet in Field Beta"

Once he finished talking, the students grabbed their cases before walking into the locker room, while Izuku was left with All Might as he returned to his skeleton form. Which will be referred to as Yagi instead of All Might.

"You're making them fight on the first day?" Izuku asked as the two teachers went out of the class and started to walk to Field Beta.

"I thought it'd be good to assess their combat skills." He replied as Izuku face-palmed. "Is something the matter?"

"There always is a problem. But you've never taught anyone, so just be ready to stop the match when I say so," Izuku said before checking his phone. "I'll see you there!" He yelled as he started to run to Field Beta, leaving Yagi behind.

So about 5 minutes later and Class 1-A all arrived in their hero costumes, which seemed a bit odd to Izuku but he ignored it. As for Izumi, she was wearing a black leotard from her high thighs to the base of her neck, but she also had gloves and bracers for her legs. But she had more support for her right leg as she likes to use that leg for kicking while her utility belt had two small pouches on the side of her hips. 

"Well you definitely look more like heroes now," Izuku said as he gazed over his class one more time before All Might took over.

"Now that you're suited up, I'll explain the exercise." He said while gazing over the costume choices of the students. "This is a team-based exercise with two teammates each, forming one hero team and one villain team. The goal of the hero team is to either capture both villains or touch the faux bomb. While the villain team will try to capture the hero team or hold out for 10 minutes until the bomb 'explodes'."

"Sensei, how will the teams be chosen?" Tenya Iida asked as other students started to ask questions as well.

"They'll be decided by lottery!" All Might shouted as he started to pick the teams.

Once all the teams were chosen there were 10 teams in total for the 5 matches, luckily for Izumi, she got paired with her new best friend Ochaco. But now, All Might chose the first match using the lottery and got team A and team D, which was Izumi and Ochaco versus Katsuki and Tenya.

"Team A will be the heroes and stay outside of the building until time starts and Team D will be the villains, so they can set up the bomb where ever they want within the building." Said All Might, making Izumi the hero and Katsuki the villain.

"The rest of will come with me to the spectator's room where we'll watch the match. But Katsuki, I will stop the match if need be." Informed Izuku as he started to walk away with the 16 other students following shortly behind him.

With Izumi, she started to talk to Ochaco about some strategy for their match as Katsuki and Tenya went into the building. "Any idea on what to do?" Ochaco asked as she and her partner were next to the main entrance into the building.

"I mean, Bakugo-kun will probably go straight for me to settle the score."

"What do you mean?"

"Well, I kind of got my quirk later than everyone else, so he's mad at me for that. But for the match, can you locate the bomb?"

"Sure, be careful with Baka-go."

The two girls giggled at the insult, but were soon interrupted. "10 minutes start now!" Izuku said over the intercom throughout the city as he switched to the earpiece frequency.

Note: Both teams are given earpieces and a 'capture' tape before the match.

Then, the two girls started to run into the building together which seemed clear of the 'villains' and the 'bomb' for the first two floors. Once they reached the third floor, Katsuki spotted them and started to charge towards Izumi.

"Get ready, Deku!" He shouted before throwing a right hook, but Izumi used her hyperspeed quirk to grab his arm and throw him to the ground as Ochaco went to find the bomb. "*Grunts* You think you can take me alone?"

"I don't think," She said as Katsuki got up only for her to roundhouse kick him. "I know I can beat you." She finished as she looked dead serious and took a stance similar to Jiu-Jitsu.

Getting up once more, Katsuki stood up clutching his ribs before he tried to explode Izumi's own abdomen. Although his hand missed as Izumi stepped to the side, well more like teleported since you could barely see her move.

"Check," She said as she kicked him into the wall. "And Mate." She finished once she struck a pressure point in both of Katsuki's arms, which left him without the use of his arms with the ability to keep fighting.

So she left Katsuki and went up the stairs as Ochaco seemed to still be looking for the bomb. But behind her, Katsuki got up to his feet and somehow raised his right arm to point it at Izumi. 

"Should've finished me off," He said before taking the pin from the side of his gauntlet using his teeth. "But it's your loss." He said as his gauntlet and glove started to glow.

"Young Bakugo, if you use that attack, you will be suspended."

"Won't matter if she dodges, All Might!"

Driving on pure instinct, Izumi used her speed to run to Katsuki and pointed his arm back at him. So his giant explosion blew up right in his face, but at least his body was resistant to it, somewhat. But Katsuki fell over unconscious as Izumi started to pant lightly before capturing him in the tape.

"Why don't you dodge?" She said as the cameras switched to Ochaco.

With Ochaco, she was up against the wall and listening to Tenya trying to sound like a villain, which was hilarious enough for her to burst out laughing. Now Tenya knew she was there and Ochaco entered the room, knowing he'd attack her first with an advantage.

"Izumi, I found the bomb!" Ochaco frantically yelled as she went behind a pillar, dodging a kick from Tenya.

"Give me 5 seconds."

So, Ochaco made herself weightless as she jumped from the support columns which were slowly being broken by Tenya. But just as she said, Izumi appeared 5 seconds later and kicked him in the back, creating a dent in his armor as he crashed into a wall. Then Ochaco touched the bomb as Izumi 'captured' Tenya, completing their match.

After all the matches were finished, everyone was gathered into the spectator's room with Katsuki in the infirmary until he wakes up. "Good job, everyone. You all did better than I expected." Said Izuku as his students beamed from the praise. "But you all made some crucial mistakes. Anyone care to explain?"

Immediately, Momo Yaoyorozu raised her hand and was the only one who did, so Izuku called on her to answer. "Many of us were careless about the building's integrity, but that could ruin a regular building along with the people that could be inside."

The answer made Izuku smile, but he quickly returned to a poker face. "Precisely, but let's look at the positive side. Who do you think is the MVP of all the matches?"

This time both Momo and Tenya raised their hand, but Izuku chose Tenya to answer. "Without being bias, Izumi seemed to perform quite well. She disabled the use of her opponents which assured the safety of her teammate, but she also redirected Bakugo-san's special move which prevented a lot of damage."

"Well said, but Izumi needs to work on her priority. She is too nice and thought that Bakugo would give up after she removed the use of his arms. While someone like Todoroki was able to prevent his opponent's movements singlehandedly but needs to work on his cooperation."

Throughout this whole time, everyone forgot about All Might who got lost in this conversation. "Well that is all good and well, but you all can go get changed and leave once the bell rings." He said as everyone left besides Izuku who looked at the recordings. "Izuku, they seem to like your approval."

"Guess so, but it's not much. They probably are happy with your approval too, the only exception would be Izumi." He replied as he started to leave, but All Might stopped him.

"May I know why?"

"She was born quirkless," Izuku said with a sad expression. "I became a hero to make her happy, but I guess when our parents passed away, everything went downhill from there. Yet, she started to be happier once I gave her my quirk, she even sought out to impress me with her training."

"It seems you're important to her. Make sure you stay around to see her make you proud."

"I will, after all, I'm not afraid of death. Lady Death fears me."
