"Jeez... I seriously still can't believe you guys were attacked by a bunch of Nomu and the Hero Killer!" Mina says. "What was it like?"

You have to pause before speaking as you remember you have secrets to keep. "Well... He was definitely terrifying and intimidating. The Nomu was weird, because it seemed to be just attacking anything that moved. Actually, the same one that gave me these yanked Midoriya up for a few seconds." You gesture to the wounds on your shoulders.

"I'm surprised Recovery Girl hasn't healed them fully," Uraraka tells you.

"She's probably focusing on the wound in her stomach for now," Tsuyu replies.

"Exactly, I guess she got the major damage on all of them after I had surgery while I was still out. Since I've come back she's been trying to keep my stomach from opening up but he hit a few organs so it's taking longer than expected to get everything healed. It should only be a few more days though!"

"You were lucky to make it out alive with wounds like that..." Momo says.

"I really need to properly thank Todoroki... I would have gotten a knife in the chest if he hadn't blocked it with his arm..."

"Wow! Todoroki sure can be a gentleman when he isn't off in his own world! How'd he react to the Hero Killer??"

You find yourself struggling how to answer without spilling the truth. "Well..."

"Guys, let's leave her be. Y/n probably doesn't want to think about it." Uraraka says, sensing your discomfort.

"Sorry, Y/n!"

"No worries, besides it was Endeavor who did all of the fighting. We just got a bit banged up before he got there, really. We would have been in trouble if he hadn't shown up," you tell them.

Interrupting the conversation, your phone loudly meows. A few of the girls begin to laugh and you quickly grab it.

"That's such a cute notification sound! Why haven't I heard it before?" Hagekure says.

"I usually keep my ringtone on silent, but I guess I forgot... It's just for my friend in the other class."

"One of the girls in 1B?"

"Oh no, he's in the general course." You smile.

"Ooo it's a boy! Let me see what he said!" Mina leans her head over your phone from in front of you. "Dinner!! He asked you to dinner!!"

You laugh at the excitement in Mina's eyes as the other girls step closer.

"Y/n, what boy is this? Do you know him well?"

"Don't worry Yaomomo, we've been friends since I moved here! And you-" You push Mina's head back with your forefinger. "He asked if I wanted to eat with him because we eat together a lot and are best friends!"

"I don't know, it sounds like he's into you!" Mina says. "He's even asking where you are so he can help you with your things!"

"He's not into me...!" Your face flushes as you finish straightening your tie, thinking back on the events of that morning. "He's just a friend is all!"

"She's totally blushing!!" Hagekure laughs.

"Y/n has a crushhh!!" Mina teases you. "What's this guy like to catch your attention?"

"I do not have a crush on him, he's my best friend! And he's really sweet...!"

"No way, it's that scary guy from the Sports Festival, isn't it!" Mina laughs. "The one who fought Midoriya!"

"He's my friend, that's all!" You cover your cheeks with your hands as the two girls tease you. "And he's not scary, he's really nice...!"

"That's enough, you're embarrassing Y/n." Momo scolds them. "Y/n there's nothing wrong with having a crush-"

"Not you, too, Yaomomo!" You cover your eyes with your hands in embarrassment.

The other girls laugh at Momo's confused face and your embarrassment.

A knock interrupts you, and you all stop to listen. Midoriya's nervous voice can be heard telling you that All Might asked him to help you to the faculty office.

"Whoops, we're taking forever!" Mina laughs, and you all make your way out.

"Sorry about that, Midoriya. We got distracted chatting while I had to rebandage my stomach."

"Right... Sorry about what happened with Mineta, if it makes you guys feel any better, Bakugou knocked him across the room when it happened."

"Bakugou did?" Uraraka and the rest of you are surprised.

"I didn't know he was so gentlemanly, too!" Hagekure says.

"I don't know if that's the word I'd use to describe it..." Midoriya sighs. "Y/n, can I take your things?"

"Thank you, Midoriya, I really appreciate your help today." You give him a smile as he takes your bag from you.

"We'll see you later, Y/n!" The girls wave goodbye to you and head home for the day.

You follow Midoriya as you make your way to the faculty office.

"I wonder what they sent me..."

"Oh, All Might mentioned you had a package from your internship."

"Yeah, but I have no clue what it is because I already have everything from when I was there."

The two of you reach the office and knock on the door. Aizawa opens it.

"Ah, you're both here. Y/n, that box on my desk has been getting in my way all day. Do me a favour and have your friend get it out of here. He is meeting you, right?"

"Yes, Shinsou should be here any minute; I asked him to meet up with me here."

"Good. Midoriya, All Might is waiting for you in his office." Aizawa takes your bag from him and shoos Midoriya away.

You look behind Aizawa towards his desk and are surprised to see a giant box sitting on top of it.

"What did they send me???"

"You'll have to open it." Aizawa sighs. "Your friend is here."

You turn to see Shinsou walk in and he nods at Aizawa as he takes your bag and walks over to you.

"Hitoshi, look at this box!"

"I thought you got everything already."

"I did, I don't know what's inside," you say as you slice the tape with a shard of ice.

You open the box and reach in to find a brand new costume for yourself. Alongside it was a new helmet, boots, and an envelope. Unfolding the envelope, you pull out a card and a note. The card says get well soon on the front and it's covered in signatures and notes from the staff you met.

"Crap, this is seriously nice." Shinsou holds up the helmet.

"What do you mean?"

"Look at the details, it's made really well." He turns it over in his hands, and you look at it. He was right, it was a lot sturdier and more detailed than the previous one. He knocks on the side of it. "Whatever they made it out of is crazy strong."

Aizawa looks over at the two of you. "That's because their own engineer built it. He's on a different level than normal costume suppliers."

"Wow... Wait, you knew?" You ask.

"They contacted me the same day I was going to put the order in for your new costume."

You open the note and read it. It was a thank you from Firetamer and Engitech, urging you to accept the costume as an apology for how things had gone and thanks for being a good trainee.

"I can't believe I have a whole costume made by Engitech!"

"Here, try the helmet on. There's instructions here." Shinsou places the helmet over your head after pulling a paper out from inside it.

It activates as soon as it's on, and you see a quick flash across the display.

"User authorized."

"Woah, it recognized me?"

Shinsou reads the paper and tells you to push a button. It switches between various sight modes, such as night vision and thermal.

"It can even zoom in," Shinsou reads.

"If you two are just going to play with it, go somewhere else. I have work to do."

"Sorry! We'll leave you alone!" You take the helmet off and put it in the box.

"Y/n, worry about trying it on after you're doing better. Familiarize yourself with it though for when you're healed and back in class." Aizawa tells you as you leave the room, Shinsou carrying the box. "You'll need it for your finals."

"I will," you reply. The two of you leave with your costume and chat as you go down the hall.
