"Stay back!!"

"Not a chance." Muscular laughs at Midoriya. "Here I come. No stopping me."

"W-What is it you want?! What's the League of Villains after?! Why are you here?!"

"Midoriya... I'm completely out of water...!" You whisper to him. Kota looks up between the two of you as you put your bodies in front of him.

The wind carries the smoke from the fires to your nose again, and you see it's getting closer. Shit! Even if we make it out of this alive, I won't be able to do anything about the fires...! I hope everyone else is okay...!

"What is the League after...? As if I care. All I wanna do is rampage! As long as I get to use my quirk without holding back, I'm perfectly happy." Muscular fishes through his pocket as he steps closer to the three of you. Several different fake eyes fall out and clatter to the ground as he digs through them. "Remember earlier when I said we were just playing? I did, for real! I said, 'Let's play!' and I meant it! But no more of that, kids. Play time's over now, since you decided to flash that crazy power! So now..." Muscular finally finds the right eye, and swaps it for the one he had in with a sickening squish. "Now I'm using my serious eye."

"Grab Kota!!!!"

"Huh?!" Kota seems surprised as you listen to Midoriya and grab him.

In a flash, Midoriya grabs you and blasts to the other side of the cliff. Muscular slams down into the ground where you just stood, shattering it to pieces like it's nothing. Giant sections of the ground tumble down the cliffside into the trees below, and you shudder knowing you were almost amongst them.

"Shit...! He's on a whole 'nother level!" Midoriya pants.

Not leaving you a chance to respond, Muscular slams down again where you landed, shattering the wall beside you as Midoriya barely manages to dodge.

"Crap, I'm way too excited here!!" Muscular laughs.

As you land again, the three of you tumble and roll. Refusing to let go of Kota, you clutch him tight against you, and use your good arm to protect his head from getting hit.

"Aizawa should be back at camp... If we can reach him, he may be able to erase this guy's quirk..." You say to Midoriya.

"But can we make it back with him on our tail...? Plus, we're both exhausted from training the past few days... Trying to run through the forest with him following us... It just doesn't seem like a good idea... Plus we don't know if the teachers are fighting any villains there."

"Midoriya. You're quicker than me." You say. "Take Kota, and run to get Aizawa. I still have some ice left on the ground here, and I can pull some of what's in the air."

"No!!" Kota shouts. "Y/n, you said we'd get out of this together!!"

"I'm not doing that, Y/n. If either of us should take him, it's you. Get back with Kota to safety. He can't lose you, too. Besides, I'm the only one who can hold this guy off. If he gets me... At least you two will be able to put some distance in first and get to Aizawa."

"'Gets you...?!' What's the matter with you two?! Come on, don't fight him!! It's hopeless!! Let's just all run! You saw; your attacks did nothing! Even that big flashy one!! It didn't even scratch him!!" Kota shouts. He looks at your broken arm, and both of Midoriya's. "Your arms are broken and Y/n is all out of water! How are you supposed to fight him...?!"

"It's okay!!! Y/n, protect Kota!!"

Midoriya lunges forward, his body flashing with the glow of 100% One for All, and you yank ice from the ground a few meters ahead of you to wrap around your feet. With Kota clutching on to you, you both brace for the impact.

His punch hits, and Muscular laughs. "Yeowch!! What's wrong, kid?! That was even weaker than before!!!!" He slams his enlarged arm into Midoriya, but he catches it with his hand and barely holds him back.

"Y/n!! He's not getting one step past me!! So... Run!!! Forget about me, and get Kota out of here!! Run!!!!!!"

Fear fills you as you see Midoriya struggling, and Kota looks up at you, matching your expression. "You can't... We can't...!"

You shake your head at Kota. "I'm not leaving him. But you are." You step out of the ice and push Kota towards the path down. "You need to run back to camp, Kota. My teacher, the one with the black hair and scarf should be back there with my classmates. Reach him and you'll be safe."

"No!! I won't!!"

You give Kota a sad smile, and nod. "I need you to be brave, Kota. Everything will be okay."

"No...!" Kota grips at your shirt, trying to get you to stop. "Don't!"

"I'm sorry, Kota." You remove his hands from you and gently push him again. "I can't let either of you die."

Kota sobs as you turn away from him towards Midoriya and Muscular who are locked in a battle of blows. Midoriya is getting pushed further and further into the ground, and you gather as much of the water from the atmosphere as you can. Unfortunately, there's not as much with how dry it's been and the fires raging not too far away.

"Wow, kid! You're something else, huh, Midoriya?!!!" Muscular cackles. The ground cracks further, and you ready a large icicle, sharper than any you've made before. "Show me some blood!!!!!!!!"

"I'll show you blood!!!" You run forward, and launch the icicle directly at his face where his muscle fibers aren't covering. The villain pauses from Midoriya and looks up just as the icicle crashes into the side of his face.

Blood splatters from his missing eye, and rains down on to Midoriya below as the ice breaks his skin. The impact causes a lot of it to shatter, and a small cloud of ice blocks your vision.

"Fuck!!! That was a good hit, kid...!" Muscular lifts his head, and your eyes widen in shock as he laughs. "You broke my serious eye. Got me right where your parents did. Too bad you didn't hit the other one!!"

"Seriously... It barely hurt him...?" You gape.

Muscular laughs and picks up a large rock from the ground as he continues holding Midoriya down. With Kota standing a few meters behind you, you're unable to dodge as he whips it at you, and it hits you so hard in the stomach that you vomit and fall to the ground.

"Y/n!!" Midoriya shouts as Kota cries, and you lay in agony.

"Looks like my aim was off... I was trying to hit her head..." Muscular slams a fist into Midoriya to get him to shut up, and readies another rock at you.

An abrupt wave of water crashing down on him catches him off guard, and you look on in surprise. Water...? But... I didn't do that...

"Stop it!! Leave my sister and him alone!!!"

"Kota!! You got your quirk?!!" You shout in surprise.

"Wait your turn, 'kay, pipsqueak?! I'll kill you when I'm good and ready. Just sit back and enjoy the show–"

"Now Midoriya!!!" You scream, and grab the water Kota created, freezing it into small icicles. Aiming for his face again, you slam the barrage against his exposed skin. When they break, you turn the ice to the hottest temperature of steam you've managed to achieve, and burn him, forcing the villain to close his good eye and try to cover his face.

"As if we'd let you kill him!!!!!!" Midoriya shouts, taking advantage of your distraction. His body glows brighter than you've ever witnessed, and even Muscular struggles against his power. His muscle fibers tear and snap against the force of Midoriya's strength. 

"How the hell are you getting even stronger??!!!!"

Midoriya shoves Muscular off of him, and in a brilliant flash of light, he punches him straight into the rocky wall of the hill, deeper than any of Muscular's attacks. You stumble forward, just in time to steady Midoriya and keep him from falling as the villain lays unconscious in the rubble.

"Why..." Kota sobs. "Why did you both... After I've been so rude... I called you a useless big sister... And he doesn't even know me...! So why... Why go so far to save me...?!"

You turn towards Kota and reach your good arm out to him as Midoriya leans against you. "Because that's what heroes do, Kota." Tears stream down Kota's face, and he races up to you, throwing himself against you in a hug. "Besides, I'm your big sister. I'll never let anything happen to you."

Kota wails, and you can't help but join him crying as you hold on to him and Midoriya, sinking to your knees.

"It's okay now... We're alright."
