"Yana?" Lorcan called in an iffy way

"It's Blyana to you!" I scoffed as I walked pass him to their loaded their cars.

I saw mom sitting in the front seat with a knowing smile. She knew I wouldn't let her leave alone.

"Don't get too happy I'm leaving soon!" I informed as I got into the back seat.

"And good morning to you too!" She replied as Lorcan made his way towards the car.

"I think that's all!" He told mom as he looked towards me.

"Okay, let's go now" she replied

"We have to say goodbye to the alpha first" Lorcan said as he gave mother aa peck before moving out

Lorcan left the car and I wish he didn't because an awkward silence filled the car. I guess thinking won't be returning to normal soon of maybe this is the new
normal.

"I'm just going to check if forgot anything" she informed as she got off from the car.

"Where is Kallistê?" Lorcan asked as he got into the car.

"Probably running as fast as she can from from you!" I rreplied nonchalantly as I looked out the window to see mom makking her way towards us.

I froze when I saw the mark on her shoulder.

"You marked her!!" I exclaimed in a low voice but high enough to let lorcan hear as he smiled at me.

"Are we ready?" Mom asked as she entered the car. I suddenly realized her change in scent. She was mated too!

"I see you two were busy last night" I commented as mother sighted

"Yana, please don't make this an awkward ride!" Mother pleaded as we moved. It's been hours already and I couldn't feel my bond with the pack slip away little by little.

"Bye Azriel, bye blue moon pack!" I whispered.

"You are going to die of excitement in the blackwood pack, I promise" lorcan said as he staired at me through the front mirror.

I don't know of he said that to make me feel better but it only made me feel note nervous about this so called blackwood.

Seconds into minutes, minutes into hours and we were still not there. I began to get tired as drifted to sleep, sweet sweet sleep.

"Yana! Wake up" a mom's voice called as I shuffled awake.

It was night already.

"Are we there yet?" I asked as I got up from the back seat. What an uncomfortable place to sleep in.

"No, we walk from here" lorcan voice boomed through the air as I accessed my surrounding. We were in a shaft with a little more than a dozen cars.

"Why can't we just drive there?" I asked curiously

"It's safer to walk" he replied as we made our way up the mountain.

The area was surrounded by trees, more trees than we have back home and it jas this cool atmosphere that my wolf is crazy about. In one word, it's a nice place for wolfs, lots of running space and preys yo eat.

We made pur way into the forest as we climbed through the hilly part. I was trying my best to catch my breath, I have never stresses my self this much and mom was doing way worse than I am, probably because she's still getting used to her wolf.

"Is there no civilization here, all I can see is trees?" I asked as I panted heavily.

"You'll see when we get there" one of the bulky guys that came to lorcan said.

It's been more than an hour and we are still walking, it's like a never ending track.

"I need to rest!" I announced as I collapsed on the ground as sand and dried leaves glued to my sweaty body.

" Yana! You need to get up we are almost there!" Lorcan said as he walked back to where I was lying.

" It's Blyana and I'm dehydrated, I can't walk no more" I replied

"Yana! It's really not that difficult" mom added

"Are you listening to yourself, Lorcan carried you the whole way" I argued

"You can't keep everyone waiting, we have yo report back to the pack" Lorcan said as he stretched his hand towards me, like I would ever accept his help.

"You don't just get it do you?" I asked rhetorically

" I. NEED. TO. REST!" I said as I empherzied every word.

"Yana..you are really being childish right now" mom started

" I said i... "

"It's okay, I'll come along with her later on!" One of the guards interrupted as he exchanged glares with Lorcan. They were probably mind linking or something.

"Fine then!" Lorcan said as he turned to leave along with the remaining guards and of course mother.

"Pheew!" I whispered as I placed my head facing the sky.

"It's okay, I won't judge" the guard boomed out in a deep voice. He was tall, of course and well built, very typical of warrior wolf. He had silky dark hair that was tied into a bun and he looked like he was in his early 20's. In one word, he's okay.

"Excuse me!" I said as I turned my head to face him.

"I didn't make it as far as you did on my first day in this pack, like who builds a pack house in the middle of a high mountain such sourounded ?" He asked as he chuckled

"Tell me about it, like haven't you heard of towns or something?" I asked rhetorically as I gave a light chuckle.

"You'll get used to in time, no worries!" He added

"Haa!" I gave a light laugh

"You have no idea!" I added

"Besides I'm not staying that long"

"How is the pack like?" I asked curiously

"Well...pretty basic if you asked me" he started

"School, training more training and more training, just the basic stuff and all" he replied as he took a sit beside me.

"Gosh! I want to choke my hair into his mouth so bad and flsuh him down the towel!" I yelled in annoyance as I tried to subdue my anger.

"I'm just waiting till he messes up and I'll take my mom back home right after I punch in the face"

"You'll have ton try till forever then! And I promise you Lorcan won't exhitate to rip you apart if you try such!" He replied casually as I froze.

"Why in the world would you say that to me?" I asked fervently as I gave him a not so friendly stare

"You know what???" I asked rhetorically

"You're a piece of ass!" I commented as I got up and continued up the hill stomping my foot furiously

"Straight ahead!" He said as he followed closely behind. I tried to outrun him but he is so fast or maybe I am just too slow.

"You should stay close, we are close to the pack" she advised as he made his way beside me

"You wish!" I replied as I hastened my step

"I'm serious, you are not from this pack and maybe taken as treat" he explained

"Fine!" I replied as I gave him my hand to hold as stood closer.

We met a few warriors at the pack border and soon we got to the main pack groung and gosh is it gigantic than blue.moon. it looked like the other side of the world. There were more buildings and wolves and different structures i havent seen before and everywhere was slightly busy.

The wolves were glorious specimens with various heights, builds even colours but all so beautiful!

"This way!" The guard said as he guided me through.

I kept getting strange looks as we moved through town. Like they were trying to read me as their face stared into my very soul, it was really frighten.

"Here we are!" The guard said as we made our way into a wooden house.

"Well that took longer than expected" Lorcan said as he took a sip of whatever he taking while mother sat near him

"Boys!" Lorcan voice boomed through the house as two boys made their way down the stairs. One was about my age or may e slightly older while the other was around 14 or something and he smelt off.

"Here are my boys, this is Draven,you guys should get along really well since you're within the same age" Lorcan said like that's how friendship works.

"This is Archie" he said as he turned to the young strange scented boy.

"And Astor! Who I assumed you have met" he said as he turned to the guard as I stood shocked.

"Hello sister!" Astor said as he gave me a sly look with a grain.

I just told him wanted I wanted to punch his father in the face.

"Damn!" I thought as I shook his hand.
