"Yana!" Mother came barging in as I jumped out of bed.

"Blyana!" She called out again as she dashed to my side as started to shake me.

"Mom! I hate it when..." I started showing my annoyance.

"I felt my wolf!" She said cutting me shot as my eyes widened in shook.

"Are...are..you sure?" I stammered as I sat upright.

"I mean it was just a slight move but I felt it" she squealed in joy.

"We should see a doctor!" I told her as I got out of bed.

"You think so?" She asked unsure. I understand her fear of leaving the house.

"Go and wah up now while I do the same,then we'll have breakfast and leave" I informed her. Sometimes I do wonder if I am the mother and she is my child.

"Okay!" She replied as she left the room.

I rushed to take my bath, since we would be expecting other pack doctors I doubtour pack doctor would have the time to attend to anyone so I want to make sure we get there as fast as we can, I don't want to risk anything.

Mom and I had breakfast in a rush, more like me rushing her to gulp down there plate of cereal. We don't have a car because mom is too unstable to driva and me,well I never really learned. There is no one to teach me how, Azriel tried teaching me once but I ended up bashing his car...badly. He didn't talk to me for days.

"Come on, mom!" I ordered as we made our way to the entrance only to be stopped by a pack guards.

"You can't go in, a meeting is ongoing" he said

Oh shit! I had already told Azriel that I won't be able yo make it this morning and he decided to go with Tyr, the current beta's son.

"I know, Azriel told me yo come over" I lied hoping he believes me.

" You know how close we are!" I informed giggling as he looked me and mom suspiciously.

"Okay" he replied as he parted the way for us to go in.

"What was that?" Mom asked frowning

" I had to get us in" I replied as I navigated my way through the small pack's hospital and finally I found Azriel, with his dad and his dad's beta and Tyr with some other men, who I assumed were the guest.

Mother suddenly stopped her track and froze, I realized she must have been terrified to be around such number of people and the fact that she hates the alpha does not help.... or maybe it's because of the bulky guy making his way towards us.

He was coming nearer towards our direction with his wolf at bay so I push behind me and stood in a defensive stance. He suddenly closer and seemed to be annoyed by my action.

He got to us and growled at me in anger while I shielded mom behind me, she doesn't have her wolf and an injury maybe dangerous to her.

I let my wolf at bay as I growled back to him, challenging his wolf. He looked really bulky and intimidation and looks like he could fling mW with a swing of his arm.

"Stop!" Mom yelled stopping our growl contest as she pushed me behind me.

"He's my mate!" She announced as she looked in his eyes.

I have never ever been more shocked in my life than I am now.

I froze as my body stood rigid!

Mom has a second mate!

"What's going on here?" Alpha Damen asked

"I believe I have found my mate" the man who was surprisingly my mom's made announced with a little bit of strange accent.

"Oh Lorcan! That's...good news" Alpha Zinch commented while excitating a bit.

"Kallistê!" He greeted calling my mom by her name.

"Damen!" She replied with a little bit of disdain in her voice.

"Well..I'll leave you too to carry on while I attend to the rest" Alpha Damen said as he left to join the others.

Seconds went by and they continued to look into each others eyes, yo be honest, it sickening.

"So...." I started as that seemed to have gotten their attention.

He scanned me from up to down trying to figure me out.

"She's my daughter!" Mom announced clearing his confusion

"Yana" mother added

"Well Yana, I'm Lorcan" he introduced as he stretched his hands to me.

"It's Blyana to you" I corrected as I shook his hand

"Sure, it is!" He replied chuckling. I don't really have a problem with him calling me "Yana" I just want to make sure he knows that I don't like him.

"Yana! Can you please give us some minutes?" mom asked as she looked to me for the first time since she met Luca or whatever his name is.

"No!" I replied with a scorn on my face.

"Blyana now!" Mom warned strictly as I moved away to the corner of the pack hospital.

What were they talking about anyway? Probably lovey dovey stuff and all.

I guess that's why her wolf was acting all shifty, she already felt her mate.

Her second chance mate!

"And what are you all grumpy about?" Tyr, Ariel's potential beta, asked.

He had short blond hair than wasn't up to an inch and to be honest it did much justice to his defined jaw. He was built like most male wolf and he stood 6'0 ft over my 5'8 figure.

"Nothing?"/I replied as I slunched to the floor.

"Want a smoke?" He asked as hr slunched down with me while offering me a cigarette and a lighter which I puffed silently, I wasn't a smoker, I didn't like the effect it had in my mouth and I'm have no idea why I collected it.

"Isn't it kind of weird we are smoking in an hospital?" I asked as he chuckled. He has a cute chuckle.

"It depends on how you see it" he replied. He was one of my closest friends, not like I have any. Buy I consider him close because he is one of the few friends I have. Though we don't talk that much.

"Shouldn't you be going about future beta stuff?" I asked him. Azriel would be eighteen and would be alpha in less than a week time and that would make me or him his beta even though I know Tyr would make a better beta. I can't fight shit, apart from playing tag, I'm good at nothing. Hopeless me! I thought as I took a hug Puff.

"We know he's going to chose you" he replied

"Hun-un" I scoffed "Have you met me?"

"So...have you met tour mate yet?" He asked. I turned eighteen less than a month ago.

"Nope!" I replied

"You?" I asked. He turned eighteen about two months ago

"Yes!" He answered with excited

"No shit! Congrats!" I said before pulling him into an awkward hug.

"From this pack?" I asked

"Nah...Greenfeld pack. She's moving in this week though" he answered

"This is..." I started but stopped as I saw mom approaching, she looks a little bit too happy and I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing.

"We are moving to Lorcan's pack!" She squealed in excitement as I froze.

Yep! Definitely bad.
