I got an Instagram again yesterday. Tons of creepy men messaged me and truthfully I just rather make friends. I haven't been doing anything art related if don't count my makeup which is pretty subpar anyway and I just been really having anxiety like tiny attacks and I feel a bit uncomfortable in my skin. I went to therapy this week and loss some weight and honestly I just wanna cry I feel so overwhelmed. On the positive side this weekend is going to be good I have plans I'm excited about and other than anxiety life isn't that bad I changed my medication to help with some of my depression so I've been feeling more lighter if that makes sense.
