So. I finally got around to making my JJBA persona. I could only WISH I looked like this guy.

ABLITIES: 
His Stand, can change into other Users. (Ots ability doesn't work on non-Stand Users). It will look, sound, and even act like them. It isn't an independent Stand and follows orders from its User, only sometimes responding "in character" to him. Not only that but it can use their abilities/Stand. In order to activate this ability though, the User or the Stand must insert the target's DNA into it. Blood usually works the best, but strands of hair or even fingernails can work. The more DNA it has, the longer it can keep its form.

When the ability is active, Non-Stand Users can see it.

For reference: 
1) fingernail, strands of hair ect. -- 5 seconds
2)  ounce of blood - one minutes
3) liter of blood- five minutes 
4) gallon of blood - one hour (just add another hour for each gallon)

When its ablitiy wears off, the colors of the target's form will melt off of it and during this melting stage it can no longer use the target's ablitties. It is most vunerable in this state. On it's own Perfect Machine isn't very strong. But will gain the stats of the person and stand it takes the form of. A last ditch defense mechanism within the Stand is that it will melt iself from it's human-noid form into a liquid puddle and its User. Any damgae doen to Perfect Machince reflects upon the User.

- Beneath his jacket in special pockets he has the equipment to draw blood. So he can get DNA during a fight. Though, he usally has a store of vials of blood from pervious Users he fought too.

- He's a Leo! Born in August.

-Hates heat and prefers colder climates.

- Because I associate with Pt.3 and Pt.4 the most, that's where this guy would appear. As for plot:

Aoi would have been flesh-budded by Dio. The vampire offered him security of the future, or more specifically, to pay for his college. He would attack the Crusaders, but wouldn't join them on thier quest to fight Dio, believing his Stand to be too 'ineffective' for such a thing.

So. He'd be there for like a two-part fight and gone.

Aoi would be much more involved, considering he (wants or is) a defective. Hunting down a serial killer would excite him to no end and he wouldn't hesitate to step in. He though, at first before knowing of Kira would likely be involved with Kiecho sympathizing with wanting to out his dad out of his misery by making Stand Users.

Afterwards, he would probably contribute a whole hell of s lot to the investigation, being the you know, only one with real deduction skills and knows who serial killers think. Its unlikely, that he would fight though. For Aoi knows his Stand isn't really up for that kind of thing, but he will if he most.

He would also definitely ask all of the Dwang gang for some blood, just in case.
