Been Training: Since he got it! Mostly with Jotaro.

Appearance: It is a green humanoid-lizard, with a long tail that ends in a paintbrush. The bottom half and tail are a darker green + scaled, while the upper half is more human. It has two small notisl slits on its really round face, and large round (kinda creepy) black-walled with yellow slit eyes. A pallet of paints will always float near it. Wears a red face mask, and has fluffy white hair on top of its head.

Ability: Using different colored paints, Nerves can make someone feel a certain way/ or manipulate them physically. It uses its "paint-brush" tipped tail to paint upon someone or something. Different colors do different things, some have an emotional effect others physically. Some - even have both.

  - Green: make someone extremely ill
  - White: make victim cold. really fucking cold. OR freezes an object over/turns into ice
  - Black: victim is blinded
  - Red: will send victim into blind rage 
  - Yellow: will make victim ridiculous happy
   - Orange: sets object ablaze
   - Blue: victim is swallowed by despair/sadness
  - Grey: victim looses all motivation/will
   - Purple: will make victim confused/disoriented
   -Pink: makes one lovey-dovey/take them to horny jail

!Using two colors at once does wacky things!
  ((this isn't mixing them, but just placing both colors on the same thing))

Green & Blue: the victim will feel like they are drowning

Red & Orange: victim will explode

White & Black: turns victim into a solid statue of ice (takes about 20 min. tho to fully freeze)

Pink & Purple: victim will fall in love with Leo, and defend him to the death

Blue & Pink: makes victim heartbroken

^ All of the effects last as long as the paint is upon the object/person. Only Stands can wipe off or scrape off the paint. Its actually pretty easy to get the paint off - but when you're effected by the emotional ones its extreme. You're not just happy - you are a laughing manicac who can't seem to take anything seriously or see anything wrong.
