JotarosDolphinDealer wanted me to design a Stand for Caesar in their fic 'Its Just a Phase'

SO.

Explanation time.
Everything that isn't colored is made of like, well, bubble/soap? I didn't really know how to show that though. Its not muscular or anything, because Caesar of course focuses on more ranged attacks. The strange armor and stuff is because I was heavily inspired by Roman--Greek gear, why?Julius Caesar duh.

The golden wing things though are reference to of course, the little feathers on my boys headband. And of course, the blue gloves.
