This is a Ceajose kid.

He knows hammon, and uses it very well. He prefers to kick and use his legs though, than his fists simply. Here tho, he is also showing off his Stand Fellowship, which is a rope-like spec that ONLY can be formed upon his arms.

Its special ablity is qhen he manages to wrap it around your wrist,(it has to be the wrist) everything Jovani says -- you will believe or do ect. (Afterwards the effect lasts 2 hours, and he has control of you). Basically brainwashing.
