Does  Jotaro's love for the ocean ever annoying you, Kakyoin?

With Kakyoin's injury, how does sex work? Does it hurt him?

Kakyoin: When we were younger, and the wound was still fresh - I couldn't have sex. However, as it healed and the pain disappeared, I was in the clear!

Jotaro: We can't just be too rough still. Other than that, it's all smooth sailing.

Does Jotaro ever top?
