"And that's how I met your daddy"I smiled at her my daughter.

"So Daddy was so mean and grumpy all the time?"Ruby asked silly question.

"That's what Auntie said to me after I met your Daddy"I said.

"Wow so magical can you tell me the story again later mommy?"Ruby asked.

I smiled"of course my darling just remember not to tell daddy that I mention he's a goof ball ok".

"Ok mommy"she replied.

She's only 4 years old wow, it's been like almost a decade since I came here all thanks to Father m who created me and Hackus. A lot has change here for the last 4 years since Ruby was born, Papa has retired for his job and be a Papa at his other mushroom, Smurfette has replace Papa to be the Smurf wizard she's following his foot steps, Father has became famous and helping the human world to be a peaceful place, Azrael never gets old, and as for me a mother at home watching her daughter growing up.

"I'm doing great Mommy was telling me a story of how you two met"I crack a smile.

"Really was it nice?".

"Yep, I love the story I wanna hear it again soon"Ruby said.

Grouchy let go of her and walk towards me"so how's my wife doing?"he grin.

"Pretty good I just told her of what exact happen"I smile.

"So like way the beginning?".

"Ever since Paris"I said.

Then we look at Ruby chasing a butterfly around the meadow valley them suddenly a memory shot up to my head.

"Honey. She's four years old right?"I quickly glance at our home.

"Yes wait why?"he raise his eyebrow.

"Do you remember that Papa said that once Ruby is four we show her the book that he got us four years ago now"I hold his hand.

"Wait.... I do remember where did we last put it"Grouchy said in low voice.

"At the attic but I'll be right back just play with her".

I walk inside went upstairs fast go to the attic and search for the book"oh come on it should be-"then I found it.

I brew it because it's dusty hasn't been touch for a while, went outside and see them chasing each other.

"Oh Ruby dear"I said with my arms cross at my back.

"Yes mommy?"she stops.

"Would you want me to read another book"I show her the book on my hands.

"Yes, oh pretty please can we, can we?"she gave Grouchy a cute puppy face.

"Ok Ruby let's go hear her read".

"Yay!"Ruby claps her hands.

"Hey you two let's sit at that rock"I point out.

"Ok, race you Daddy"both of them race and Ruby won.

"Too slow"she smirk.

"I'm getting old"he grumble.

"Ok let's settle into comfortable spots to see the story"we get comfy.

I open the string that's hold the book for not crippling the pages.
