Noor's POV:
I watched as his hand traced the back of my hand with his thumb. I was laying down and his back was leaned back to the head post. He was far from me, sitting at the edge of the bed. His eyes hasn't closed since whole night. He stayed with me. On the other hand I was faking to be asleep and was watching him secretly. It has been two hours since that incident and I was making sure Ammar don't leave. I knew deep down inside if he would have left, he would have killed Adeel in a blink.
"You should sleep." Ammar's deep voice suddenly spoke up sending my heart on a race and I gasped, he looked at me and smiled lightly.
"I am not going anywhere, Noor. Sleep a little." He said politely, his hand taking mine in his and I blinked before looking down. He knew I was faking it.
"How?" I asked, pulling my hand to myself as I sat up. He sighed and joined his hands together.
"How what?" He asked and I signalled him between us.
"How did you knew I was -" an uncalled cough cut me off and I raised my hand covering mouth. Ammar stood up, filling the glass of water from the side table as he walked across the bed and stood near me. I looked at him as he offered me water. I took the glass and sipped water. He sat there near me, facing me. I pulled my legs to me and looked at him when my cough calmed down.
"Jezakh ALLAH khair." I thanked in a whisper and he took the glass from me.
"Barak ALLAH fe kum." His words warmed my heart and I smiled slightly at him. He looked down at the glass and I followed his gaze.
His thumb trailing over the glass tip where my lips had been a few minutes ago. I gulped.
"Your heartbeats and breathing didn't calmed." He spoke causing me to raise my eyes and look at him. He looked at me and our eyes met. I frowned, letting him know I am still confused and he shrugged slightly.
"I kept wating for your pulse to calm down and your breathing to turn slow. But you weren't sleeping at all the whole time." He explained causing me to gap at him in shock. He chuckled lightly before standing up and I blinked at him.
"You should sleep now." He said, resting the glass at the table. His hand resting on my shoulder as he gently pushed me back and I lowered my gaze. I laid on the two pillows and looked at him as he backed away and was about to turn around, I held his last finger with mine first one. He halted and looked back down at me.
"Promise me, you won't do anything to him with your hands that will put you in problem." I asked panicked and he turned around fully, he knelt down by the side of bed, his finger twisting as he turn my hand and held in his. His grey eyes staring me with beautiful emotion in them. He smiled slightly and nodded.
"I won't." He said and I frowned.
"Promise?" I asked.
"Promise." He replied.
I nodded and he stood up again. My hand slipping away from his. I smiled lightly as I saw his and mine engagement rings together for a second before our hands separated. He left and I sighed before looking up at the ceiling.
So much had happened in last few days. My life has changed completely and maybe it is because I have met Ammar. The guy who is a mystery. I felt my eyes slowly closing as sleep came to me. I turned to my side and my eyes catched the sight of clock. It was almost time for Fajar prayer. I blinked my eyes a few times and sat up, walking to washroom. I loosened my hijab and offered ablution.
I stood by the praying mat and prayed. My heart a little calmed as I went down and prostrated. I stood up again and completed salah.
Once done I sat crossed legged on the praying mat and raised my hands for prayer. Closing my eyes I speak to ALLAH Subhan O Tallah. The ONE who listens even when HE knows everything. I let my heart out and unknowingly started crying. It wasn't long when I prayed for each and everyone in the world and then asked for sabar for me and everyone. As I traced my hands over my face my mobile vibrated on the table beside my bed. I stood up, folding the mat and walked towards the bed.
Picking up my mobile I unlocked the mobile and saw whatsapp message from Ammar. I opened the message.
Mr.Creepy: msg me when you completed praying.
I smiled slightly and leaned back on the headpost as I replied to him. The fact that he knows I will be praying this time made me happy for some reason.
To Mr.Creepy: I am here.
And I send the message.
--------------
Ammar's POV: (yay? It's been a while :p)
My mobile vibrated in my hands and I looked down at it. Noor had replied. I took a step back and Faizan looked at me. I nodded at him and he nodded back before entering the small room. I turned around and looked down at my mobile's screen.
MońAmouŕ: I am here.
I smiled at her reply and was about to reply when heard another ear piercing yell from inside the cottage. I smirked and ignored it.
To MońAmouŕ: I know why he tried to hurt you. I have decided something. I will let you know when I get home.
I send the reply and saw the ticks turning blue. She didn't replied and I waited. She just started to begin typing when I heard the door opening. I looked around in a blink and stuffed the mobile in my jacket's inner pocket.
"Hold him!" Faizan yelled to his men as Adeel ran out of the door and I fisted my hands. He looked at me wide eyes, his nose and mouth were bleeding and he slumped while walking. He ran again and I held my foot out foot out for him. He fell face forward and it was enough time for Faizan to catch up. I stuffed my hands in my pant's pockets and watched as Faizan's men held Adeel and took him back in the cottage. Faizan took in deep breaths and looked at me.
"Sir, why don't you come in and torture him yourself?" He asked confused and I sighed before leaning back on my car.
"I promised I won't touch him with my own hands." I shrugged with a slight smirk and Faizan chuckled before nodding.
"Okay, Sir." He nodded and left. I pulled out my mobile and saw two replies from Noor.
MońAmouŕ: Okay, In shaa ALLAH i will be waiting..
There?
I sighed and was about to reply when Dad called. I narrowed my eyes at the screen and clenched my jaw cause I knew what was coming. I cut his call and replied Noor first.
To MońAmouŕ: we will talk in evening. Get some sleep. x
After sending it I called Dad. He picked up on second ring and at the same moment there was loud cry of agony from Adeel again. I cursed my breath when Dad spoke up.
"What are you doing young man?! Where is Adeel? What's happening? His mom is worried sick." Dad yelled in the mobile and I rolled my eyes before glaring the concerete road.
"Ammar." Dad voice was a warning and I knew he was serious. He must have known somehow that I took Adeel from his house. I sighed and looked away.
"I will drop him to hospital." I said dismissively and heard Dad saying something but Hang up. I need to finish this case. One because Noor wouldn't like him being dead which will kill my happiness too and two because I want my decision to be fulfilled and with one person dead maybe it will get postponed.
I leaned away and started walking towards the cottage again when my mobile rang again and I clenched my jaw. I looked down and sighed a little it was Rabia not dad.
"Hello." I answered and heard her talking in low voice.
"Bro." She sounded weak. I frowned and stopped walking.
"Rabi, you okay?" I asked and she cursed under her breath before speaking up again.
"Some jerk spiked my drink last night. I woke up now from the slumber. And I have one huge ass hangover." She groaned and I narrowed my eyes.
"Who gave you the drinks?" I asked as I started walking again. My mind registering the dots and I felt my anger turning up on another level.
"Adeel." She replied short and I clenched my jaw.
"Take rest, Rabi. I will talk when I came home." And I hang up. I slammed opened the door and walked in. The light inside was dim but bright enough to show wounded figure of Adeel. Blood ozzing out of many spots making me feel satisfied. I clenched my jaw as he looked up at me. I stood near him and rest my foot under his leg. He frowned at me and groaned in pain. I straightened his leg with my foot and he winced. I looked him in the eye.
"Next time, if you were found even an inch near my family-" I kicked down my foot with full force causing a loud sound cracking in the small silent room followed behind by a loud cry of pain from Adeel. He cried like a baby as he held now his broken leg in his bloody hands.
"-Then you will face much worse consequences." I completed and he looked at me. Fear and pain evident on his face. I raised my eyebrows and he nodded.
"Okay." He coughed out. I nodded with a smirk and took a step back before looking at Faizan. He stepped forward waiting for my order.
"Drop him to hospital and bribe the doctors. I want no legal shit going on." I said to him and he nodded. I looked down at Adeel and he took in a deep breath.
"I won't tell anyone." He said lowly and I nodded with a fake smile on my face. He was still staring when I turned around and left the room.
Once outside I called Dad and informed him about my decision and the reason. He was mad till he knew about the reason behind it all.
"I cant believe Adeel can do this for Noor's property." Dad voice was sad and I sighed. They never knew his real face anyway. I could hear his mom crying in the background and before she continued any further of her drama, I hang up while sitting in my car.

Noor's POV:
"He had talked to Dad." Rabia told me as I gave her lemon juice. I nodded and sat down at the bed beside her.
"And then..?" I asked and she sipped her drink.
"Then what? Dad agreed. It's the best for you." She said with a small smile and I nodded. Suddenly the door opened and I looked back to see Ammar at the door. I gulped when he came in. He looked at me and then at Rabia. He walked over to her and rest his one knee on the bed as he bent down a little and kissed her head. She smiled at him and I smiled at them both.
"You okay now?" He asked her and she nodded. That's when Rukaiya opened the door and came in. A bowl of soup in her hands. Her gaze turning into a glare as she saw Ammar near Rabia. But she stayed quiet. I stood up when she sat on the bed. Ammar ignored her and stood back before giving Rabia a small smile.
"Take care." He said and left. I walked behind him. He noticed me following and stopped near his bedroom door. He looked at me. And I took in a deep breath. He nodded for me to speak.
"Hi." I blurted out and his eyes sparkled with amusement. He smirked lightly.
"Assalamualaykum." He replied with a light chuckle. I looked down at the floor and mentally facepalmed myself. He patiently waited for me and I looked up at him again.
"I..uh..I heard from, Rabia." I said and he nodded slowly. He walked opposite to his door and into my room. I followed silently. He signalled me to sit on the bed. I sat and he spoke up.
"You have any objections..?" He asked, seriously. I gulped and slowly shook my head.
"Uh.. no." I replied. He smiled.
"Good." He said and sat beside me. I looked down. His gaze was still on my face.
"I want to protect you and for that I need to be near you." He spoke softly and I looked at me. He held my hand and I felt a tug on my heart as he raised his grey eyes and bored them in mine.
"To be near you, I have to be your mehram. Let me be." He whispered softly. His deep voice like a smooth silk. I smiled and nodded. His lips turned upwards in a smile as well. I blinked when he raised my hand and intertwined our fingers. I gulped feeling my heart beats increasing.
"I want one thing.." I said, my eyes on our hands.
"Anything." He replied and I looked back at him.
"I want a simple nikaah in masjid. Not a huge celebration. But yes I want to feed at least five hundred homeless people." I said my all time wish to him and he blinked at me. A frown at his face and he tilt his head to side. I blinked. Maybe he didn't like the idea.
"Why not a dream wedding?" He asked and I lowered my gaze.
"Spending lots of money on useless customs which aren't even in Islam was never my idea of dream wedding." I replied honestly and he smiled then. A small smile which made me smile too.
"You know," he said and tapped my nose causing my eyes to widen a little when he chuckled.
"Te amo." He said in Spanish accent and I felt my cheeks heating up. He stood up and nodded.
"Your dreams are mine to fulfil." He said as he walked away and I kept staring at his retreating figure. My mind was happy too along with my heart. I looked down at my engagement ring and smiled.
Maybe one day, I can make him practice Islam as well. And that thought warmed my heart.
