Jack is pretty witty and quick with his words, which can be a treat and a curse if you choose to spend time with him. He often has trouble keeping his thoughts in his head and finds himself in tricky situations more often than not when he speaks without thinking of what his words might do to someone. He has enough confidence to be teasing and sarcastic with people, almost always having some clever comeback hidden in his sleeve paired with a lovely delivery. He's often very flirtatious and admittedly dirty minded which helps with his honest attitude. He makes friends easily despite his sometimes troublesome character traits and is a pretty clear extravert in party settings. When it comes to relationships he usually ends up with the bad end of the stick, or not bothering to find a full on talking relationship at all. Friends are fun but he always makes sure to keep people at a distance and this is still true in is love life. He likes hooking up but usually pushes those partners away before thugs can get serious. Primarily he doesn't see himself as someone worthy of pure love and affection and therefore doesn't really try for it. He thinks people who think of him as good are wrong and genuinely pities their foolishness. Still, he's very self sacrificing and would give up anything to help those he cares for, even pushing them away to shield them from his problems.

Jack comes from a pretty well if family that never really needed to worry about money though wasn't the richest house in the neighborhood. It was a good medium, and it meant his parents whereby as stressed about work as some of his friends parents, though they were gone just as long making a career. Everything was pretty normal for most of his childhood, he was the youngest and baby of his family and he took the little bit of extra pampering happily. He got into the habit of telling his mother everything, successfully keeping a happy honest relationship with his parents up until seventh grade. In seventh grade he had his first crush- on a boy. Obviously this scared him, since it was nothing like what he saw on tv or read in books. When he asked his parents about it he was told simply it wasn't normal. He ended up punching the kid in school, his own foolish way to cope with the butterflies another boy was giving him. And until he got to highschool he thought he was a freak. It was in highschool that he started keeping secrets- pursuing theatre and starting to secretly accept his sexuality and even dating a few boys here and there. His secret as never come out to is family, not even after highschool when he moved away to go to college in a major for acting that his parents were dead against. Even though he couldn't tell them he was gay, he had to tell them his dreams. Unfortunately, bottling up your feelings and lying and living hypocritically makes for a messy person and Jack is definitely suffering because of if all. He sleeps around and goes out with countless guys to try and fill the void and confusion of his personal life. That usually just makes it worse, but he feels he's far to deep now to stop. Especially since his acting career isn't getting very far.
