"Hey, guys." Athena greeted the ghosts as she entered the garage, noticing it was only two of them, "Where's Alex?"

"I don't know. He kinda just poofed." Reggie explained, causing the girl to hesitantly nod.

"Hey, Thena what do you think of this riff?" Luke asked as he started playing a guitar riff, causing the girl to bob her head along.

"It's nice." Athena said, smiling at the boy. "I'm really feeling it."

"And then I come in with a little, uh..." Reggie said, adding in his bass.

"Then Julie comes in with her killer lyrics." Luke said.

"And Sunset Curve is reborn." Reggie finished the boy's sentence, causing Athena to chuckle.

"Guys." Julie said, causing the duo to quickly stop playing as the three looked over at the girl. "You aren't supposed to be out here playing alone."

"But we're not alone, 'cause we always have each other." Reggie said, causing Athena to aw on the inside before the beside stepped aside to reveal Athena. "And Athena's here too."

"Hey." Athena awkwardly waved as she sent a small smile.

Julie made her way over to the guitar amps before she began unplugging the guitars, causing Luke to rush over to the girl.

"But... but we had the volume level on one." Luke explained.

"But we rocked it on volume ten." Reggie added. "You want us to play it again?"

"I really don't think she does." Athena whispered to the boy, causing him to set his bass down.

"We've actually been waiting for you guys to get home." Luke said, looking between the two girls. "Ok, so we have some pretty major news to tell you. We had a band meeting earlier, and... we wanna invite you to join Sunset Curve. And no, you're not dreaming. Athena you too but we'd have to make sure you're legit first."

"I don't think i'd be able to dance but thanks for the offer." Athena said, sending the duo a small smile. "I really appreciate it."

That caused the trio to turn and look at Julie.

"Oh."

"Oh." Luke said as his and Reggie's smiles quickly fell. "uh... oh,  she said, 'oh.' Um... That's what you say when you get socks on your birthday, not when you're invited to join the most epic band ever."

"Sorry, I'm honored, but I can't think about anything but Flynn right now." Julie explained, causing Athena to nod in agreement. "She's still mad at us for lying. She hasn't even texted me back. Thena?"

"I got nothing." Athena said, shaking her head as she checked her unread messages from Flynn, letting out a sigh.

"Yeah, you guys are in a tough spot." Luke said, causing Reggie to slightly nod. "So, you wanna join the band?"

"Read the room, dude." Julie said, walking past the ghosts.

"Oh come on! We need you, and you need us because you need music." Luke called out, causing the Molina girl to stop in her tracks as she turned to face the boy.. "We found this poem that you wrote, and Reggie and I, we added this really cool melody to it. It sounds awesome."

"Where'd you find that?" Julie asks, looking from the paper to the ghost holding it.

"Uh..." Luke said, quickly pulling Reggie in front of him. "Definitely not your dream box."

"They know about your dream box?" Athena questioned, confused.

"You went through my stuff?!" Julie exclaimed, storming towards the boy, causing Reggie to quickly jump out of the way as Luke ran away from the girl.

"I-I know, but..."

"Yeah, we can do that now." Reggie happily said, causing Athena to shake her head.

"No! No, you can't!" Julie exclaimed. "Boundaries! Give it back!"

"No!" Luke said, jumping up onto the piano bench as he pointed at the girl. "Hey, you need to realize how insanely talented you are. Ok? Listen to this. If somebody hurts you... If somebody hurts you, I'm gonna get hurt too."

"It's a killer melody." Luke said.

"I wrote that about Athena and Flynn when they were helping with all my mom stuff." Julie explained, causing the Michaels girl to smile. "I gotta go."

"Hey, what about the band?" Luke questioned.

"Oh... I almost forgot." Julie said, stopping in the door. "Stay out of my room!"

Luke rushed to the closed door like a child, causing Athena to chuckle.

"Yeah?" Luke questioned, sticking his head through the door as he called after the door, causing Athena and Reggie to share a look. "We will if you join our band."

After a second and with no reply, Luke pulled he head back into the room and turned to face a smiling Reggie and Athena who had her arms crossed.

"What?" Luke questioned, looking at the girl confused.

"Not cool dude." Athena jokingly said, shaking her head as she grabbed her bag as she headed for the ladder to her room. "Not cool."

Athena was up in her room when she glanced over at her clock when she noticed the clock read 3:45.

"Crap, I'm late." Athena muttered to herself as she quickly jumped off her bed, making her way back down the ladder as she noticed that Alex was now in the studio as the girl watched the trio from afar.

"Yeah? Like whether Julie was gonna join the band or not?" Luke said, quickly snatching the paper from under the blonde boy.

"Um... Well, we didn't... We didn't really get to that, but I think I know why we're here." Alex said that caused the girl to perk up. "Ok? All ghosts have, like, unfinished business."

"Ghosts are ghosts because they always have unfinished business in their mortal life." Athena spoke, making her way to the trio, causing them to turn their attention to the girl. "I was doing some digging and you can learn a lot from the internet about ghosts and the afterlife."

"Exactly. So, we need to do our unfinished business so that we can cross over." Alex explained.

"Why would we do that?" Luke questioned. "I-I'm just saying, this is like our second chance. All we need to do is get Julie to play with us."

"Yeah. Not only can that girl sing, she can write too." Reggie said. "Luke and I made a killer melody to one of her lyrics."

"Oh..." Alex said, sounding hurt as he took the song book book from the lead singer of the group. "Without your drummer. Cool."

"Drumming is so '90s. Ok? We're just gonna..." Luke spoke, stomping his feet. "Stomp our feet now."

"Ok. Well, you know what else is so '90s? Being rude. All right? Get woke. These are sensitive times." Alex said, pushing the book into Luke's chest, causing Athena to chuckle as the blonde smiled at her before he whispered to her. "Did I get that right?"

"Totally." Athena said, nodding her head with a grin.

"I learned that from my ghost friend." Alex whispered to Reggie and Athena.

"Woke." Reggie said, nodding his head. "That's a cool word."

"Yeah."

"What does it mean?" Reggie questioned.

"No clue." Alex whispered back, causing Athena to chuckle.

"I'll explain it to you both when I get back but I gotta run. Dance practice." Athena explained, making her way towards the door. "Don't annoy Julie anymore while I'm gone. I'm looking at you, Luke."

"Come on." The Patterson boy said, throwing his arms up, causing the girl to laugh.

"Bye guys."

The girl stood outside the building before letting out a sigh as she headed inside.

As she headed farther into the building the familiar music began coming closer and closer as she stopped at the balcony as she passed the sign that read Hollywood Ghosts Club.

After a few hours of rehearsing, Athena tiredly made her way back to the studio.

To her surprise on her way there she ran into Flynn and she filled her in on her Julie explained to her how the band were ghosts.

"She has you believing it too." Flynn spoke.

"Flynn, she's telling the truth." Athena spoke as the doors to the studio opened, revealing.

"Oh good, Thena you're here the boys have been asking about you." Julie said, causing the girl to send her a smile before Julie turned her attention to Flynn. "Thanks for coming. We just wanted to rehearse the song so it was perfect, which it's not, but whatever."

"No, if I'm gonna hear a song from your imaginary ghost band, I want it to be perfect. So, get back in there. All of you. You too."

"Who are you talking to?" Athena questioned, letting out a light chuckle.

"Julie's ghost band, duh." Flynn said.

"They're not out here." Julie and Athena spoke together as Julie stepped aside pointing inside.

"Oh, I know." Flynn said, placing a hand on the Molina girl's shoulder before making her way past into the studio.

Julie and Athena locked eyes, causing them both to let out a chuckle as they shook their heads at the girl.

"Thena!" The three boys happily said together, causing the girl to smile at them.

"All right, guys. You ready?" Julie questioned.

"Yeah, we are!" Luke said, causing the other two to nod in agreement as they all wore the same giant grins.

"Can you get her to move? She's in my rock out zone." Reggie spoke, causing Athena and the boys to chuckle.

"Uh, actually, can you go over there?" Julie said, pointing towards the couch. "Reggie needs some solace to rock out, and he feels kinda weird walking through you."

That caused Flynn to laugh, causing the boys to turn to Athena, making her shrug her shoulders, "Boy, when you create a world, you really live in it."

"Just sit!" Julie said, pulling a chair up behind the girl, before forcing her to sit as Athena took a seat on the couch. "If you'll notice, there's no equipment that will produce a hologram. Feel free to look around."

Flynn did a quick look around the studio before she sat back in her chair with her arms crossed.

"Just listen." Athena spoke, causing Flynn to look over at the girl as the Micheals girl sent her a small smile.

"The guys took a poem that I wrote about you and Thena and put it to music." Julie explained.

"Aww! I wish I didn't have to talk to your dad after this." Flynn said, causing Julie to chuckle lightly.
"It's called 'Flying Solo." Julie said, taking a seat at her keyboard. "Hope you like it."

Luke made his way towards the Micheals girl, taking a seat on the armrest but what made the boy quickly look at the girl was when his arm bumped hers and didn't go through it like Julie's did.

Athena watched in amusement as Flynn attempted to touch Reggie's shoulder but her hand went right through the boy.

"Weird, right?" Reggie spoke, letting out a chuckle.

"They're ghosts!" Flynn exclaimed.

"Yeah, we tried telling you that." Athena said, letting out a light chuckle.

"Oh, we prefer, uh, musician spirits." Alex corrected the girl, causing Reggie to point at the boy in agreement.

"Julie..." Luke spoke from beside the Michaels girl. "So does this mean you're joining our band?"

"Um..." Flynn said, holding up her finger at the boy as she leant on Julie's shoulder. "Actually, I think you're joining her band."

"I'm gonna go with what she said." Julie said, causing a giant grin to form on the boys faces.

"Hey, a win's a win." Athena spoke, shrugging her shoulders, causing Luke to chuckle as he shook his head at the trio.

Julie and Flynn quickly grabbed one of Athena's hands pulling her up as Alex's drums picked back up.
