Queen Spixie is the current queen of the Rainforest District. She is an anthropomorphic parrot and far relative of Erith.

Spixie became queen when the former queen (can't state her name for reasons) died. As the former queen's advisor, Spixie learned how to be a great leader.

Because of the incident with the former queen, Spixie decided to keep herself hidden to prevent any danger from reaching her.

Despite this, she is a great leader and has messengers to update her about the news outside the Rainforest District.

Spixie doesn't attend meetings with the other leaders but she has her ways of finding out what they talked about. Due to this, no one outside the Rainforest District (except Blu) knows who she is.

Spixie also happens to be a hatchmate of Erith, which makes them sort of like siblings. But the 2 rarely interact with each other.
