Madness Combat oc. About the name, this guy is German and I was looking for a German name so I translated "rich" and got "reich".

Anyways, Reich is a lone fighter who lives on top of an abandoned bell tower. He has a good view of everything so he always knows whats going on.

He has a kind of microphone and speakers (that he scattered around the area) so that he can inform people whats going on.

But he only says the bad news because he likes to see people go into panic. Sometimes, if there were no bad news, he would just shoot someone.
