Chuckles is the only known and presumambly last member of the Dream District. He was killed by Vindetta before the Venom War.

Chuckles is an anthropomorphic cake that is always on an endless sleep. Yet, he is still cheerful and fun-loving when he interacts with others.

Chuckles was able to appeal to everyone in Blu World, especially Queen Titan. He is also the only known member of the Dream District and probably the last.

Chuckles was killed by Vindetta when she was convincing Titan to go to war with her. She killed Chuckles by stabbing him with her tail.
