Fazzy:

Fazzy is a sea monster living in the oceans of Blu World in the Water District. He lives with his sister and the 2 are best friends.

Fazzy likes to explore the ocean but he never really explores the land. Despite this, he is happy with his underwater life.

Flaria:

Flaria is originally a random oc I made but she looked like a Splatoon character so I made her one.

Flaria lives in the Fire District with her younger sister, Flair. Both sisters are known for being shooters, but Flaria handles gund better than Flaria.

Flaria carries a flamethrower wherever she goes (for personal reasons).

Btw, I know nothing about Splatoon besides the fact that they're squids who can disappear in ink or something.
