dan didn't want to talk, he wished he was mute.

"Dan? Are you ready to talk about it?" Phil asks, walking into dans dark room, sitting at the end of his bed to face dan, sitting at his desk with his knees up to his chest,

"yeah" dan sighs

"w-what do you do when you go and talk to Officer Kendal?.." dan asks, hiding the lower half of his head in his knees.

"You already know, I've been trying to get the court date, We just go through police handbooks" phil explains, placing his hand on dans knee, lightly moving his thumb

"w-well, he t-threatened to kill me.."

"W-what?!" Phil says. Moving in closer to dan

"he said that he really likes you and that he wants to steal you off me, And t-that if he had to get r-rid of me h-he'd d-do it" dan stutters, his eyes shifting as he thinks about it

"not gonna lie, he was acting really weird with me... he was.. getting really close"

"Kissing you?..."

"WHAT?! no! Dan stop being paranoid.. I don't like him like that, especially with what you've told me" phil says, wrapping his arms around dan and hodlding him close. Dan wished he could stay like that forever.

"what are we going to do, phil?.." dan asks, going teary eyed. Phil holds dans head to his chest and holds him tighter

"we just need to be a little more careful? Okay?"

"o-okay... but we left before c-Chris could s-set our court date.." dan says, looking up at Phil's big blue eyes, wanting to get lost in them so badly.

"Do you want me to go in by myself tomorrow?"

"No! No.. no.." dan says suddenly, though he realised how jealous he sounds

"Well, there's another way.." phil says, he sits dan back in his desk chair and pulls out his phone, he dials up a number. Dan sits and tries to listen. The faint sound of ringing

"Hey Peej, how's it going?... not to good, we have a small problem... and by small I mean we need a court case and the best lawyer we know"
